Been twice now and going back for a third time, find it so relating and the staff are lovely. The food was more varied than I have previously experienced in other all inc hotels. Got health and mobility problems so just need to relax so not bothered about wi-fi. Looking forward t my next visit in September

Not sure how it's 4 star with just average food. The staff always seemed stressed. The facilities are quite nice I must admit but the Wi-Fi was very bad there plus you had to pay for it. Good place for kids though as the had entertainment for them plus slides in the outdoors pool.

FAMILY VACATION My experience at the hotel will be unforgettable. The family was very happy and especially the children enjoyed immensely. The hotel location is unbeatable, walk to beach. The food is very varied and there is always meat and fish dishes. The dessert very good and the children with the creepes are served.

I had a good time with my family at Occidental Puerto Banus. It was a short stay but nevertheless unforgettable. We booked a room for 3. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for our child. Great place and reasonably priced. Room was very big indeed and even though the view was in the roundabout and the busy A7, noise was negligible.

Perfect location, newly renovated hotel. Beautiful breakfast, rooms cleaned daily. Loved that they don't start too early so it is nice and quiet in the mornings. I highly recommend this place. It’s close to the beach, nightlife, puerto and shopping mall. I used to go to this hotel before its renovation and it changed in all good ways. Marvellous experience last week. Loved everything about this hotel. Perhaps the rooms now need to be upgraded, in particular, walk in showers.Also, instant coffee / long life milk to be provided in rooms. For me personally, I really loved the idea of adult pool for lane swimming. Beautiful pool.

We loved the hotel but feel that the decor and entertainment is targeted more towards the elderly generation as opposed to the younger generation. The decor in the rooms are all quite dated and wouldn't appeal to the younger generation. Clean and comfy, nice and kind staff , but very old style inside the rooms. Besides the view isn’t really direct see view ( there’s building blocking the see). It’s very expensive, so regarding these cons, I wasn’t very satisfied.

Good location, good views, nice parking just closed to the rooms. You can go walking to PuertoBanus. There is a Supermarket close to it. We didn’t like any of the kitchen equipment, was outdated, old and scratched. Furniture can have more than 80 years old. You have everything you need, but would be cooler if at least wasn’t that old. The most incredible wedding. The staff were incredible and so courteous. They went out of their way to make myself and my children welcome. My son has many allergies and they went above and beyond to cater to him and make both children feel included. So impressed and definitely recommend!!!

We stayed here for 1 night, hotel was very clean and tidy check in staff were friendly, the swimming pool was closed for the winter even tho its an indoor pool which is a bit strange, you cant watch TV unless you cast from your phone and there are no USB plugs. The location is really good free parking beach is near, plenty of fast food places nearby.

The room was totally cleaned up and the location is close to the beach. Which means amazing!!. On top of that, the view is unbelievable too !!. Its not luxury but it’s worth every euros.

The service of every single staff in this hotel is wonderful. The room is a bit old, but well maintained. We quite enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The selection is nothing special, but they tasted fresh.

We are currently staying at the senator in Marbella and I have to leave a review already because it’s just been such a good experience all round. It must be said, this is an amazing hotel in an amazing location. Right along the beach and the coastal walkway, while also a 2 minute walk from Old Town, this is the perfect hotel. My partner and I loved our trip here back in September. Easy going, relaxing hotel with top tier service. Would love to come back here as soon as I can.

Lovely hotel in Marbella city centre, walking distance to orange square. Breakfast is phenomenal at the Amare. The sun loungers are extremely comfortable. Pool, gym and bar facilities are also excellent.

Well located in Marbella, convenient to walk around the city. Great infrastructure. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great, mixing Spanish selected delicatessen and international ones. I must mention the amenities selection, specifically the soaps and creams by Molton Brown, the blue one called Coastal (shower gel) is spectacular, I loved it!!!

We had a great stay and loved the view from our hotel room. The adult only atmosphere was very much appreciated (although the volume of the music everywhere could be a bit lowered for our liking) and the service was great. Location of blue bay banus is quite a distance from the harbour and other parts of Marbella. Room was extremely dated. Very old. Bathroom was quite old, and had black on ceiling, toilet and bath. Toiletries were provided which was nice. And cleaning staff ensured fresh towels everyday. Shower curtain was unhygienic and dirty. There was our first stay and the Hotel was fantastic. Initially you maybe put off that is it located far from Marbella but it is only a 15 min Uber away. Rooms were very spacious and bed so comfortable. Staff were great and the pool area and restaurants overlooking the sea were fabulous. The private beach as well was stunning. This is a reasonably sized romantic hotel with very well thought out facilities covering all our needs, also as a family. We loved the view at every breakfast and dinner. Maybe due to off-season, the dinner buffet got a bit boring after 5 days.

We've been coming here for years each time we manage a holiday in Spain. The food is delicious even though the quantity has cut down quite considerably over the years the quality of food is still great! The views are stunning combined with the ambience makes for a lovely Sunday buffet.

Had a very good few days at Alanda Club, very good service from friendly staff on the front desk, Jesus was especially helpful. Room very spacious, clean and well equipped. Ordinary hotel. Good location and comfy beds. Room 411 is noisy due to some sort of machinery in the maintenance room next door. This starts at 6.30 am so dont expect a lay in. No hotel information in the room about anything so you have to ask reception for everything, from having sachets of coffee and sugar in the room (which we didnt get ) to where you go for breakfast...

We stayed at Benabola for 2 weeks and it was amazing! Very comfortable rooms in a perfect location right in the heart of of Puerto Banus just meters from restaurants, shops, and bars. Staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond wherever possible. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Marbella either short or long term and would also stay here again.

What an honest hotel, My husband has just had a fabulous 4 days here and when he left in a hurry he left his debit card and some money. I called from the UK when he was at the airport and the hotel reception went to personally look for the money & card. he found it and has kept it on one side for one of his friends to pick up. Lovely large apartment covering two floors, with 3 Balconies ! One South facing and one North Facing. Lovely outside pool that has lots of shade.

Beautiful location on the hill with a scenic view of the Mediterranean. Quiet and relaxing with pool with well kept garden and lounges. Well furnished and spacious rooms, each with a big bathroom.
