Great hotel in Cala d’Or. Great location for exploring the region. The kids loved it, would go back!

Nice hotel, excellent service, spacious, clean rooms with balkony. Tasty food at breakfast and pool bar. Restaurants and shops near by (3-5 minutes walk). We used to stay in Campos in earlier years, but Cala D'or and this hotel would be our 1st choice next time.

Hotel in a good walking distance feom everything. 10 mins to beach, 2 mins to all restaurants. Rooms although dated are comfortable and offer everything you need. Pools indoor and outdoors good. Though outdoor pool not heated and quite cold. Area around pool very nice with movie screen and plenty of seating. No inflatables allowed in pool despite no sign advising. So we wasted 30 euros on kids toys...

Hotel was great for kids. We just can’t rate it highly as the air conditioning was AWFUL and should come with a warning- you can’t lower it below 22 degrees and it was the height of summer. None of us slept well the whole week. We spoke to reception and they just said it was “Spanish cool” and no, we can’t make it any cooler! I am a cold person but this was ridiculous! The hotel is in good location, has nice pool with a bar, a beach few steps down - with another bar, and all of that is brilliant. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of choices, fresh fruits, fairly good coffee, local specialities. In the first room which we've got (just refurbished) there was a distinctive smell of either a paint, glue or some other chemical, but we asked and we got another room....

Spacious room (#106) with a large bathroom and a beautiful view of the Bay. Very polite staff, varied buffet for Breakfast. The only negative was the housekeeping, the floors often remained unharvested.

Love it there. Beautiful quite scenic location yet very central. Sun deck and adjoining beach cove perfect. Rooms well appointed, Food, excellent choice well presented & plentiful too. Cheerful, helpful service everywhere. Just need plenty of sunshine for a perfect stay.

Spent a very nice week here and was well looked after by the friendly staff. Great location near the marina, which has some lovely resaurants.

Peacefully, quaint, and perfect place for those looking somewhere small and close to town centre while still away from the noise. Accommodation had all we needed, clean tidy and a perfect size. Would we go back yes with out a doubt, can't wait....

Quaint, quiet , unique. I will be back ,staff fantastic our room was basic put clean there for a week and towels changed 3times what more do you need, the food was basic but nice home cooking.. Pool and pool area always clean..

Travelled from 23rd June - 3rd July as a family of 4 two adults two children. 2nd time staying here. Overall for price paid very clean hotel lovely gardens. Reception staff lovely but pool bar staff quite rude on both visits. The hotel is lovely, pool and cafe area nicely done. All very clean including room. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool bar was great too - had a great time and would return. This hotel is part of a chain and we also went to Esmeralda park which has lovely sea views and great pool bar.

Cannot find fault with this complex, apartment is large and very clean,maids are here almost everyday, pool area is excellent and can always access loungers and reception is always helpful along with our jet2 rep 10/10 will definitely retun to this hotel

Stayed here in Sunmer 2023 and although we enjoyed ourselves, the place didn't feel quite the same. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment is good in size but missing a few basic utensils like kitchen towel, microwave and freezer. There is no oven also. The internet wasn't working over our stay. And the service was not good... there were no toilet paper and they told us it's the way they do it.. but in the end brought some over.

Casa Esmeralda Trip I had an amazing vacation here at Casa Esmeralda. The staff (Toni) upon arrival at reception was super friendly, helpful, and professional. This service was carried through from beach bar, restaurant, and spa. I loved the variety of pools and easy access to beach and town.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Its just a shame that its hard to catch a sunbed by the sea pool because some guests still feel entitled to occupy these with their towels.
