Pools were amazing Rooms were good Noise levels were not great - families made noise up to 2am some nights The site is like a Spanish version of the UK Haven holiday site. 7/10 and the kids loved it but wouldn’t return

Overall a pleasant stay however a few negatives to point out. Our flight was delayed and after arriving at the resort (2 adults and 3 tired, cranky small children) at 12.10pm, the security man was very aggressive to us. He continued to argue with me in Spanish that we left it too late to arrive, pointing constantly at his watch. My children were clearly distressed with the situation but he was extremely rude. Obviously I don't speak Spanish so we had to use google translate to communicate the few words he was willing to allow. It was a terrible start to the trip. The bungalows are lovely but not cleaned well under the kitchen counters and couch. They have everything you need except an oven. The pool was the highlight. It is clean with lots of slides and no major rush for deckchairs. The food is ok. We mostly cooked and usually ate in the restaurant once per day. I wouldn't be rushing back to eat. The restaurant staff are over worked and in turn can be cranky and dismissive. The bar man working in the pool bar is equally cranky. In general it is the staff that lets this resort down. The facilities are good with laundry facilities in abundance along with car parking. The entertainment is mostly in Spanish which is annoying considering 90% of the people in attendance were English speaking.

IN MIDDLE NOWHERE DO NOT GO IF NO CAR Mainly catered for Spanish so for English not so good as staff are ignorant. Entertainment if any was in spanish so my two little ones had no clue what they were saying. Not for over 8 years old children as besides the pool not much to do. Pool doesn't open until 11am which is ridiculous. Park didn't open until 10.30 also so If you have little ones who are up early take lots to entertain. Supermarket on site does not sell balls or toys so take own. Buffet restaurant only open weekends. Pool bar not open all dsy long.Overall would not go back
