Not a pleasant experience. We checked in late and the rooms were not ready. We had to make the children's beds as there were no maids available. Water for drinking is not available in the rooms. Just back form a week stay at Hotel Morito. Ideal location for trip to beach. Was Half Board option, great variety of food available. Staff vey pleasant and helpful. Rooms neat and cleaned daily, had a balcony and fridge which was great to sit out and have a drink.

Genuinely was so impressed with this hotel, staff were so friendly and welcoming from the minute we walked in the door. food was great, location was amazing.. not even a 2 minute walk to the beach, lots of shops just down the street. stayed here in early September the weather was great , booked the standard room , arrived at about 4am but they had 24 hour reception so easy check in ,all the staff were super friendly and easy to talk to as they had good english , the room was perfect , it was clean , great view , comfy beds and offered house keeping everyday weekday , the overall hotel was very very clean all the staff at the front...

Just come back after five night stay at economy late deal price. A lovely tranquil atmosphere, extremely clean and modern vibe. Staff can't do enough to assist you and very friendly. Breakfast was nice too. Fifteen mins walk to main area of shops, bars,cafes Would definitely recommend it.

Everything was good the room was clean and just a couple of minutes from the beach. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was really good. The staff was very nice, especially the restaurant team. The only small downside was that the rooms aren’t very well soundproofed; we could hear babies crying, people talking, and even snoring from other rooms at night.

Rooms are old fashioned but clean. Balcony is very big and looks over the pool. Food was pretty good and there was variety of choices. Beach is 5-7min away walking in the shade on the street.

The AC didnt work for a whole week while we were there. There is no fridge in the room, so can't keep our own drinks cold. Other wise the staff was friendly, the food was great.

Amazing place to stay for holidays. Food was absolutely delicious and so much variety ! When it comes to staff I am speechless Jose, Sergio and Nestor were so so so wonderful. Always positive and smiling and they were engaging the conversation. I would definitely recommend this place ❤️

We were Family of 5 in April. Fantastic location next to the beach and sea, lot's of bars, restaurants and attractions. Fenomenal view from balcony, I could watch sunrise over the sea every day. Very friendly and helpful staff (however check in/out takes forever) Only 3 stars due to 3 reasons: 1. Non working elevator, with small baby and the stroller, was really annoying. They kept trying to fix it...

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff is very friendly and always tries their best despite the fact alot of tourists speak to them in their native languages (not even a bit in english) from what we saw/heard. The food service was the biggest surprise - i have never experienced such nicely prepared buffet food with so many variations each day with some twists and changes. Bar was perfect aswell...
