I tried to cancel my reservation more than three months in advance, but the hotel refused with no flexibility at all. Trip.com did their best to mediate, but the hotel insisted on keeping the booking. It’s disappointing that a hotel of this level shows so little understanding. I appreciate Trip.com’s effort, but my experience with Eurostars Lucentum was very disappointing.
Rom is clean, and have daily cleaning.. good aircondtion. not the best minibar.
The hotel is close to everything.. old city, city center, taxi, tram, ect.. 15 min walk to the beach..
