Great location, less than a minute walk from the beach. Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Good breakfast too.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with our two dogs.
Upon arrival, we had a breeze parking up and getting our stuff in: the staff was super pleasant and gave us a room with full sea views rather than a partial one we had booked. The room was nicely furnished, very tidy and had everything from a hairdryer to soft drinks, bathrobes to spare toothbrushes.
The toss-up between the best part, however, ended up being their wonderful breakfast (AMAZING MUSHROOMS that were not pictured because I ate them too quickly. 😋) and the hour a day of free spa time that included pools, jacuzzi, steamroom and a sauna.
In short, I would stay again. The location was great and they were super dog friendly.

Great room good size with balcony with 2 chairs plus queen size bed.
Receptionist were very helpful you could always ask if you need help.
Rooms were large but space in room empty. Need a settees or desk. Hairdryer probably made in the 70s. Useless. No extraction fan that worked in bathroom.
Spa small. Pool very small and couldn't book anything on the day for massage. Free bike hire. Bikes not well maintained local ride only anywhere more than 2-5k. hire from a bike shop

The hotel staff are lovely and the location brilliant. There is free parking adjacent and a lovely promenade to walk our dog from the hotel's door. So good they accept dogs and make your hound feel welcome.

The hotel is conveniently located, very good food (buffet), has a pool and SPA. Massages from Rocio are really good, truly professional.
The rooms need a bit of renovation (don’t look like a 4*), but have all that’s needed. The parking is in walking distance from the hotel.

The stuff is completely des interested and the service not worth a hotel in this category.
After booking they tell you that there is only 1h per day available for spa and pool usage.
At the arrival after a 16h trip we have been told that the rooms are available from 2 pm and not at 2pm which means that it can be 4, 5 or 6pm.
After 1 hour of waiting and long discussions we have been given access to our room which is not really comfortable and so tiny that two persons have no possibility to even unpack the Bagage properly.
We booked Spa treatments and have been told on the treatment day 5 minutes before, that those are not available because the hotel employee booked them on the wrong day. No acceptable alternative was available.
Wifi was not working properly as well.
In general the hotel stuff is completely not interested in solve any problems.
The entire trip was a mix of incompetence, unfriendly stuff, and discussions.
