Currently in the hotel...sadly we'll be heading home soon.

From check in we knew we had made the right decision to ignore the few bad reviews.

Leonardo was flawless as he checked us in, also changed our room without hesitation! Rooms are spotlessly clean and are cleaned daily.

We took a ramble to the dining area for lunch with all you needs met...the pizza was delicious as was all the food.

Out to the pool then to relax with the pool bar always stocked well. Evening drinks in the terrace at the stage area then to dinner..again cannot fault the food!

Now to the real stars of our stay...the Staff who work tirelessly to your every need! The Animation team are outstanding, so attentive to the children.
We've been travelling to Corralejo for the past 15 years and we will definitely be returning to the hotel this is solely down to how well we were and others were treated by the staff.

To all the staff thank you for an amazing stay.

Spent a week here with my 5 year old son and what a lovely week we had. Staff were friendly and made us feel so welcome. Food was pretty good, there were themed nights and we always found something to eat. The salad bar was impressive! Location couldn’t be more perfect, everything we needed was within walking distance.
The rooms were showing some sign of wear and tear and the showers weren’t the best but it really didn’t affect our stay at all. Was cleaned daily, plenty of space and comfortable enough.
We would love to come back here in the future and would recommend to friends and family!

Overall, a nice hotel to stay in. Friendly and helpful staff across the hotel. Our room was cleaned daily and bedding changed when we wanted. Only downfall with our room was that it was so far away from the main hotel that we could not connect to the WiFi and the TV channels did not work. However, we did not spend too much time in the room so it didn’t bother us too much but something to be aware of. We went all inclusive and the food was always tasty and kept topped up. Plenty of variety of foods and even themed nights such as Italian. Our stay would not have been the same if it wasn’t for the Animation team who made their best efforts day and night to keep all guests entertained. A special thank you to Carlo who made our stay enjoyable and got us involved in water sports, quizzes, bingo and more. Would definitely stay again and recommended to family/friends.

Great place to stay, much nicer than a great big hotel. All the staff were brilliant and very helpful and friendly. Very good all inclusive package.
The animation team were awesome keeping guests entertained with numerous activities. Carlo was a star around the pool during the day keeping everyone happy with just the right level of getting the guests involved with activities without being pushy. Alicia was brilliant with the kids at the mini disco in the evenings.

This hotel was fantastic, we had a great time there. Food was great, plenty of variety for everyone (can't understand people giving the food a bad review maybe they have caviar ,oysters and champagne at home) . Staff were excellent and very helpful, the rooms were cleaned and changed every day, they also had a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea., it also had a safe all at no extra charge. Entertainment was good some nights but excellent on other nights, bar staff and restaurant staff are second to none. The pools are really good plenty of sunbeds, snacks are available at the pool bar ,help yourself. Back to the rooms, they are spacious ,plenty cupboards drawers etc and if you're on the ground you get a spacious terrace and if you're upstairs you get a decent size balcony,. I have been before with my family and this time me and my wife, perfectly great for everyone. Thank you guys for a great holiday see you soon

This hotel is in a prime location and the hotel and grounds are well kept. The rooms are clean and spacious although the shower head and wall fixing could be improved on but other than that I was well pleased. Due to covid housekeeping was 3 times a week but there wasn't any issue requesting or getting clean towels or linen. The pool area was well kept and cleaned every morning and while the pool itself looked beautiful I didn't venture into the water as it was November/December and just a little too refreshing for me. There are 2 pool areas. The main pool area also had a pool suitable for toddlers. The food was great, plenty of it and a wide variety to choose from. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.

The food is in the average (nothing special) and the bathroom was a bit smelly.

Excellent service. Big spacious rooms and balconies. Excellent choice at breakfast. Big refreshing swimming pools. Perfect location in town.

Speedy check in. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Pool areas always clean and tidy, always managed to find sun loungers, parasols were harder to find, but some people had 2 or 3. Food excellent, best all inclusive food I have had, our party of 4 had 2 picky eaters but all left satisfied after a meal. Was looking in to going to mainland Spain in November but this has changed our minds, see you all in November 😁
