Great experience, great and spacious rooms, the staff is simply amazing. So kind, so helpful. Great location close to ES Trenc (you can walk from the hotel), and the port and all restaurants. Great quality of food and choices at breakfast, very nice terrace overlooking the sea and the boats. I definitely recommend it and I hope to go back soon. A wonderful stay.

Nice view and service. Lunch was fine, dessert was very good and we had a lot of choice. Nice sea views and friendly staff. The food was really good. The room was clean, the bathroom was also clean and relatively new. The air con was weak. Can't imagine how it should bring the temperature down during summer. Lots of parking spaces available. With some more flowers, palms, less concrete and cleaning up the backyard/backside of the building the overall impression could be much better.

Every time we come to La Colonia we stay at this hotel.There are lots of facilities and the location is perfect.There are incredible beaches at both sides and if you don't feel like walking(the nearest sandy beach is just 10 mints) you can dive into the sea just outside the hotel,the water is warm and so clear you can see lots of friendly fish which will be very happy if you give them a little bread...

Great greeting in the reception. The room was OK, clean and with an amazing view to the sea. The sunsets from the balcony were breath taking. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Many options for vegetarian and gluten free also. The chef in the omelette station was so nice. Thank you to the team for making us feel like home.

Pretty standard for a 3 star hotel in Mallorca. What made our stay special were the staff especially the waiters in the dining area and the children's entertainment guy, they all made my girls feel at home and part of the family! Had an issue on the 1st day but this was quickly resolved which is an example of their excellent customer service 🙂

Great holiday and the staff could not be more helpful. Booked hotel through Love Holidays and had a great time with daughter and wife. Good was beautifully presents and serving staff were very helpful. This is a mainly German hotel for Germans with Spanish waiters. So prepared to know some basic Spanish and to mix with Germans. Personally not a problem but for others it could be.

Came here with my wife on an anniversary trip. Everyone made us feel like a guest at their home especially Javier at the front desk and the restaurant staff. The only negative for the entire facility is that the bed only comes in two double beds which is uncomfortable when sleeping together.

I had such a nice stay at Finca Es Carbó. The room was clean and has everything you need. I enjoyed a lot the balcony and the garden & swimming were beautiful. In the night you can enjoy countless stars. Also, tania was a great host. She gave us a lot of tips for restaurants and things to do around the town. I hope we come back soon to enjoy this finca :)

This is just a building with rooms from the Universal Hotel Marquès. As such, one can use all installations from Hotel Marques and its just 3min away. It's the same kind of rooms, maybe a tad smaller, with AC and a nice bathroom. It has no views, but it's cheaper. It also has a parking lot.
