Good modern hotel overall, good food in restaurant , but pricey parking at 19.5 € per night spoilt the experience.

Super dog friendly hotel. Ground floor noise near the breakfast place can be annoying so watch those rooms. Location is good easy to get around. Parking on site. Recommend trying the restaurant downstairs for drinks too.

Great stay — comfortable and convenient
Everything was great at NH Hotel in Gijón. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is super convenient — easy to get around the city and close to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely come back!

The location of this hotel is very good, close to the sea, and you can walk to the beach. The beach in Gijón is very fine, and many people are playing on the beach. There are public parking spaces on the roadside next to the hotel, which are quite sufficient. You can see the sea from the hotel window, which is very comfortable.

We attended to the New Year ‘s Eve celebration and the experience was outstanding. Food and beverage quality was excellent and hotel staff was very profesional.

Hotel has great underground parking, is also well located for the harbour/seafront. Modern hotel,rooms: very well presented and comfortable. We slept well the staff were excellent and we had a great breakfast. Great location doing northern Spain.

Great location just off the waterfront, short walk to beach and coastal walkway. Delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms. The one star off is mainly for the anemic internet, as others have mentioned. It is slow, but even worse, inconsistent, seemingly dropping out frequently to unusably slow or unable to connect. It may work for you for background tasks like downloading emails and uploading photos from your phone … which can take place anytime, but for interactive internet use like web browsing or most apps, you will want to switch to your cellular connection which should be much more reliable.
In this era, it’s ok if the hotel offers a slower free internet … but it should at least be of a consistent and reliable speed, fast enough for web use at least.

Fine hotel, though a little bland. Location is good and food as well.
The showers in my room needed maintenance and probably replacement, though functional.
Proper wifi is not included, the "free" wifi was usable but not for anything more than 480p video, there's a paid option for "proper" wifi which is a blatant and unnecessary money grab. Seems to be a thing for hotels of this chain to not include good wifi, which is silly.
