B&B Hotel Gijón Centro Begoña
Gijon, Avenida De La Costa, 44 🧭 Map
The hotel allows you, the vistor, peace and tranquility in the heart of Gijons business epicentre to explore this wonderful city. All amenities are a mere walking distance away.
Great location: 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins from the center. Wifi is working fine.
Disadvantages - poor sleep quality: no blinds,
neither AC not ventilator in the room (it was very hot and we couldn't sleep),
very noisy (thin walls and horrible noise from neighbors AC from the patio),
moskitos from the open window (as there's no AC).
The facilities are pretty old, too.
Parking is 15€ ...
It's a decent hotel. The bus stop is right next to it. As a starting point great.
The location is pretty good. Just in the center of Gijon. The bad aspect is that the hotel is really old and a bit noisy.
This hotel is located in the center of Gijón next to the bus stop and with hundreds of shops and restaurants and several parks within walking distance. The hotel itself has a nice restaurant and the rooms are full of character with many using genuine antique furniture. The staff are very friendly and do their best to make you feel welcome.

A well known place for locals, it’s not distinguished for their “greeting” staff. As if they were making a favor, they are rude and unwilling to give any info but your room number and the cafeteria schedule. They have this sign hanging on every wall asking to keep it silent for other guests rest accordingly but they are the first, at barely 8:00 to start opening/closing doors, vacuuming and so forth
Very nice hotel on the beach. Excellent breakfast in the hotel bar served by the kindest waiter that we met until now while walking the Camino Norte.
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Great views along the beach from the room.
Very well located hotel, in front of the beach. A bit retro style, but spacious rooms. Bear in mind that the TV is not a smart TV, hence no TV apps. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear all the other persons passing by, chatting, etc…. That is not good at 3 am in the morning.
The room is well equipped with aircon and safety box, and very well distributed bathroom and room.
Walkable distance...
Friendly, old-style hotel, excellent location
Location is very good .
Restaurant need update . Nice people but the place is need work and love to be comfortable and nice to stay.
The A/C did not work . They fixed . But the personal was very nice .

Hotel Norte
Gijon, 8 Calle Juan Muniz Zapico 🧭 Map
Clean rooms. Far from the beach but there is a bus line very close to the hotel. Super friendly staff. The only drawback is the food. We didn't know what we were going to eat until we were sitting at the table and the food was being served. Only two waitresses for a whole room of people..... That is if the two are super friendly and affectionate.
Nice place and wonderful staff.

I enjoy my stay here 2 nights.
There is a restaurant / cafe on site that serves good food at good prices.
You can pay double fare for the weekend but the price doesn’t worth the hotel
Excellent services and food. Friendly staff especially Eugenia and Alberto. I will be back!
Not bad location friendly staff good breakfast modern enough
Nice room, good wifi, parking on site, almost decent breakfast, friedly staff

Gijon, Santa Rosa, 4 🧭 Map
I had an amazing short stay at the hotel - the staff was so exceptionally nice and accommodating, allowing me to check-in at 11:30am already. The room was on 4th floor, inward looking, quiet and great. The location is fantastic to explore the old town and go to the beach. There are plenty of dinning places around and bars. I would highly recommend this property.
Room is in need of some renovation.
All one needs
The hotel was in a great location and the staff were terrific. The room, while small, was spotless. Would book again without hesitation.
Great location, friendly staff! Pleasant stay!
Just perfect
Perfect location with underground secure parking (€13 per night). Steps away from bars and restaurants. Lovely breakfast. I had an issue with my motorcycle and needed to stay another couple of nights and they sorted it out for me even though they were showing as full. Fantastic hotel team.
Great find
Lovely small hotel in a great location with secure parking and breakfast included.

Hotel Gijon
Gijon, Pedro Duro, 6 🧭 Map
The staff were very helpful. The location was great very close to all the eateries, harbour and beaches. The room had a radio with built in speakers in the bathroom too.
Muy buena ubicación el hotel Gijon, lo único malo el ruido
Good basic hotel, fairly central. No parking, but there is a parking garage around the corner which had decent sized spaces.
In the very centre, bikers can park motorcycles in the parking 50 mt from hotel for 5€ / 24h. Hotel clean e good
Nice place Andrés the best service
We went there for dinner. The service was very good, as was the food. The only thing that stopped my rating it 5 stars was the terrible din coming from a drunken group who were supposedly watching football.

Gijon, Av De Los Campones 80 🧭 Map
Check in was very easy. Room was very comfortable, beds twin were wonderfull, shower was fab. This hotel was great for us staying in Gijon for 4 days. Although we originally walked from the Feve/Renfe station which took 25 minutes, the hotel is situated in a semi commercial area , we then took the bus there and back into town. We also discovered that there was a Feve station about 5 minutes walk away...
Super clean, delivers more than expected. Friendly staff and an amazing breakfast.
Clean room, well maintained toalets, good service.
The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was spacious and the personnel was cordial
Nice place, clean and renewed.
Very modern and clean hotel with a tasty breakfast. Made last minute reservations and called to discuss late arrival after 1am. The clerk explained everything clearly and even sent the simple instructions to us on WhatsApp. Great service and price.

i booked the single bed room. it's quite small but sufficient if you sre staying for one night like it was my case and there wasnt any noise from the outside as the view is on an empty street. however the walls are very thin, so if the neighbors are nosy you are out of luck.
note: there isnt any physical reception after 18h, so if you srrive there make sure to ring and it will connect you with someone...
I got pretty bad mosquito bites at this hotel. The hotel is very basic so it has no AC. I left the window open overnight to sleep, and I was bitten a few times. Without ac, it was hard to sleep and it’s very noisy outside as we are right in the city centre. The room is very small. There are no amenities like tea/coffee or a fridge. The bathroom is dated. The shower has very high pressure and even with...
Well located and good
Great located little hotel
Well priced.
Parking nearby pricey but hard Ticino spot on street in season
A very good service, And it is very clean and the viewers are Great! And very comfortable bed and a lot of space in room. And stuff I general are very helpful and friendly. 😊
I stayed here for a couple of days between Caminos, and the single room (while small) was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had a full bathroom, including a BATH. A BATH, guys!
The hotel is affordable, and centrally located. The true standout though, and the reason this was 5 stars, was because of the helpful and professional reception staff. Silvia in particular was an absolute delight, being...
The treatment by the staff has been great. The only drawbacks that would be the heat in the room, the noise heard from the street and other rooms, and the brightness that comes between the curtains. If you don't like clarity, you need a mask yes or yes

Clean room, great location with a nearby car park, nice shower, good bed.
Great location
The room is well decorated, but small - we had hard time to place our luggage during our stay. The breakfast is pretty good and worth the price. The location is another positive point. My only observation is that they turn off the AC at night. The week we were there in October the temperature at night was around 60°F (15°C) and we woke up at night sweating thinking the AC was broken...
Very central location, easy walk to bars, restaurants and the old town.
Parking an issue so I parked 800m away in a 5 Euro per day outdoor carpark instead of 15 Euro/day closer one recommended by the hotel.our room faced the back with no view except apartments behind.ask for front facing
Really nice place
Really nice modern rooms, central hotel location , clean, good breakfast and friendly staff
Fantastic hotel, I will definitely stay again if I pass this way. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good there was plenty of it.
Prices very reasonable.
I parked my motorcycle in the street no problem.
Lots of restaurants nearby, lovely walks along the seafront.
Many thanks to all the staff.
A beautiful small hotel very close to the central part of Gijòn, shopping, and the harbour. Wouldn't mind visiting again.
Pros
+ The rooms and bathrooms are great
+ Great location
+ 24 hour reception
Cons
- Ok selection of breakfast, but a bit boring since all bread is factory-packed
- Only one elevator and a bit narrow corridors.

The ambience, the decor, the history of the house were fascinating. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was basic, all cold, but very good and fresh. The grounds were beautiful with lots of places to sit and enjoy the quiet.
A family hotel, absolutely fabulous 🤩
Absolutely outstanding! Great atmosphere, So much care about the guests. Must stay place. We were eager to stay longer although not planned )
Can not recommend this place enough. Beautiful hotel with stunning decor and the staff is so friendly. The restaurants in the surrounding areas are very good and within walking distance. Super!
Your very own mansion in this amazing space! The house holds so much history, but importantly how the rooms are updated with modern amenities for your comfort. We had a short stay but also one of the best. Beautiful, cosy and paired with excellent service. Super peaceful sorrounding. Perfect for those looking a more quiet and slow spot outside a Gijon.
I love the place. Great atmosphere. Very friendly personnel. I can not come up with anything to complain. Good bed, super bathroom and the breakfast is great. Great place if you have kids since the area is fenced in and the gate is locked. I recommend sincerely.

Rural house in a privileged location, with a view towards Gijón and in a quiet and easily accessible area with parking at the door. Just 10 minutes from Gijón. The room is very spacious, we have never been in such a large room, everything clean, large television, large bathroom. The super complete breakfast for two people included 6 pieces of toast, plenty of butter, 3 types of homemade jams, coffee...
Very quiet rural hotel, on the outskirts of Gijón, located on hills with beautiful views of the mountains and the city, with the sea in the background. Very good room and very good breakfasts. Excellent attention. Pets welcome. Highly recommended.
This hotel is a luxury, Teresa the owner, makes you feel at home. If it could be given six stars, it definitely deserves it.
Quiet and pleasant. Beautiful place. We came to play golf. One last. We will be back
Rural hotel in its entirety. Don't worry. Broad. Careful. Next to everything in Gijón. Home. And 3 public golf courses next door. You can not ask for more.
It gives me great joy to read the reviews of this hotel-restaurant and to see that Mrs. Teresa is still in charge. We were there 14 years ago and we still remember the incredible breakfasts and the magnificent treatment that made us feel at home. Congratulations!!!
