Location Food and Staff were magnificent special mention to Emilio who always helped us whether it was to find a table, or to assist us with how everything works and always with a big smile on his face. Can't understand the negative reviews this is our second trip here and we can't rate it highly enough. My wife has mobility issues and found nothing challenging about staying here. Cleaners, pool cleaners, ground staff everyone was very helpful and smiley, and not to forget the reception staff forever helpful. Rooms are big and with air-conditioning. Would we stay here again 100%

After reading some negative reviews we was really nervous about coming. The holiday from start to finish as been perfect we can’t fault it at all, if I wanted to be picky a couple of plates had chips in but that is it. The staff on arrival and throughout our stay was very helpful and friendly, we’d requested a apartment close by to everything due to disabilities, we couldn’t have been any closer literally a 30 second walk to the pool and restaurant . The apartment was cleaned everyday and left spotless with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast was amazing plenty of choice for everyone, even had some one stood cooking fresh omelettes, nice lunch yes desserts was a little repetitive but I expect that from a AI break. Food was provided for Breakfast right till 9.30 in the evening. The main pool was great and fantastic entertainment on for kids and adults, 1 day foam party and pool games another day pool inflatables and water polo, pool side was spotless and staff was constantly keeping it clean. No sunbed wars a couple of people had towels out but not many, plenty of sunbeds to go around. Pool bar was great from cold drinks to tea, slushies, cocktails and ice creams from 10.30-6 ish. My little boys a very fussy eater but the staff went out of there way to help, even making him super noodles (only thing he’d eat) on a lunch and dinner time. The location of the hotel is perfect, I’d say a 10 min walk to beach, 2-3 min walk to shops which is all very cheap and reasonably priced. Overall a lovely holiday and we will definitely return. Kamim I think it was spelt was amazing and very helpful in the restraunt. He went out of his way to help. We stayed in block A room 1106 perfect spot.

We have just returned from 7 nights all inclusive at this hotel. We traveled as a family with 2 young children ages 4 and 6. We had a fantastic time, these apartments are 3 star so don't go expecting 5 star but our room was lovely and big and clean, the cleaners worked very hard, reception staff always helpful if you needed anything just ask and they will try yo help. The all inclusive food is what you expect from a 3 star hotel but it was good and a huge selection, we always managed to find something to eat although by day 7 it was getting quite the same, breakfast was the best meal of the day, huge selection, fresh pancakes and omlettes made to order, they were lovely. We ate out on 2 evenings, one of which was on our last day we were a late flight home so went to burger King. The other we went to one of the local restaurants which was lovely. Corralejo itself is a lovely family friendly resort with plenty to keep you occupied, the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the main street. We spent most days at the pool which was lovely and clean, although if you are going in the kids pool I'd recommend going in from the shallowest part as we did witness a few people slipping when they got in the steeper edge. The entertainment was good during the day and there was no pushing anyone to do anything, join in if you want if not just relax and evening entertainment was a bit hit or miss but with 2 young children we were never out that late to witness much of it. They had a kids mini disco on from 8.30 which our 2 children loved. All in all an amazing holiday, lovely apartments and staff and a beautiful resort.

We visited the hotel in August 2025. We had an enjoyable holiday - Kids loved the pool area. Our room was clean and tidy, we booked a pool view room which was great and well worth upgrading - housekeeping staff were warm, friendly and super helpful, especially after my daughter was sick on the bedding. We had an issue with our fridge which stopped working - we told reception and within 2 hours we had a new one installed. Staff were happy to help whenever we needed. Air con worked great - WiFi not too reliable. Hot water very intermittent, we had several cold showers. Hotel is in a great location just off the main ***** in a quiet area - shops and supermarkets close by. The old town was lovely, really buzzing down by the waterfront - we had a lovely lunch at La Marina restaurant. Waterpark is at the top of the road which is well worth a visit. Small beach approx 15min walk, larger sand dune beach around 45 minute walk Food was ok, basic at best - we found breakfasts better than dinner. At breakfast there were options of cooked breakfasts, breads, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, meats and cheese, pancakes and churros. Dinners were a bit hit and miss - some items were cold, felt very school canteen. Good selection of desserts. We were half board - it seemed to take an age to get a drink with dinner, most guests are all inclusive. No one came to ask us what we wanted - we had to ask, sometimes we couldn't get one until half way through our meal - that really needs improvement. In all honesty some areas of the hotel are a bit tired, its more 3* - balcony edges needed repainting, some of the pool liner/tiles were missing at the bottom of the pool, areas around the edge of the pool needs repainting - the hotel has the potential to be great, its just not there yet. Ground keepers were lovely, always happy with a friendly 'hola' in the mornings, as they hosed and cleaned the pools areas/walkways daily, and raked the garden areas. Sunbeds were being reserved from 6am even though hotel policy states they shouldn't be... however no staff were challenging/enforcing the rule - clearly it had become a culture. We always managed to find a sunbeds or 2 by the quiet pool which was better for our children. Overall we had a good holiday, we made the best of it. Would I return? To Fuerteventura, absolutely - to this hotel, I'm not sure.

It's such a lovely hotel with a few niggles like not opening bar around pool or restaurants up on time. The rooms are fantastic, fair to say they need some repairs but storage is fantastic the beds were comfy enough and the room was a really good size. Food wise for me wasn't great some meat wasn't cooked properly and very little variety for kids especially picky ones but deserts were always great and for kids endless sweets were such a treat! Staff were lovely very friendly one lovely lady blew kisses to my children every day! Entertainment was extremely up and down honestly the magic shows were fun but the singers not so much but I guess that is personal preference! Animation team very hit and miss Jamal was amazing really got the kids going at mini disco and a few that did dancing by the pool were fun but some of them looked as if they really didn't want to be there! Pools very slippery especially the baby pool really need the flooring sorted! Big pool also really needs the flooring sorted because very bumpy. The water was lovely and again very good sizes all.inflatables welcome and area was always clean. Sunbeds were bad to be honest lots of broken ones and parasol none existing! The ones they had really needed heavier weights as when the wind got them they flew! Sunbed availability was good we found we never struggled and even tho the hotel say they move towels this didn't happen when we went and we put towels down around 8 had breakfast and went round pool no trouble at all. Can't fault the dedication of cleaning staff they were none stop bless them our rooms were cleaned everyday without fail and fresh towels and loo roll! Amazing location with lots of shops and restaurants. It was a really good hotel the main things you want from a hotel (apart from food for me) was always met and can't fault location. We had a lovely 14 nights

Loved this place , especially for the good price ! The food was always lovely and hot with a good variation of, staff always friendly and happy to help and serve you. Place was cleaned constantly, drinks were nice and service great, rooms could do with being done up a little but for the price you cannot complain! Would definitely come back to this hotel and the location is just perfect.

Rooms around the quiet pool so spacious and clean. Breakfast and lunch great, afternoon snacks not so good. In the evening try and eat from the live cooking stations to get HOT food. Location great, plenty of sunbeds and the staff very friendly and helpful. Not the hotels fault, but lots of children and a very loud pool, it’s not for us, thankfully we were around the quiet pool. Free safety box, fridge tea coffee kettle and toiletries.

Currently in the hotel...sadly we'll be heading home soon.

From check in we knew we had made the right decision to ignore the few bad reviews.

Leonardo was flawless as he checked us in, also changed our room without hesitation! Rooms are spotlessly clean and are cleaned daily.

We took a ramble to the dining area for lunch with all you needs met...the pizza was delicious as was all the food.

Out to the pool then to relax with the pool bar always stocked well. Evening drinks in the terrace at the stage area then to dinner..again cannot fault the food!

Now to the real stars of our stay...the Staff who work tirelessly to your every need! The Animation team are outstanding, so attentive to the children.
We've been travelling to Corralejo for the past 15 years and we will definitely be returning to the hotel this is solely down to how well we were and others were treated by the staff.
