Excellent！ No more other words except Muy Bien!

Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount.

The front desk failed to arrange the reserved room. After repeated communication with Ctrip, the room type was changed back to the booked room type.

Wonderful and top location my compliments to all employees. Wonderful place feels like coming home with all the luxury.

With children, I booked a family suite, which is a duplex room. Upstairs is a normal 1.8-meter double bed, and downstairs is a sofa bed. After the sofa is opened by the staff, it is also a large bed. The room can see the sunset, which is great.

The hotel is amazing and ideal for relaxing for a weekend.

Recommended Our stay was pretty good. We had a junior suite. There was nowhere to hang dresses, especially long ones, which I tend to wear on holiday. Otherwise it was fine. The friendly staff checked us in quickly and on our arrival to our room we fond a bottle of Cava and chocolates! This is my second stay (I had to bring my wife to take in the beachfront atmosphere and great location for exploring the shops, bars and restaurants along the beach walkway). This was our second day at the Occidental, unfortunately that air-conditioning was not working for our day which we were not made aware of on check in. Everything spot on but it's a smoke free hotel

I will start of by saying great food, lovely pool and clean all over. The only problem we had was one of the life guards. He had a right problem with any English people in the pool. He told my children off for playing with water guns even though the Spanish kids there were doing the same and it was fine for them. He complained that they got people in the pool wet with the guns. Very good family holiday hotel with all inclusive drinks available until midnight and loads of choice of food. Great location near to the beach, bars,restaurants and the train station. The triangular balconies are a little small but rooms are fine.

I stayed in August 2024 and returned again end of December up to January 2025. Lovely clean, quiet hotel. Has all the basics anyone would need. Perfect for a single person or couple travelling. We spent ten days in this boutique hotel and would recommend it and we will return . The hotel is very clean and we enjoyed breakfast in the cafe/ bar area every morning. Generally not a bad hotel, but it feels outdated, rooms especially. Breakfast is good. Position generally is good, but I have realized that this area has a higher average age of population than I prefer. Generally, the price I paid could be lower for what I got.

We've just returned from a week at this hotel and have no complaints. The room was clean and spacious, with house keeping in every day. The safe was free to use. We have just come back from 10 days at this lovely hotel. Location is great food could be a bit better but we never went hungry rooms nice and big there are no hairdryer so take your own.
