Door to the bathroom is semi-transparent. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Not very soundproof. Nice jacuzzi bath, but not big enough for two. Warm in December. Nice view to the back of the hotel. Breakfast is not up to a 4-star European hotel. Poor selection and not the best quality.

Parking is expensive at 15eu and 20eu per dog the price soon rolls up!!! Breakfast was nice, wouldn't stay again though!!

The hotel is an older style room but with lots of space with a big balcony. We got a double bed for €100 for 1 night and the bed was excellent. Would recommend 5/5.

Beautiful hotel in Figueres. Very clean, roomy, eclectic and close to center of town. Great customer service from everyone at the hotel. Reasonably priced and we would stay there again.

A very enjoyable stay. Nice lady at the reception, large room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Breakfast ok but a bit of a small selection. The window could also be repaired (at least in my room 705).

A must see for fans of Dali. You can even see the little cellar area he used to have private dinners in. It is elegant and spacious inside, but never seemed to be busy. The service was very attentive and the food was beautifully presented. Was surprised at the wine selection for very reasonable prices. Ended up getting a bottle!

Excellent experience at the centrally located hotel. Room was clean and air conditioning worked really well. Parking was 15 euros for one night and definitely worth it. Breakfast had excellent money - value ratio with fresh squeezed orange juice and good selection of other treats.

Beautiful hotel just on the Figueres city limits. We had a fabulous dinner at their Wine Bar restaurant, and the service was first class. Breakfast the next morning was awesome, too. This is a great place to stay.

We were most impressed with Hotel Emporda from start to finish. Check-in was ok, although a complimentary coffee would have been appreciated. Why should we pay while waiting! Usually we do not have to wait for long to get served in the restaurant in the evening, but this time we came around 8.30 and discovered a nearly full restaurant and only two waiters trying to cope with all the tables. Frustrating to wait for the first glass of wine for 45 minutes and even longer for the food - which did live up to our expectations.

Dogs are welcome and the hotel is VERY accommodating, great surroundings to walk them as well. Room was large and very comfortable. We dined at the Le Motel restaurant for lunch. An airy dining room featuring impeccable service. We had the set lunch with matching wines. All superb, fresh, imaginative and very Catalan. Molt bé!

Great location but paid the price. However, despite ending of season our room was quite tired in appearance and simply took away the high end expectation. Breakfast and staff superb. Parking is actually street parking. Simple changes would make 5*. Roof top area not open until 6pm. Don’t let pics put you off, as still great place to be.

We've only been to Rooftop Bar. This is a great place for a few drinks. Fantastic view over Empuriabrava. Nice service, prices ok. Perfect to relax. The Rooftop Bar is absolutely recommended.

Our stay at Port Salins was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we checked in the staff was very welcoming, friendly and kind. Upon arrival, we had a breeze parking up and getting our stuff in: the staff was super pleasant and gave us a room with full sea views rather than a partial one we had booked. The hotel staff are lovely and the location brilliant. There is free parking adjacent and a lovely promenade to walk our dog from the hotel's door. So good they accept dogs and make your hound feel welcome.

The hotel is conveniently located, very good food (buffet), has a pool and SPA. Massages from Rocio are really good, truly professional. The rooms need a bit of renovation (don’t look like a 4*), but have all that’s needed. The parking is in walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel is great located, beautiful views. Rooms are a bit small, and not enough place for your things, but overall great views and comfort. Food buffet for breakfast and lunch is not too quite good and you don’t have many options as expected. All was a pleasant stay until you top with the 2 woman in the reception that are rude and unfriendly. But other girls and the staff in the bar is great.

Hotel itself is good. Room was quite comfortable but the pillows weren’t good. AC doesn’t work properly as expected and the breakfast variety wasn’t that good. Overall I expected better breakfast and room for a 4-star hotel. But you will enjoy a great view and location.

A beautiful location to spend some quality time, you have access to the swimming pool, a gym, and there is also a spa on the top floor. The access to the beach couldn't be easier, as you have to walk 10 meters to enjoy the sea. I openly recommend it

Secluded boutique hotel with beach and paved greenway leading into town just out back. Clean, well appointed rooms. Friendly staff and great restaurants on site. Neat history of archeology lodge. Bathtub/shower is probably not accessible friendly.

Great location in delightful little bay just outside Roses. Extremely well furnished, higj standard - gorgeous outdoor pool area. Only downside is the traffic noise from the seafront road.

Very comfortable room. The breakfast was great. Staff very friendly at all times. It is a bit of a walk to the beach. But you can get closer with the car. We went to Platja el Petritxol.

We stayed for 1 night and felt for the price the hotel was fantastic. The hotel is in a renovated old mill and has a very cozy and warm atmosphere. They have an indoor fireplace too which was great for December. Relaxing and comforting experience in the midst of a global pandemic. The staff all were super professional and respectful. Some of the "northern" clients should have the decency to wear masks in public spaces though. The hotel is great. Rooms are tidy and spacious. We were there off season so I would like to think that that was the reason why you had no access to massages or the SPA. Note that the SPA area (just a jacuzzi and sauna) are paid and you have to book. Definitely not worth it. The “puerto” is stunning and the hotel is very well located behind the main road but with easy access to the beach.

Overall good value for money. Unfortunately the restaurant staff gave us a bad experience the last day. Came down to the restaurant 10 min early and was scolded for getting a coffee. Then waitress stated I could not come for breakfast with my wife having eaten earlier a light breakfast myself. Very unnecessary treatment! 😒

I had a lovely stay here. Staff were pretty friendly, room was very clean and breakfast was simple but good. The jacuzzi in the room was more complicated to operate than I anticipated and seemed to malfunction. Overall a good spot and I’d stay again.

Hotel located in the center of town, we must highlight the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the hotel as well as the staff. Breakfast is served on the terrace and it is a luxury to be able to have breakfast watching the views offered by the port. We will repeat for sure. This hotel is the rose in the crown of Cadaques. The service lives up to the hype that you will see in other reviews and I have to say the accommodation is even better. We absolutely loved our stay, the only negative is there wasn't availability for us to stay longer and I cant say i am surprise. I'd been told before that this was Heaven On Earth, i wasn't let down.
