Can Picafort Palace

VERY, VERY, VERY lazy animation team. They do not stay with the schedule. No activities. They have a dream job. To do almost nothing and get salary. Definitely not a 4star hotel if you plan to get some kind of entertainment. A kid club means to do what you want. Tiffani (kids animator) is always unhappy and not glad to see kids. No kids in kids club- good day. Never smiled and always ignored any initiatives. What a surprised is that you have to pay additionally for the animation and they accept only cash. Seriously??? To pay additionally? If you expect evening entertainment, never hope for the animation team. Their performances are so poor and stupid(the worse you can imagine). We have been traveling a lot in Spain- this is the most horrible and lazy animation ever.

Totally not worth the money. You have to pay extra for the key for a safe (3€ a day) and for wlan 6€ a day. The rooms are not cleaned very well and the breakfast had wrong signs for gluten- or lactosefree products. We booked the studio and there was no minibar. Cleaning utensils for the plates or glasses are also not included. No free toothpaste or anything like that. When we arrived there where no sheets for our blanked because "Most people don't need them the first night". No one gave us a map or something with details about the hotel or information about the reception so we had to go down and ask. The lamp next to my bed was broken as well as the power outlet. We will search for a better hotel next time...

Children's songs belted out at full volume, incredibly tedious and impossible to block out.

Anti social, but there seems to be no noise regulation of any sort. Nor basic decency nor self restraint.

We have been here for two weeks. This hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel. This is an old hotel in need of renovation. Dinner was not so good. The worst part was the dining room. It was overcrowded, and was so noisy that you can't talk to each other without shouting. At dinner you could not choose the table where to sit. Very slow service: Waiters bring drinks after you finish your food. You had to pay for drinks at dinner when you have half board. Most hotels offer one drink (beer, wine or soft drink) per person when you have half board. The pool was small in relation to the size of the hotel. You only get one hour of free Wi-Fi which was very slow. The positive things were good location and friendly entertainers. Close to shops and bus stations.
