Terrific location, only steps away from the beach and about 10 mins walk to the centre of town and the port. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We got the wrong room when we arrived late at night (without a balcony) but we were moved to a bigger room with a balcony first thing the next morning. Everybody was so nice. We will return again soon hopefully. Thank you Carlos. 🥰

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
I stayed three nights at Hotel Vibra Vila in Ibiza with friends, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The room was extremely dirty — sheets were never changed during our entire stay, and towels were barely replaced.
We had booked a room for three people with a sea view, but instead, we got a small room for two, with a portable bed squeezed in, no balcony, and a terrible view facing the back of the building.
There was no fridge, no iron, and nothing that justifies the nearly €900 we paid. For that price, the service and quality were unacceptable. I would never go back, and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me and a friend stayed for 7 nights. It was our first time on holiday to Ibiza, and Vibra always made us feel safe and looked after. The service was great and all the staff are extremely helpful. Giovani especially looked after us, even when we were probably being quite annoying. The pool is fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were specious and they always provided fresh towels and the beach is on your doorstep. 10\10 experience, would definitely recommend!

I booked a room for 1, for 1 night. Room was clean and tidy. Comfy beds ( 3 singles in the room). Fresh sheets and towels. TV, chair, mirror, safe in wardrobe. All the essentials.
The room was ground floor (secure windows, bars on windows, but no ability to double lock door from the inside). Fantastic location right next to Figueretes beach and a taxi rank outside. Walking distance to shops/restaurants.
Building itself clean and tidy. I felt safe here for the night. No frills but clean and comfortable.
Lock inside the door for security would be wise and a waste paper bin in the room.

Staff are friendly and the hotel feels very safe for females at night with 24 hour reception. Pool on roof is added bonus and a great central location for the nightlife’s or the quieter old town area. Taxi rank around the corner and only one street back from the beach. Would definitely use this hotel or one of the many sister hotels on the island again.

I would like to thank you your team and ladies, who reply the calls. They did a great job with all needed changes. Very responsive. Also, team on the reception is great as well, very polite and helpful.
Hotel in general is simple, Superior room was very basic, but with beautiful view, big, nice balcony and had everything needed.
The only bad moment was, that we understood wrong about check out hour and thought it is at 12.00. But it was at 11.00. So, approx 11.30 cleaning lady came to the room and was very rude literally pushing to leave asap. That we did in 5 min trying to pack very fast. Never had such uncomfortable moment with check out.
The rest was good. Thank you

Hotel Vibra Villa, is a very well located and nice hotel. The staff/reception is very helpfull and polite. The rooms are clean, and include everything wat you need for a nice stay in Ibiza. Breakfast was also well worth it. I would recommend this hotel, and would come back next time.

The position is fantastic, in a safe and calm neighborhood by the sea and walking distance from Ibiza city center.
The personnel is super friendly and helpful.
Every time i asked for assistance it was promptly corresponded.

All the staff were attentive and helpful. They were so aware and mindful of their guests. Hotel staff also kept the environment very clean and tidy! Would definitely stay again as the hotel did a great job as well as the location to shops and beach!

Overall the stay was quite good and I really enjoyed it. But there are a few points that could be improved. The mattress in the bed was quite old, so I could really sink in the middle, reducing the overall comfort. Also the black out curtains were terrible, taking the bed position in consideration. Lots of light would shine directly in my face in the morning, even though the black out curtains were in place, I solved the problem by placing personal stuff on the windows edge to flatten the curtain. That shouldn't be an issue a guest would need to worry about. Not having a refrigerator in the room is really a drawback, this being a budget hotel, it makes more difficult for budget conscious travelers to plan out their meals. Moreover the elevator was out for 2 days out of the 6 nights I was there. Lastly I just wanted to say that the reception staff were great, really friendly and helped me with all my questions.
