Myself & my partner absolutely loved this hotel! It’s a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, really lovely pool and the staff are very helpful & friendly. The views from the rooms are just gorgeous. Really quiet hotel which we LOVED.
There’s nice restaurants near the hotel and the tram is 10 minute walk too which takes you directly into central Alicante.
Would highly recommend Hotel Almirante and we would definitely book again if we are ever back in Alicante!

very good hotel, nice rooms with big balconies and most of the rooms with pool view. rooms are cleaned every day. pool is very chilled, there is a bar. You can't bring your own drinks. San Juan beach (very clean and nice) is right across the road. 5 minutes walk. I stayed in August 2024. of the minuses I can note that breakfast is not included in the price. and the restaurant is a bit overpriced

We really love this hotel. Its is so relaxing and chilled. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and shades. Bar service from your sunbed too.

Its really close to the beach and Costa Blanca tram stop, so easy to explore the local area without a car. This was our 3rd visit and we will be back. The area is popular with Spanish tourists, so many places don't have menus in English or speak fluent English, but we like this as we travel to enjoy the food and culture of the area. We don't speak Spanish and get by.

Loved this hotel!!, this shows as a 3 star but once you arrive it is like a 5 star. they take care of all of your needs. Everyone from the people at the desk to the people cleaning your rooms are top notch! the on site restaurant is superb as well. there are so many good things they cannot all be mentioned. if you are looking for the best hotel value for you money, look no further. this is the closest to the beach as well. Perfect is the best word to use.

Although the outside looks a bit old, the hotel is really beautiful, clean and modern. The room was warm and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pool area was just beautiful and the lovely beach just a short walk away.

Bad experience here and way too expensive for the services offered ... an waiter yelling at me because chose a dinner table at breakfast ... that had no sign and the he took my fork from my hand. I asked for a bottle opener and they wanted to charge me 7 euros for it ... I went and bought myself one. The rooms were really basic and the furniture was very old. I had some mold in the bathroom ... The only good thing was that it was really close to the beach.

Nice hotel situated on the seafront, beautiful views if you book a sea view room. Avoid restaurant as service atrocious

Chic boutique hotel with tasteful decor. Nice bar, beautiful dining room. Bedrooms are modern and spacious. WiFi is free. Outside seating, swimming pool and garden area for relaxing. The restaurant offers a good menu. Staff are friendly and helpful. Supermarket very near. The beach is just minutes away, it’s really beautiful. The tram station is near and very cheap and convenient for trips the city centre. There’s a lot of building work going on around the area. The workers have lots of tools in their tool bags but all of them seem to be hammers.

The lobby and dining room are very tasteful in terms of decor and comfort. However, the corridor to the room appeared tired and tatty. The room was basic and the bathroom could do with an upgrade although it was clean. The staff at the hotel in reception and also in the dining room (with the exception of the morning shift) were rude and arrogant. The half board choices were very limited and you would, in my opinion, be better paying an extra couple of euros to have the full choices on the menu, this option also leaves you free to eat elsewhere which may be the best choice as the food was not great! The location of this hotel was pretty good ie near the beach and bars and restaurants etc. Retrain the staff, give some parts of the hotel a face lift and it would be cracking.
