The location was perfect—everything was nearby, and the old city was just a 10-minute walk away! The rooms weren’t very spacious, but the excellent service more than made up for it.
Maria, a staff member we met at the breakfast restaurant, was especially friendly and made our morning meals very pleasant.
One small downside was that the shower gel in the bathroom was not refilled, which caused a bit of inconvenience.
However, thanks to the excellent location and the warm hospitality of the staff, we would definitely love to stay here again.
The kitchen staff with Francis, Arturo, and the cook Mari were especially amazing and fun to talk to. They prepared delicious food, like the tortilla, and the buffet was to die for. Special shout out to María as well for leading a fantastic team, and Che the housekeeper for repeatedly pointing me in the correct direction to the elevator. 20/10 highly recommend.
It was cleaner and better than I thought?! The price range was also satisfactory.
The location is also good, so I highly recommend it👍🏻
