Hotel is brilliant. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I took my daughter who has celiac disease, we had breakfast and dinner included. There is a large variety gluten free. The chips weren't gluten free but they fried some especially for her. Also food is labelled if it's gluten free. Hotel is in a very quiet location with just a few other hotels and some shops. Universal is a wonderful hotel! The staff is so kind and helpful! We were welcomed with a complementary drink voucher to use at the pool bar where we enjoyed a glass of Prosecco. Amazing time - right on the beach with great facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The food was tasty, healthy and plentiful. Rooms were super comfortable and the views breathtaking. Would definitely return.

Great location for families looking for a relaxing time. We spend the weekend here and found it very convenient to have the pool, activities and beach close by. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The buffet has a good variety of food and healthy options. On one of the days we visited the Caves of Arta which is a short hike from the hotel.

The reception and the personnal in general were helpful and polite, You can go easily from the pool to the beach and vice versa. Every day you have grilled fish or meat at the buffet. You have nice other beaches and nice walking just a few minutes in car from Canyamel.

Beautiful and relaxing stay — heaven on earth. Best cocktails and food. The service was very good. The pools were absolutely amazing and having your own private seating area looking out on to the ocean was incredible. Absolutely recommend

Fantastic views of the sea and the beach. Friendly staff and an impressive menu. It's not cheap but I think it could be more expensive, €35 for a four course tasting menu was perfectly reasonable. Tasty, fresh food and, if you fancy, just a few steps from a dip in the Mediterranean.

The restaurant at the Cap Vermel Beach hotel is a perfect combination of ambience & style..The views are just majestic, & The manager ,Tomeu Llull Canet is a class act. He's just the best! Everything was ok, clean, and the staff was very attentive to us. Almost all the rooms have a view of the sea, which is very cool .Este o zona foarte linistita .It is a very quiet area. You can rent cars from Autos Canyamel 300 meters from the hotel. The only thing I would have liked in addition was more fruit both at the table and on the beach.
