4 stars as there was an issue with the AA and they did not solve it. If not, 5 stars.
Positive:
it's an old monastry very well preserved and exceptionally located (very near to the train station and in the old town).
It's walking distance to every interesting place.
Nice architecture and nice concierge.
Negative:
If you go by car you have to pay to park near (there are some parking places very near -average 15 euros per day).
Air conditioning was broken and after 4 days it was not repaired and with 35 degrees and 85 humidity outside it was difficult to sleep at night.
The breakfast service was expensive (12 € /day) and It was better and cheaper to have breakfast outside (there are plenty of bars and restaurants near).

A lovely building, so calming. Helpful staff, great service and Excellent breakfast. Perfect location. Highly recommended.

Yes, the hotel is beautiful and the staff provides excellent service. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Parking is closeby.
The shower stall was quite small (a minor issue) however water pressure was excellent.
The issue is that Cádiz in July is very hot and humid. We were looking for excellent AC/air conditioning in the room and although the thermostat tegistered 18° (equivalent to a cold 64.4° fahrenheit), it was NOT, which created a poor night of sleep, it was very uncomfortable for us.

We had a 2 night stay in this beautiful hotel. My husband myself and my brother whom has mobility issues. The staff were fantastic with my brother could not be more helpful. The hotel was conveniently located for exploring Cadiz. Spotlessly clean.

Very good hotel. I really liked the entrance in the convent. The rooms were quiet and big enough with all the facilities and also a big window. I used the gym which is just a small room with 3 cardio machines and space for abs and a TXR, but I was alone and find it perfect for a early morning run. The receptionist was especially helpful giving us a map and a lot of useful info. Recommended

Very atmospheric. The structure of the convent has been retained. The rooms are above the cloister, which encloses a large patio. Sitting in the cloister you get a real feeling of history. Our room was every thing you'd want. Breakfast was a super buffet. Convenient location, close to cafes, bars and restaurants.

Liked everything about it, very beautiful place. But a bit thin walls, unfortunately our "neighbours" were a bit loud. Great location and Easy to find near bus/trainstation.

Nice hotel in a very good location. Rooms had no frills though and amenities were limited.

A little gem in the heart of the old town. A former convent. Ideal location. Rooms are well furnished. Even a nespresso machine. Super value for money. Even a small gym..
