Great hotel especially for families I was there with my sister. Great variety of food, entertainment team did as well as could be expected for amateurs but they were great with the kids Rooms were excellent and kept very clean by housekeeping staff everyday

Good for holidays with small children ( 0-6 years). Rooms are great and clean. Would not recommend for solo travelers as the hotel is pact with small children. Nice famaly all inclusive hoter. Food was so so but sometimes you could find a nice thing to eat (turkey breasts). A lot of kids, which is good if you have some as well :) Location is not so good since there is no sea beach next to the hotel, you can get in to the water but it is usually dirty and there are only rocks, you have to walk 30 minutes to the closest public beach.

Really nice hotel right next to the beach. Totallly renovated in 2024 so the whole facility is top notch, including the rooms. Service minded staff. We had a problem with a water tap in one of the rooms the first couple of days, but that was fixed and we got a proper compensation. Nice pool area with lots of activites for those who like. Beautiful hotel which it totally deserve name "palace". High quality service. Testy breakfast and diner. Not deep pool with warm water. The sun loungers around the pool enough for all so don't need to get up at 7 am to occupy them :)

Currently staying here and everything is excellent from food staff accommodation, area around the pool could not speak highly enough of this hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the autumn

A fine 5 star hotel with spa. The spa facility is restful and there are plenty of different things to try out- heated stone beds, sauna, steam room, water jets, jacuzzi etc. The hotel is spacious and well finished. The grounds are well kept and plenty of room around the pool. The food was delicious and an extensive choice. The service was discreet and polite. Very restful stay.

The hotel staff were very welcoming. We stayed in a suite which was spacious enough for the two of us, although the air con in the bedroom was not working as affectively as we would have liked. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The location of the hotel is at the quieter end of Cala Mallor which worked well for us as we enjoyed the walk to/ from the restaurants in the evening.

Hotel staff very nice. Spa is average no hot tub, sauna full of naked men and women, shower head in steam room broken. Rooms are okay inside, but some rooms share balcony with other rooms. The location was amazing. Although I booked a basic room, the lovely staff specially Raul who was our check in guy upgraded it to the sea view room with a huge balcony for free. Just got back from a weeks stay in a junior suite, 2 adults and 1 child. The staff are super, very efficient and friendly, they obviously work very hard. Only slight gripe on service was during the evening at the outside bar it is table service only and they can be a bit slow due to the number of customers. Stayed in a Junior suite on the 4th floor. Immaculately clean. Fabulous view out to sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Food is varied and imaginative, well presented and simply divine. My one criticism is that there should be a cold water dispenser to fill up our water bottles.

The hotel was overall nice, the staff friendly, but some things were just off on an organizational level. For example, one night I had to park our car on the street because there was no parking. My husband and I have just returned from 10 days at Hotel Girasol and we have had a brilliant time. Hotel staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Not a pleasant experience. We checked in late and the rooms were not ready. We had to make the children's beds as there were no maids available. Water for drinking is not available in the rooms. For a 4-star hotel, it is very poor in terms of entertainment, has little variety of food and only offers food at 3 times, breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Great hotel, very nice personell, superb food, clean rooms and overall clean ares. Direct access to a medium crowded beach (went in September) and near Cala Millor centre. Bus stops right at the hotel, public transport can take you everywhere. Would highly recommend a stay if you want to see the beautiful side of Mallorca.

This hotel is a delightful experience. They have a selection of better than you would expect, modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The room was everything we hoped for and would return in a heartbeat. It sits on the quieter end of Cala Millor and is within 200m of the beach. I can only recommend Hotel Millor Sol, we had 4 nights in Calla Millor and are so happy with our choice. The hotel is a bit further away from all the other hotels, a bit away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We stayed at the hotel in September. We liked the hotel, it is excellent for a 3-star hotel. Of course, the rooms are not the most modern, there was no kettle and refrigerator in the room. I would like to note the excellent breakfasts and dinners, the food is very varied. Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially Oxana. A wonderful hotel in this class. I recommend it.

Need to pay for WiFi in your room, no fridge or kettle, very noisy air-conditioning had to turn off.. otherwise it was OK, but felt an outcast as no other uk visitors...

The AC didnt work for a whole week while we were there. There is no fridge in the room, so can't keep our own drinks cold. Other wise the staff was friendly, the food was great.

Amazing place to stay for holidays. Food was absolutely delicious and so much variety ! When it comes to staff I am speechless Jose, Sergio and Nestor were so so so wonderful. Always positive and smiling and they were engaging the conversation. I would definitely recommend this place ❤️

We were Family of 5 in April. Fantastic location next to the beach and sea, lot's of bars, restaurants and attractions. Fenomenal view from balcony, I could watch sunrise over the sea every day. Very friendly and helpful staff (however check in/out takes forever) Only 3 stars due to 3 reasons: 1. Non working elevator, with small baby and the stroller, was really annoying. We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff is very friendly and always tries their best despite the fact alot of tourists speak to them in their native languages (not even a bit in english) from what we saw/heard. The food service was the biggest surprise - i have never experienced such nicely prepared buffet food with so many variations each day with some twists and changes. Bar was perfect aswell...
