A very nice hotel which is centrally located. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room is of average size and has a safe and fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is quiet so we add a great night's sleep. As with most Spanish hotels there is no tea or coffee making facilities but you can borrow a kettle from reception. The breakfast has everything you want and it was all of very good quality. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

My all recommendations for this hotel. Comfortable and cozy rooms, comfortable bed and I thought I sleep on the cloud. Breakfast is another wonderful story. Rich, tasty, delicious. Eurostars hotels will be definitely my first choice in every city if that group has hotel there.

Reception staff was very friendly. We had a double connecting room which was huge for our family. The two minus points are that some things in the bathroom are getting outdated (I actually had to fix the tap) and the sheets were a bit torn. Breakfast is great. They arranged the gluten free option well. It is easy to walk to the inner city and shopping areas from the hotel and the stops for the C6 bus to the airport are close by.

I have never seen a hotel where nothing is provided in your room and the things that are provided are broken. No water, no coffee, no tea, let alone smaller items like pen and paper. You just get bed and towels. Decor is also very bad, interior looks cheap and old. Elevator is small and slow. Internet in the room doesn’t work. AC in the room doesn’t work. Breakfast is very basic. Bad sound isolation. You are basically getting a 2 star hotel experience for double the price.

We had a one night stay in Alicante, so we had chosen this hotel, because of a good location. We are really happy, everything was excellent. The room was perfect, we didn't hear our neighbours which is important when you you are staying on the summer resort. Definitely we will recommend this place!

Very bad experience!!!
I understand that the hotel is not pet friendly but is it the hotel standard for senior receptionist to shout at guests???
After I asked what should I do in a case where I booked a room and came with a pet, the receptionist replied that “a dog can wait for the whole night in a car or in a different city”. Such answer is simply outrageous!

Walls and windows are paper, if you come here you will not get any sleep (especially on the weekends, when a bunch of drunk people kept randomly screaming into the inner courtyard throughout the whole night and nothing was done about it). You can hear everyone and everyone can hear you. It feels like people are running around in your room, not just doing something in their own rooms. The parking is worthless since it never has free space so even if you have the right to their parking you'll still have to use the public one right next to the hotel. The breakfast has little to choose from, the rooms and the overall hotel cannot compare to even 3 star hotels in North Europe, let alone 4 star hotels.

Comfortable apartment. Large terrace on the 8th floor. View of the city. During the summer festival, a perfect view of the fireworks. Nice service, delicious breakfasts. Very nice restaurant, quiet.

We stayed for 3 nights in room 820. Hotel is really close to the airport bus stops and there is a supermarket next to it. Location-wise it is really good - 10 min walk to the center. It is a decent hotel, we got some complimentary mineral water and some nice amenities in the bathroom - really nice touch. The room however feels dated and in need of a refresh soon. But for the price and location, it was a good deal. EuroStars have several other hotels in Alicante, if you prefer another location.

Made me wait over half an hour to clean the room after 4pm. The checkout is at 12h, check it at 16h, so they have 4 hours to clean the room. I arrived at 15:00 and did the check in procedure and they said the room wasn't available yet, which is fine. At 16 o'clock we came back and the room was still not ready, so we had to wait over half an hour. What were they doing in the 4h gap they have for cleaning? And if we did the check-in procedure before, they already knew we would be there by 16:00. Completely unprofessional for a serious Hotel.
