Great location near the seafront. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good.

We received such a friendly welcome from Amanda, who made us feel at home. Our room was clean, bed and pillows super comfortable, spotless shower room with nice products and despite being on a main road was quiet at night with a great sea view. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Easy walk to the beaches and promenade and into the old town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everyone at Hotel Mar del Plata were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and very comfortable. And the breakfast buffet was very good with an excellent assortment of fresh fruit, bread, pastries, eggs, ham & cheese and other condiments. And my cafe con leche was always replenished! I highly recommend the hotel.

Bedbugs, I was at room 201 an on the bed and were bedbugs and small one on the wall beside the bed. I was moved to room 109 an there were there as well. I didn't sleep. This hotel should be operating under these conditions. This was in June 2025.

Great Location near the city centre. We had the economy room with large space and functional equipment. Opposite to the hotel is a private parking garage with affordable costs. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee freshly prepared. Nice and very committed staff!

I absolutely loved this cosy and friendly hotel! It‘s very nicely designed and even though the room is not big it feels very comfortable and it is extremely pleasant. The breakfast is exactly what i want to eat, with good muesli and very nice ripe fruit, good pastries, etc. The staff is very friendly and some become like family, very attentive and caring for our needs (mine and a whole bunch of trade fair goers who were staying there as well)! And i also could see the ocean from my room AND open the window (which has become a rare occurrence in hotels).

We recently stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right near the beach, taxi station just outside, and very close to bus stops that will take you throughout the city. The room was small but well laid-out and clean, toiletries were provided in the bathroom, and we had a view of the ocean as well as the Torre de Hércules in the distance! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious!

Hotel mar del plata is a Nice place for 1 a2 day’s but the manager was helpful and friendly help by parking for your car.

Excellent small hotel 50 m from the beach. Very clean and comfortable, luxurious toiletries. The downside is that there was a room with a window that looked out onto a well, where clothes were dried and people walked around. Parking is paid and you need to walk about 200 meters to get there, the keys to the parking lot need to be taken to the reception every time, which is inconvenient
