As you sadly know, the Valencia region has experience the worst flooding in the history of Spain where over so far, 200 people have died and hundreds, if not thousands more, are now without a home or shelter. These people who have gone through a horrible life-changing experience offered to pay for the rooms as a normal customer, as well as the volunteers who have come from other parts of Spain and the globe, are being refused accommodation in AC Hotels.
If you are a future customer, please do not stay in these AC Hotels as they don't offer good service and they don't have compassion for people who have lost everything.

Modern hotel in a quiet location. It is a short ride from the local airport. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I will be back in the near future. Thanks everyone for the great hospitality!

It feels more like a business hotel and a little cold. Location is off relative to the touristy areas with bars and restaurants. You’ll need a car. That said, good modern hotel for spending 1-2 nights.

We stayed 3 nights at this place. The first night was terrible because of the worst mattresses ever. The next day we addressed our complaint to the receptionist, they handled our complaint professionally and the mattresses were exchanged for new ones.
Super breakfast facilities with friendly staff. Underground parking facilities (paid) available . Since the hotel is located at an roundabout it can be at bit noisy at times. Bars and restaurants around the corner. Taxi to a Coruña center €8,—

My gosh the staff are excellent. Warm and friendly from the front desk to the restaurant to meeting other staff in the halls. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Roof top pool. The lobby is nice to sit and vedge have a drink or read. The location is perfect and walking distance to great restaurants, cafes or shopping. I find it very nice to be away from the touristy areas. To enjoy the water front and relax

Stayed here 7 days during an event (ARWC2021). Clean, friendly staff, professional, welcoming. Would stay again.
Spanish breakfast (cheeses, meats, yogurts, fruit, tortilla, croissants, coffee etc). No hot service but enjoyable.
Spacious rooms, modern.
Only hiccup was complete lack of guest info in the rooms.

Stayed for three weeks. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast, lots of restsurants nearby and supermarkets. High quality wifi.

Staff really helpful and pleasant, this is what makes the difference between an average and good hotel (5 star hotel). It is a standard AC, all you can expect.

I would totally recommend it to friends, the hotel is perfect. Even if it is situated 3 km from the center of the city - but they have super fast taxi :)
