Absolutely wonderful stay, amazing staff that go above and beyond. Wonderful breakfast selection. This hotel is immaculate throughout, lovely spacious room, fabulous location. Shuttle service to and from the airport. We would definitely return and stay again.

Beautiful Hotel!
100% of the things advertised about this hotel are true , basically you get what it says on the tin .
The staff are professional and friendly , considering where the hotel is located they managed to get the best out of this building to make it look and feel luxurious and welcoming .
P.s Don't lay on the bed for too long , it's likely you'll fall asleep within a couple of minutes 😶🌫️ , very very comfortable 👌

Top-class hotel in the shadow of the city walls, the bastion and cathedral. Perfectly located for all that the Old Town offers yet in a calm and peaceful setting with a wonderful ambiance. Not cheap but certainly worth paying that bit extra. Rooms plush and very well equipped. First-class service from first-class personnel . Perfecto all-round.

Fabulous! Complimentary airport collection/return. Very warmly greeted by reception and told we had been upgraded room to a junior suite. Room was absolutely stunning, everything you could possibly need. Turndown service provided which was an added bonus. Service was on the whole excellent albeit a little slow at breakfast. Breakfast selection was good however a better variety of fruit, bread etc would have been welcomed. Coffee was excellent! Didn’t eat there in the evening but had wine prior to leaving for dinner and it was very good. The location is ideal for a stroll into the old town for dinner and cocktails. Taxis cheap if you don’t fancy the walk uphill. Would highly recommend and I look forward to returning!

This was my second stay at this lovely hotel in the old part of town. This time we were with our daughter and two year old granddaughter. We had a “superior” room which was very comfortable and easily accommodated the pullout sofa bed and a crib. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The showers (a standup and a full tub and shower) are great! Having two sinks in the large bathroom was welcome. The linens, including the crib-size ones, are lovely. Breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day. I would recommend dealing directly with the hotel and not using a middleman. They offer comparable pricing and complimentary airport transfer.

This hotel was well located for anyone who enjoys walking and exploring. Set in the heart of Old Town Ibiza, the property is a short walk down to the lively Ibiza town square and the port.
The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating and really make the stay feel five star.
Breakfast was incredible- lots of options including a chef prepared menu and exceptional buffet. The restaurant in general was fantastic. Really delicious and had a Michelin star recommendation. My brother ordered dinner one night and we were all very impressed.
Oh and loved their turndown service and special surprises. Airport transfer was a really nice perk of staying at this hotel.
The property and amenities are pretty basic. Not quite a lobby. A small European style cafe/ restaurant and small pool and patio. No gym/spa, tiny pool, and dated furniture and decor in the rooms. That said, the location, staff, and breakfast made up for it for me! I would stay here again!

Very disappointing restaurant (a Michelin guide recommendation ?!), worst coffee, stale bottled water (strange). Unavailable shuttle service (in the morning as well as in the afternoon). Room service (tragedy). No one to take care of the luggage. Miniature pool.
It is a small boutique hotel that would require splendid service to be profitable. Instead, they try to make money by cutting staff and offer less. Beware of nice photos that do not match the reality. During the dinner the alarm went off, which lasted for 20 mins :)
My best advice for the hotel would be to hire a professional team to show them 5* service. I am very sorry for choosing this hotel as it has affected my holiday mood. I didn't argue with anyone at the place, but would love to read a review like this before the booking.

Grand Suite Endulgence
