This is a strictly 3-star hotel that doesnt claim more than what it does and is perfectly adequate if you are spending not too much time in Granada. Our room for 3 was huge two level room, and the sound proofing was fantastic for a 3-star. The front desk staff is extremely nice! After check-out, we left our bags there for 2 hours - in those two hours, they had found a few things we had missed packing and left back in room, and they had collected them and put them away for us! Don't go expecting a 4 star property, but this place does more than it should!

I didn’t choose this, was booked as part of a group tour. And judging by the pictures on here and the room I had, and my fellow travelers described, we were definitely given the smallest/cheapest room which is surprising on a $3k “comfort” rated trip.
Nonetheless, I would say PROS - Great location & water pressure. Lovely friendly US-born lady on reception. Smells great when you walk in and delightful seating area CONS. Room v small almost nowhere to barely open medium suitcase & AC right above bed so felt like cold air blowing on you all the time made for a difficult sleep. Breakfast per most other hotels of this type, really basic and terrible coffee. For a great coffee go to the patisserie on the corner Casa Ysla

My dad got injured in Granada and had to go to the hospital. The staff at hotel Anacapri were so kind and helped my mom and I while we were waiting for my dad to get out of the hospital. They extended our stay and we're very flexible because we weren't sure when we'd leave. I was wowed by the kindness from everyone and am so thankful to them for helping us in this difficult situation.

The room was in the street level. Very compact.
No front desk presence. They lock the front door .
And no attendant if you have to travel very early or middle of the night.we lost our flight due to the locked front door entrance of the hotel. The room was not worth the charge per night. I will never come back to this hotel.

I stayed here with my family (2 children) in the family room. It was perfect. The location was outstanding, a very short walk to everything (up a big hill to get the Alhambra). The staff was very kind. The rooms were clean and quiet. The family room was ideal for older kids and made the trip much more manageable. I would absolutely recommend staying here again.

Located in the city center, it is convenient for transportation and dining. The room is also large, but sometimes you can hear the sound of the machine starting up.

I had almost no complaints, but the WIFI was often out of service, which was inconvenient. If that could be improved, I would have been satisfied with the room.

The hotel is good in location. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is helpful. However, the room is a bit small and the view is not very good.

Located in the center of Granada, it was easy to get to anywhere and we were able to do everything on foot. It was also great that there were places to eat nearby.
The reception staff were friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit.

Hygiene: Not very clean, probably because it has been vacant for a long time, so there is dust
