I met my husband here in 2001 on a tennis holiday from Surrey. I have since been back with girlfriends and my husband for several holidays and cannot recommend enough! The rooms were old fashioned with dried up pizza crusts on the carpet. The breakfast, lunch at the pool restaurant and garden are phenomenal and lush. Not sure how it's 4 star with just average food. The staff always seemed stressed. The facilities are quite nice I must admit but the Wi-Fi was very bad there plus you had to pay for it. Good place for kids though as the had entertainment for them plus slides in the outdoors pool.

FAMILY VACATION My experience at the hotel will be unforgettable. The family was very happy and especially the children enjoyed immensely. The hotel location is unbeatable, walk to beach. I highly recommend this place. It’s close to the beach, nightlife, puerto and shopping mall. I used to go to this hotel before its renovation and it changed in all good ways. We stayed here for 1 night, hotel was very clean and tidy check in staff were friendly, the swimming pool was closed for the winter even tho its an indoor pool which is a bit strange, you cant watch TV unless you cast from your phone and there are no USB plugs. The location is really good free parking beach is near, plenty of fast food places nearby.

Location of blue bay banus is quite a distance from the harbour and other parts of Marbella. Room was extremely dated. Very old. Bathroom was quite old, and had black on ceiling, toilet and bath. It was cockroaches in the room. The worst service we have ever had. We tried to complain about the room situation about the cockroaches and the lady at the desk started yelling and saying that she couldn’t help us.

We've just arrived. But it looks and feels like a great hotel. Our room #357 looks out on a golf course. 50 minute downhill walk to the beach. Now we are very hungry

Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean room with huge double bed and terrace overlooking the beautiful pool. Excellent buffet breakfast with plenty of choice including freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs cooked to order, bacon and pastries. Friendly, helpful staff.

What a great bar to drop into. Staff fantastic and bilingual (English & Spanish) food here is just supreme. Sports on the TV"s. Swimming pool and kids pool..... what more can you ask...... have not yet tried the restraunt ...... but so far all fantastic

Just back from an amazing stay at The Westin...cannot praise it enough...from check-in on first day to packing golf bags on the last day the service was exceptional. Beautiful hotel and wonderful friendly staff. The golf courses were beautiful...maybe a little more course maintenance would be nice...but the facilities were wonderful. Overall a good stay at the Westin La Quinta. It’s a bit north of Marbella, so having a car is handy, but it’s a peaceful spot away from the hustle.
