Hotel Granada by Pierre & Vacances in Granada

We chkd in for 3 nights, will be checking out on the 12/5/25.Very bad and horrible experience. Rude and mannerless staff specially those at the reception. Not at all helpful.

I attempted to provide this feedback directly to the to hotel on 25 October 2024. Perhaps the email address I was given was never intended for the hotel management.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service provided by your night employee, Carlos, during our recent stay at HOTEL GRANADA BY PIERRE & VACANCES. While we were hoping for a pleasant experience, Carlos’s conduct fell far short of the standards we expected.

Throughout our stay, Carlos was unhelpful and discourteous, frequently prioritizing personal conversations, particularly with his girlfriend, over attending to the needs of guests. Each time we requested assistance, our needs were either dismissed outright or met with visible and audible annoyance. This behavior left us feeling undervalued and inconvenienced.

As paying guests, we expected professional and courteous service, and Carlos’s actions did not reflect the welcoming and attentive hospitality for which your hotel is otherwise known. His attitude created a negative impact on our overall experience, which is unfortunate given he represents a lasting impression of your brand.

We kindly request that you address this matter and take any necessary measures to ensure that guests receive the level of service expected at HOTEL GRANADA BY PIERRE & VACANCES. We hope to see improvements in guest interactions to prevent similar experiences for future visitors.

I booked by phone as I didn't have internet from hospital. I was charged 90e but would have only laid 65e if j could have booked online.
4 star hotel but no restaurant. Just a cafe.
My room was noisy from work in the cupboard next door.
Furniture in room shabby.
Bed was good.
Breakfast was good.

I tried to confirm my upcoming booking by email and using two phone numbers. The hotel just doesn't reply!
I have called the number this evening (please note that in the morning the same number was not 'assigned' so not recognised by the network). The staff ended the call half way through without confirming my booking. I still don't know if I can check in this Sunday. Is there a direct number I can call other than this?
