The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. The various lawn games throughout the property were a hit for our family. Excellent Hotel with a fancy appearence. Even the entrance is gorgeous. What a nice welcome! They own an executive art gallary and several restaurants with great cuisine. I arrived late at the property but had emailed ahead to notify that this would be the case. This was responded to with a very pleasant and courteous email. Check in was straightforward. The hotel drained the water from the pool in the winter months, there were no loungers by the pool and the spa area was closed. Reopening at Easter 2025!!!!!!!! Hi, I’m going to your hotel in April next year, but in the dates when I will go to your hotel, the pools are not open yet, Why? It has a good temperature in that season like 20 degrees Celsius to 25, so why not opening your pools after the winter ends, it’s bad for the customers that want to go to the pools, and can’t bcs it’s closed

The service of every single staff in this hotel is wonderful. The room is a bit old, but well maintained. We quite enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The selection is nothing special, but they tasted fresh.

Very long check-in. There was one person before me at each employee, and it took at least 30 minutes. People were wiping, paying, solving other issues... I only had to sign and take the key. The water in the room is in glass bottles with iron lids. No bottle openers. I waited an hour and called 3 times. They brought it, asked to return it immediately.

Food was fantastic. Drinks menu at the bar could use improvement as very alcoholic!

There was our first stay and the Hotel was fantastic. Initially you maybe put off that is it located far from Marbella but it is only a 15 min Uber away. This is a reasonably sized romantic hotel with very well thought out facilities covering all our needs, also as a family. We loved the view at every breakfast and dinner. Maybe due to off-season, the dinner buffet got a bit boring after 5 days.

We've been coming here for years each time we manage a holiday in Spain. The food is delicious even though the quantity has cut down quite considerably over the years the quality of food is still great! The views are stunning combined with the ambience makes for a lovely Sunday buffet.

The man that checked us in was inpatient and difficult to work with 15minutes to check not needed long time. Expected better from 4 star hotel room average missing basics like charger by beds. Breakfast good but complex to get basic breakfast ordered. Fruits could be better coffee was bad from machine wanted better.

A smart model hotel worth the stay

We stayed July 2021 what a great little find , extremely clean and quality very central and close to the beach.

Exceptional location, our room was facing the main park of the city. Perfect for evening walks, literally within the historical Old Town, beaches are 5-10 minutes walking distance. Half-board was perfect, average breakfast and the possibility to choose between lunch (1pm to 4pm) or dinner (8pm to 10pm). Menu for lunch/dinner included best selection of local specialties.

Location is very good. Next to the old town, short walk from the beach. If you love spending time outside, this is the place to stay. Rooms are simple. Walls are super thin, you can hear snoring, conversations etc way too clearly. Showers sometimes give steady temperature, other times radically changing between cold and hot. Personnel is nice.

Ordinary hotel. Good location and comfy beds. Room 411 is noisy due to some sort of machinery in the maintenance room next door. This starts at 6.30 am so dont expect a lay in. Not impressed with anything. No hotel information in the room about anything so you have to ask reception for everything, from having sachets of coffee and sugar in the room (which we didnt get ) to where you go for breakfast...

We stayed at Benabola for 2 weeks and it was amazing! Very comfortable rooms in a perfect location right in the heart of of Puerto Banus just meters from restaurants, shops, and bars. Staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond wherever possible. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Marbella either short or long term and would also stay here again.

What an honest hotel, My husband has just had a fabulous 4 days here and when he left in a hurry he left his debit card and some money. I called from the UK when he was at the airport and the hotel reception went to personally look for the money & card. he found it and has kept it on one side for one of his friends to pick up.
