Nice hotel close to the beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable. My children each had their own bed (which they loved). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are buffet with a nice assortment of food. The food was never hot. It was warm. They hotel has 3 elevators for 11 floors, so they are very busy and slow. We didn't have a view of the beach or mountain(if we looked to the right, we could see them). All in all, it was a good hotel.

It was the worst experience ever warn you this hotel. It's not a 4-star hotel, more like a 2
The receptionist at the breakfast was very unprofessional, very rude, and totally hostile ,needs a lot of improvement.

Second time for us, we love this famous hotel, very nice people, close the beach, easy to park the car

This is a 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 star. Dinner buffet was not OK. Food was lukewarm at best, for 18 EUR very few options (mostly cold vegetables). Breakfast was also quite disappointing. Rooms desperately need an update. Elevators need to be fixed, we felt unsafe using them. Location is OK, a few streets from the beach.

Stayed for a 3 night break. The hotel was "ok", nothing special, we enjoyed the stay overall, but probably wouldn't go back on the basis it doesn't match the four star rating it claims to have.
Positives:
-The hotel was spotlessly clean.
-All staff were friendly and polite.
-The breakfast and evening meals had plenty of choice, variety and food was plentiful.
-The executive room was worth a few extra euros per night as it was more modern and had a good view from the 11th floor.
-Bed was comfortable and a great size.
Negatives:
-The "hot" food was luke warm at most. This spoilt the whole dining experience.
-The quality of the food was a little "industrial".
-Pool area doesn't get much sun.
-Dining room was basic and needs sound isolation, it was really loud in there. It had a motorway service station feel to it, not a 4 star hotel.
-Not enough staff working during breakfast to turn over tables quickly enough.
-Having to pre-order drinks in the restaurant was a pain and led to us drinking less than if we could order from the table.
-The sound quality of the TV in the room was terrible, even after tweaking the settings.
-Internet speed was painfully slow.

Staying here for two nights on a full board basis. The food is delicious and there is always plenty to choose from. The rooms are bright, modern and really clean. The bed is a king size and very comfortable. Great views of the Mediterranean Sea from our room on the tenth floor.. Fantastic place a a two or three day break. Only one bar in the hotel which is a bit of a let down. Not a lot to do where the hotel is, however the old Town is only 6km away and has many shops, places of interest and a great choice of bar's and restaurants. The staff are friendly and attentive ⭐⭐⭐⭐

For a 4 star hotel I expected more. Very long waiting time at the reception, up to 30 minutes ...the room itself tidy, although one tile on the ceiling was missing. What's more, the contacts are in very unfavorable places and it is impossible to charge the phone in bed. Another downside is the card used to open the door, during a 5-day stay it stopped working 4 times, which each time ended with waiting for a new one at the reception.The swimming pool is relatively small and cold and is situated in the middle of the hotel, so the sun only comes here for 2-3 hours a day. Wi-Fi in the hotel is tragic, it keeps disconnecting or losing signal, and even when it is, it is very slow.
