Hotel Granada Center

The hotel is amazing, clean, and gives you a feel of being a five-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and you can ask for any additional amenities.
Cons: it's a 10 minute walk to the center, near all the action, so make sure your wearing comfortable shoes. The parking is a bit narrow and expensive and you have to pay for room service.

Otherwise it's a magnificent hotel.

Awesome hotel in a great location. Rooms very nice and great amenities provided which you don’t see often. Car Park is only downside as it’s tiny and if you have a big car don’t enter. There is a newer car park not far away near the shopping centre which is easy and quite cheap too.

Very beautiful. But the room with the terrace is very small. Otherwise, everything was worth 5 stars. The location is also decent, 15 minutes to the Granada Cathedral. The staff is excellent.

Staff is very helpful. Carmen in the reception was great. The rooms are very clean , everything smells nice and one could sleep peacefully at nights but it needs a few upgrades like the very old fridge that we used to keep our bottle of waters cool.

We stayed here while visiting Alhambra. It is very convenient from the train station. We could walk within 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. The location is about a 15 - 20-minute walk to the old town. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance. We had purchased a package that included 9 bus rides per person. We did make a good use of it. This is a nice hotel.

Very large hotel and well staffed! Staff were kind and helpful. The rooms were great and large with a huge king size bed, 2 side couches and ample space for luggage with a big bathroom, the rooms were cleaned impeccably everyday. We picked the hotel because there was attached parking but the parking lot is quite difficult to get in and charged €21 per day. There is a public parking 100m away that charged €18 and also much easier to get in and out (especially as we had a rental). The staff were great and breakfast was okay. One thing to note is there is no air conditioning during the winter months but you can open the windows.

A renewed hotel I only managed to try out now because it was closed during and some time after the pandemics.. and it was worth the waiting.

It is one of those kind of grandious hotel with huge lobbies and long grandiose chandeliers, it comes with with the structure of the building, probably from the 60's where this type was the high luxury and status.

With the renewal, everything came to place, it starts off by being a luxurious shiny hotel, but then you discover a really well balanced room comfort and decoration that can appeal to both young/modern as well as the conservative/classic. I found the mixture semi-dark tones, with a lot of texture and wood all around, with shiny bits and black mate... that surprised, what conforting hug you feel.

The bathroom follows this same philosophy, it is posh (not so modern in this case), clean and functional, all good.

Could try the breakfast just one day and I would say it is more than correct, nothing will blow your mind in terms of products or flavour, but you will be more than satisfied.

On the down side, I would say the parking, again the age of this building makes it hard for large cars (Suv's or mini-Vans) not only to park but even access, I myself was waiting for a 9-seater to go from -2 to -3 taking it 20 maneuvers and 3 sets of eyes! 😜

Nonetheless, this is the hotel I will go back to in Granada, it's comfortable, it's well located, it is reasonable in price (although pricy for Granada) and just prefer staying there for now, hope this description help someone make up their mind, happy hoteling!

To see all that the majestic city of Granada has to offer is daunting and tiring, you will need a good hotel to base yourself while here. In this aspect, the Hotel Central delivers. The hotel offers a sleek, modern and efficient experience. The rooms are large, very clean and well appointed. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is top-notch. Wi-fi is also pretty good. The staff are very welcoming and professional, and keep a keen eye on being prompt and accommodating. The breakfast has a wide assortment of offerings and is nicely presented. Overall, especially given the reasonable price I paid, my stay here was one of the best of my many hotel experiences in Spain. I highly recommend and would stay again. Gracias!

The hotel is spectacular 👌 very nice, updated rooms and great amenities. Our room was a balcony room with Granada University as our view. The front desk service was 5 stars. The front desk host and bell man were great in directing us and answering all our questions. The restaurant service and breakfast buffet was pleasant.
