However, a few things fell short. The complimentary bottled water wasn't restocked daily, which was a minor inconvenience. The breakfast buffet was quite limited, lacking the variety you might expect. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was out of service for the entire first day of my stay, which made it difficult to get work done and stay connected.
While the stay was pleasant, these small issues kept it from being a truly great experience.
Considering the price we paid, the decor, atmosphere, and cleanliness of the hotel were definitely above expectations. The service quality, the flavor of the breakfast, and the friendliness and energy of the staff all made a great impression on us. ✨🍽️🙌
Not every staff member spoke fluent English, which made communication slightly challenging at times — but they genuinely tried their best to help and were always kind and welcoming. 😊💬
Our rooms were very clean, the furniture was more than sufficient, and the AC worked perfectly, which made the stay comfortable. 🛏️❄️ The bathroom and shower area were clean, modern, and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. 🚿🧼
Another big plus was the hotel’s location — very convenient and easy to access, especially for exploring the area. 📍🚶♂️
All in all, we were highly satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We’re giving it a full 5 out of 5. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The receptionist did not do his job properly, did not check, gave us a room that had already been checked in several times, and did not even apologize. At that time, the statt rather got angry at me. Because of that incompetent and mean staff, that hotel became the worst hotel ever. I would never recommend this hotel. If you stay at a hotel in Granada, it will be the worst memory of your life.
