Hotel Saray

Great experience and well-managed hotel. Everything was perfect.

El hotel es acogedor y bonito. La habitación está muy bien para dos personas y muy limpia. El personal del hotel es muy amable, puedes aparcar en su parking o alrededor del hotel, hay bastante zona blanca y si das un par de vueltas puedes dejar el coche.
La ubicación es muy buena,a unos 15 minutos del centro andando y si no puedes ir en autobús.
Para ir hasta el centro una calle más para allá del hotel (a unos 5 minutos) tienes la parada del autobús (la línea 8 te deja en el centro) y para volver el mismo autobús para en la puerta del hotel.
Al rededor del hotel también hay varios bares y ocio por si algún día no quieres irte fuera.
En general el hotel está muy bien,lo recomiendo para alojarte en Granada!

Average with no service for four start

A lovely hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Our Executive room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable.
The coffee machine was awful.
I was extremely surprised that there was no iron in the room and that they were unable to supply one.

I like how the hotel had some historical designs. You can see its a bits of these touches around the hotel. Rooms were pretty comfy. Service was ok. When we arrived we dined at the restaurant and the food was great.

We were very pleased with our stay here. Staff were helpful, attentive, and professional. Very comfortable. Rooms are a good size, and the bed was excellent, providing a good night's sleep.

Only taken a star off for location as just a little outside centre, but not really a problem, just a 5 minute walk across the river.

Good place to stay. The hotel is close to the city centre and it's definitely walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly fine although all in all I have to say that it's definitely not the most modern hotel, it's a bit old and could benefit from an update. Nonetheless, a good place to stay.

The hotel room was clean and serviced every day. The bathroom was spotless. Even though I requested 2 single beds, the bed was so big and comfortable that I didn't mind it. The only criticism I have is that there are some details that show that the hotel is over 30 years old and needs touches of renovation here and there, but other than that I would happily stay here again.

Good overall. Excellent breakfast but very expensive. Large room but the two single beds had wheels and did not stay still. A big mistake.
