We have just had the best 4 nights stay I’ve had for a long time. Could not fault this hotel. The staff were amazing polite and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although we only had breakfast the food was very good. I was so impressed of how clean the place was absolutely spotless . The position of the hotel is slightly out of the centre but it is not as noisy/quit relaxing. I have seriously been thinking of booking for next year as I’ve had a great experience. Mike J

We stayed 4 nights in the hotel and had a great time. The room was spacious and cleaned daily - we needed extra pillow amazing housekeeping lady didn't have any issues with providing one; same with kettle. Reception staff - super helpful and friendly . We didn't try hotel restaurants as we booked a room only. We stayed in a room on the 5 floor sea view - road outside the hotel is busy - for us, it wasn't an issue. The hotel is short walking distance from train station( train to Malaga and back cost €6- thanks for the lovely lady from reception- she gave us the map, recommend places to visit in Malaga), bus stop less than 2 minutes walk ( take you to town centre /shopping centre for €1.20), probably 3 minutes walk to the beach, shops etc. Thanks to the amazing staff, we've had a great time and definitely consider coming back next year.

Really friendly staff, lovely hotel but the noise from the traffic all through the night was terrible. Although the rooms were really nice and it was excellent value foroney, the hotel needs to invest in better windows for sound proofing.

Hotel is clean. Rooms are big and cleaned everyday. Pool area was nice and quiet. Breakfast was bland and cold. There was four of us and we thought we were singled out around the pool area a couple of times. My wife asked at the bar for a cup of hot water to make tea and sit at the poolside bar but she was told she would have to go her room. We decided to stay at the poolside bar and have a few drinks which was nice. Another guest who we didn't know arrived with her own bottle of wine from a supermarket, had it opened at the bar and sat with us. A while later a staff member approached us and told one of our party that we couldn't bring our own drink in. It was explained to him that it wasn't our wine but he didn't believe us. Another day at the pool we got a drink at the pool and were served our drinks in plastic cups. Hotel policy. The next day though numerous people were drinking at the pool with real glasses. We did open a tube of Pringles at the pool and were approached by a staff member who informed us it was against hotel policy we apologised for error but other people around the pool were eating and drinking their own food and drink. It left a sour taste for sure. We won't be back.

We have stayed here a few years ago and in this May 2024 we returned here, the quality is still the same and high. I would like to point out the breakfasts and dinners we enjoyed a lot, because the food is very tasty and the people, who is working here are so nice, we felt like in a family. Rooms are with a balcony, spacious and comfortable. The beach is just across the street and nearby is a supermarket. As well the hotel has a nice bar which is open to 11 p.m. by the pool. WiFi is working very well.

When I booked the hotel there was no mention that when booking in a deposit of 15o euros is required as a security you do get it back on leaving but considering u are heading home juries aren't much use to you after your holiday.
The accommodation is fine the food is on the main parity good.the pool is ok but again a deposit payment of 1euro for the towel and a further 10 uroes deposit to ensure that you bring it back then you get this back
I don't like this and it kind of spoiled my experience further if you book this hotel be aware that u are at the outskirts of Fuengirola and you can walk for miles to the centre of town there are buses tuning that run past the hotel these are parity cheap.

Very good location, close to the beach and close to the train station as well.
Nice, big rooms with balcony.
Breakfast was included (it was simple, and a bit "low-cost", they could have spent a little more on that)

Just came back from a lovely week at this hotel.The room was amazing lovely corner balcony with nice views of the sea and mountains can recommend room 804.The hotel was spotless room always smelt lovely each time you entered the good was lovely and the staff were exceptionally helpful. It is also in a very good location beach just across the road loads of bars snd restaurants and a bus stop Just outsideJust going to book again.
