Canyamel Park Hotel & Spa - 4* Sup - Adults only (+16)

I cant find any negative point for this hotel. Breakfast and Dinner are very rich in variety and for Buffet Dining very high quality. Staying here means being a 2 Minute walk away from the beach and depending on the room having a nice view of the ocean. The 3 outdoor pools (including 2 lesser known rooftop pools and the main Pool right next to the entrance) were always clean and well maintained during our stay. We visited during July so Main Holiday Season and still always found a nice place around the pool and for breakfast and dining. The staff is super kind and very hard working to always keep the tables clean and ready for the next quest.

Would totally recommend a stay if you find yourself looking for a clean and well organized hotel near a nice and small beach.

Perfect location nearby the sea (100m), nice swimming pool and very quiet. Very nice personnel! Only remarks: no parking place directly at the hotel, 2) Tennis courts is not as mentioned on their website. For tennis go to clay courts at Tennis Son Besso (20 minutes drive). Rooms with nice terras and perfect view on the swimming pool if you want. Would surely recommend this place !!

Lovely spot. Very quiet and not super touristy! However a lot of the staff approached us in German… Spanish or English is fine but it was getting very repetitive and we’re not from Germany:)

Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is great.

The main minus we had was that our room was in a separate building and we had to walk for breakfast, main pool area and dinner.

Parking was difficult at times as it’s on a main road but it seemed pretty safe during the 6 days we were staying! We went during a busy period but it was possible to find at the end:)

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was very good. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard every day.
We arrived at 10:30pm, the restaurant had closed at 9:30pm but the reception staff took us into the restaurant and there was a very good buffet for us. That’s service that’s above and beyond the norm.

The hotel is situated in a quiet location in a small village. The sandy beach is only a few meters away. The staff is friendly and the rooms are modern. The food is very good, with clear labeling of gluten-free dishes, making the hotel particularly suitable for people with celiac disease.

Very nice hotel, nice staff and amazing service. Great breakfast buffet and a special acknowledgment for Monica and Juan. 10/10 experience

Spend 3 days with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed.

The most important for me was for the friendly staff that work hard to provide us an great experience. 🤘A big thanks to Thomas, Lucas, Marta , Laura , Carmela , Dani, and all the other that I forgot the name's. 🫡

Hotel has some rooms with beach view but we got to the back that I can only advice. (Less wind, quieter and a relaxed view to the green mountains)

The pool is clean with a lot of spaces and you can even get some drinks and snacks.

Breakfast was very diverse (everything you can imagine) as well the Dinner buffet with a super price for the quality. Drinks are extra but the prices are fine.

The hotel provides you some services like massages, treatments and bicycles rent.

If you come with an car don't worry you just park outside in front of hotel or in the surrounding steets normally there are almost no cars passing.

My wife and I stayed at the Canyamel Hotel & Spa Hotel from 27 May - 06 June 2023 on a half board basis.
On our arrival it was approx 2315 at reception we were met by Tomas who gave us an indept brief of the hotel and its facilities which was very informative. he showed us to the dining area as food was laid on for us and it was much appreciated.
Thomas showed us to our room 330 very bright moderm room that over looked the pool area This guy knows his job.
The next morning breakfast excellent selection, very hard to fault
the same could be said for the evening meal great choices.
The hotel is spotlessly clean all down to the excellent staff.
It has easy access to the beach 100 mtrs.
Unfortunatly on the 2nd day of our holiday my wife had a fall not in the hotel but on a path way and not in Canyamel she broke a bone in her foot this was where the staff came in to their own they really looked after her every wish thank you.
At reception I wish to mention Carlos who arranged transport to the Hospital contacted pharmacies to arrange the hire of a wheelchair which was great and was available to collect it if needed.
We looked to move rooms so we could have a walk in shower but the hotel was full, but again Carlos came to the rescue and we moved to room 302 not as new as our previous room but it worked for my wife.
On most evenings their was entertainment in the pool area nice and easy, that is where we got to know the third member of staff a very hard working waitdress Marta great sense of humor always having a joke she never slowed down.
this is a fabulous hotel and its the people who work there make it so.
While I have only mentioned three members of staff I wish to extend our gratatude to the management and staff for the kindness shown to my wife and myself.
We plan to return to Canyamel in the near future.
