We liked the place a lot. Design, stuff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, facilities in the bathroom, fan in addition to AC, cozy garden.

La habitación era grande y limpia. La cama muy cómoda. El servicio de cafetería muy bueno. La atención de las recepcionistas y la bienvenida, estupendas, invitan a copa de cava o zumo al llegar. El único "pero" es que la WiFi fallaba un poco, tal vez porque mi habitación quedaba en la planta baja y no llegaba bien. La situación esrupenda, en calle peatonal casi privada a 2 minutos de plaza España. Lo recomiendo.

Never have I had a more frustrating situation with this hotel. Our flights were changed against our will so we needed to change our dates of stay. They refused to make any modification to our booking, even months before our stay. Additionally, they lied to us saying they would be able to do it if we sent in our flight info, which we did. They wait 10 days to then tell us they had more more space left. Essentially they have no motivation or willingness to help their customers. You may get lucky and have a normal stay without problems but the second you need something from them you are on your own. I highly recommend if you are booking in advance and will be traveling to Palma, do not book this hotel. Horrible customer service. Terrible decision making from the managers.

Pretentious. Terrible value. Poorly decorated room. No table, not even two chairs to sit on. No complimentary water. The flooring belongs to a garage instead of to a living quarter. The bathroom door did not close properly and could not be locked. The parking is of very tight access and it is very easy to damage the car. It is hard to believe this is a four star hotel.

At ten they close the bar. No way to have a drink. No restaurant. No room service. Nice employees in a two star hotel. Clean and vintage style but the owners care nothing about what they should deliver in a 4 star hotel. Well below expectations.

Great location 3 minutes walk from the bus stop from the airport. Really excellent and hospitable staff. Central but not noisy

+ Hotel boasts a great location in the heart of the old town, and the main bus terminals nearby for transport to various beaches. The courtyard and bar areas have a brilliant boutique feel, and make the time spent in these areas very relaxing.
- The pool area is very limited (space for only 4 sun loungers) - due in part to the city location. We therefore didn’t spend much time at the rooftop pool.

Lovely staff...nice room...only downside horrible graffiti on way of entrance to hotel. ..but then graffiti ALL over the city I noticed...real turn off for me
