A fantastic hotel with a wonderful staff that made us feel at home. Beautiful rooms and resort. Despite its huge size it still felt intimate thanks to the team. Big shout to Massimo at the front desk who provided us with a 5 stars experience from A to Z.

Hotel is brilliant. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I took my daughter who has celiac disease, we had breakfast and dinner included. There is a large variety gluten free. Universal is a wonderful hotel! The staff is so kind and helpful! We were welcomed with a complementary drink voucher to use at the pool bar where we enjoyed a glass of Prosecco. Amazing time - right on the beach with great facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The food was tasty, healthy and plentiful. Rooms were super comfortable and the views breathtaking. Would definitely return.

Great location for families looking for a relaxing time. We spend the weekend here and found it very convenient to have the pool, activities and beach close by. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The buffet has a good variety of food and healthy options. On one of the days we visited the Caves of Arta which is a short hike from the hotel.

The reception and the personnal in general were helpful and polite, You can go easily from the pool to the beach and vice versa. Every day you have grilled fish or meat at the buffet. You have nice other beaches and nice walking just a few minutes in car from Canyamel.

Everything and everybody from A till Z was so nice . Both interior as exterior are to die for. View is over the top. Tremendous sommelier who made us drink delicious local wines. Awesome breakfast and dinner. Go before you die!!

Beautiful and relaxing stay — heaven on earth. Best cocktails and food. The service was very good. The pools were absolutely amazing and having your own private seating area looking out on to the ocean was incredible. Absolutely recommend

Stayed 7 nights- everything was great. Friendly service willing to help no matter the request. Rooms were nice and modern, with daily housekeeping. Bathrooms were nice. Every room has a balcony facing the sea, with a beautiful view. Breakfast buffet has many options, dinner buffet was very tasty. I only recommend staying here if you rent a car. Overall, an amazing hotel in a beautiful location.

My wife and I were on a voucher in this hotel for 10 nights. Simply super, very satisfied with the hotel, food, beach and especially the service staff. Many thanks to manager Artem for his competence and friendly attitude. It was so good that they even extended the tour on site for two more nights. We will definitely come back. Keep it up!

A paradise on earth. The location is perfect, the room is great all clean and fresh, the food is amazing the staff is superb and of course its adults only. The sea is crystal clear with green shade of water. This is the place to spend your holidays if you don't like to travel far.

Perfect location nearby the sea (100m), nice swimming pool and very quiet. Very nice personnel! Only remarks: no parking place directly at the hotel, 2) Tennis courts is not as mentioned on their website. For tennis go to clay courts at Tennis Son Besso (20 minutes drive). Beware of booking “junior” club/suite rooms. They are in a completely different building 2 streets away further from the beach (not as nice). All the amenities are located in the real hotel. This is not made clear when booking. After learning the difference and asking for a different room, they can only accommodate if I payed a room change fee for 20 euros. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day. We arrived at 10:30pm, the restaurant had closed at 9:30pm but the reception staff took us into the restaurant and there was a very good buffet for us. That’s service that’s above and beyond the norm.

Great stay for family with kids. We really enjoyed the private pool with enough shadow from the palm and banana trees. Kids also loved the little garden with the tiny fish pond. The beach is really close and super nice, clean water. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Less touristy than other places we saw on our boat trip, the density of people was so pleasant here.

The rooms are very neat and clean but the most wonderful experience is the host himself! Tony was the most wonderful person we met in Mallorca!
