I had a good time with my family at Occidental Puerto Banus. It was a short stay but nevertheless unforgettable. We booked a room for 3. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for our child. It’s like a real bed. The main bed was huge, it could actually fit 3 there. (2 beds joined together) The room was just not prepared when we checked in. It was missing towels & beddings for our child. They fixed everything...

Great place and reasonably priced. Room was very big indeed and even though the view was in the roundabout and the busy A7, noise was negligible.

Perfect location, newly renovated hotel. Beautiful breakfast, rooms cleaned daily. Loved that they don't start too early so it is nice and quiet in the mornings. I highly recommend this place. It’s close to the beach, nightlife, puerto and shopping mall. I used to go to this hotel before its renovation and it changed in all good ways. Well located in Marbella, convenient to walk around the city. Great infrastructure. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great, mixing Spanish selected delicatessen and international ones. I must mention the amenities selection, specifically the soaps and creams by Molton Brown, the blue one called Coastal (shower gel) is spectacular, I loved it!!!

We had a great stay and loved the view from our hotel room. The adult only atmosphere was very much appreciated (although the volume of the music everywhere could be a bit lowered for our liking) and the service was great. Breakfast early morning on the terrace heavenly. Location unbeatable and we definitely know where we'll stay when we come back to Marbella.

We had a lovely time during our short stay here. Very central location, 40 minutes by cab from Malaga Airport. Absolutely loved it - highly recommended and fairly reasonable for the high quality. One small gripe which was solved to my satisfaction was that the allergy menu didn't reflect the allergens present in the food. Luckily the marvelous waiter/ manager ensured it was safe.

The place is great. The pool and outdoor jacuzzi stay open all night. The sushi and pina colada at the pool were delicious. Been twice now and going back for a third time, find it so relating and the staff are lovely. The food was more varied than I have previously experienced in other all inc hotels. Got health and mobility problems so just need to relax so not bothered about wi-fi. Looking forward t my next visit in September

Good location, good views, nice parking just closed to the rooms. You can go walking to PuertoBanus. There is a Supermarket close to it. We didn’t like any of the kitchen equipment, was outdated, old and scratched. Furniture can have more than 80 years old. You have everything you need, but would be cooler if at least wasn’t that old. The most incredible wedding. The staff were incredible and so courteous. They went out of their way to make myself and my children welcome. My son has many allergies and they went above and beyond to cater to him and make both children feel included. So impressed and definitely recommend!!!

Marvellous experience last week. Loved everything about this hotel. Perhaps the rooms now need to be upgraded, in particular, walk in showers.Also, instant coffee / long life milk to be provided in rooms. For me personally, I really loved the idea of adult pool for lane swimming. Beautiful pool.

We loved the hotel but feel that the decor and entertainment is targeted more towards the elderly generation as opposed to the younger generation. The service of every single staff in this hotel is wonderful. The room is a bit old, but well maintained. We quite enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The selection is nothing special, but they tasted fresh.

Had a very good few days at Alanda Club, very good service from friendly staff on the front desk, Jesus was especially helpful. Room very spacious, clean and well equipped. There was our first stay and the Hotel was fantastic. Initially you maybe put off that is it located far from Marbella but it is only a 15 min Uber away. Rooms were very spacious and bed so comfortable. Staff were great and the pool area and restaurants overlooking the sea were fabulous. The private beach as well was stunning. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a reasonably sized romantic hotel with very well thought out facilities covering all our needs, also as a family. We loved the view at every breakfast and dinner. Maybe due to off-season, the dinner buffet got a bit boring after 5 days.

We've been coming here for years each time we manage a holiday in Spain. The food is delicious even though the quantity has cut down quite considerably over the years the quality of food is still great! The views are stunning combined with the ambience makes for a lovely Sunday buffet.

Pool area is lovely and pool staff are exceptional. Hotel foyer is stunning and has men’s and ladies boutiques selling swimwear and jewelry. Breakfast is good and plenty of choice. Rooms are a Little basic in decor although they are very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a little small But has a nice balcony. I’d recommend and stay here again

The management and staff made our stay very special and we found the hotel excellent and high quality to make our anniversary special they upgraded us to a junior suite very roomy superb furniture and large bathroom. Ordinary hotel. Good location and comfy beds. Room 411 is noisy due to some sort of machinery in the maintenance room next door. This starts at 6.30 am so dont expect a lay in. Not impressed with anything. No hotel information in the room about anything so you have to ask reception for everything, from having sachets of coffee and sugar in the room (which we didnt get ) to where you go for breakfast...

We stayed at Benabola for 2 weeks and it was amazing! Very comfortable rooms in a perfect location right in the heart of of Puerto Banus just meters from restaurants, shops, and bars. Staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond wherever possible. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Marbella either short or long term and would also stay here again.

What an honest hotel, My husband has just had a fabulous 4 days here and when he left in a hurry he left his debit card and some money. I called from the UK when he was at the airport and the hotel reception went to personally look for the money & card. he found it and has kept it on one side for one of his friends to pick up. Good 4* hotel. Has a nice pool area where you can chill all day, decent breakfast. Room was large enough, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Downsides: if you have a room facing the pool area, you will be woken up by the people cleaning the alleys and the sunbeds. They are noisy and also speak loud while working. Location of blue bay banus is quite a distance from the harbour and other parts of Marbella. Room was extremely dated. Very old. Bathroom was quite old, and had black on ceiling, toilet and bath.
