Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Alicante. We were met with a glass of cava, staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked for a massage for the next morning which was also wonderful. The rooftop bar is a must visit, hot in the day, but during sunset and the evening is wonderful. Rooms really spacious and comfortable. Id definitely recommend

Loved this hotel. The neutrals and white in the lobby are a pleasant departure from the business of the Esplanade and Main Street. It’s immediately quieter and cooler.

The rooms were well appointed - though definitely over-indexed on pillows. The room had a little couch, Juliet balconies, desk and spacious though open concept bathrooms.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, and speak so many languages. They obviously get a lot of questions about what to do and where to eat so there are two PDFs as guides. We ate at two of the recommendations and they were fabulous. Perhaps the guide makes one less adventurous, but when every other storefront is a restaurant, it’s helpful to pare down options.

Location is unbeatable even for a manageable city like Alicante - walkable to the water, the cathedrals, art museums and the castle.

Other amenities - Pool is a good size with plenty of loungers. They provide towels and water for the beach. You never have to wait too long for a cab. There’s a small library on the mezzanine if you want another place to chill. The spa had a nice sauna and showers that could be used any time. Though with temperatures in August the sauna was understandably empty. The massage was good, but a lot of oil which they didn’t clean off with hot towels like places in North America.

4.5 stars. We stayed in a room that you had to take the elevator up two floors, then take stairs up to our floor - a little odd and harder with 100lbs of suitcases to carry. But the service was very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, but could have been a little better with the A/C. Great walkable location. All in all, I would stay here again - especially for the price.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the staff were so helpful and friendly - everything was down to an excellent standard. The hotel is very luxurious and high quality and yet maintains such a relaxed and chilled out atmosphere.
Location is perfect, central to the restaurants and old town and a mere stroll from the beach. Will definitely go again.

This was my second time staying here, but perhaps because of the type of room, I had to climb a small flight of stairs after getting off the elevator, so it was difficult to carry my luggage. The room was nice and clean. I was happy to receive chocolates🍫 by the bed.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service in a central location. My room was comfortable but the bathroom was actually too big for my taste and directly opposite the door to the room without the privacy one expects if sharing a room. Also lacking in storage for clothing considering how large the space was. Service and aesthetics made up for it and I loved the adjoining restaurant and courtyard.

Fantastic location and very nice service. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was tasty and abundant. I loved the scent that the hotel smelled of and bought a bottle to bring back home. In terms of suggested improvements, it would be great if there was complimentary water in the rooms (there was coffee, but anything else was only available from the mini bar ) and a mini fridge. Also, my AC could not be adjusted and the temperature set was a bit too cold for me during the night (it felt good during the day). I got a room with a "inside" window, so I basically only saw the building from the window, so no natural light at tall coming in, but that's fine, at least it was quiet during the night as I did not hear any noises from the street. I enjoyed the welcome drink! In general, a good experience.

Wow. What a truly incredible stay! We booked a standard room but were appointed with a beautiful suite. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible - very kind, helpful and proactive. This hotel definitely lives up to the 5-star rating. If I am ever back in the area, this hotel will be my first choice.
