Our 4 year old daughter was greeted with a gorgeous teddy bear and colouring pack , which made her day. Our beautiful sea view room was just perfect, with a huge bathroom and jacuzzi bath

We had such a great time! The grounds are stunning, the pools are awesome, the restaurants top notch, and the service is without equal (I’m sure the staff from 1994 are mostly retired, but I’m confident the new staff have the same standards)

The choice of restaurants and cuisine within easy walking distance is exceptional. We highly recommend walking through the hotel gardens during the night - wow! 5 star kids club. Buggy service throughout the resort

Classical Spanish architecture, beautiful, tropical gardens and consistently good food. Peak season tends to give me the impression that the relatively inexperienced waiters can't cope with the numbers

Words cannot begin to describe what a fabulous vacation I had at the Puente Romano property in Marbella this Summer. Every restaurant and bar on the property truly understands the meaning of 5 star service

A highlight of our stay was walking through the wonderful gardens, especially at night with the lights dotted around. The restaurants were all 5 star and we really enjoyed Thai Gallery

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was quiet and spacious, which made it very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. The overall vibe was great, and the staff were friendly and professional

With a great location close to the famous luxurious streets of Puerto Banus and perfect beaches, unparalleled service, always friendly and helpful staff, incredible food, huge pool… I highly recommend it! I will definitely be back!

I am going to give this 5 stars all the way. 👍 If value for money is a consideration I doubt you will find better value in Marbella. (This is a resort rather than a hotel)

He went the extra me to accommodation. My parents are elderly, 80yrs & 75yrs. My father is blind with little mobility. Room, breakfast, staff and cost. Accommodation, food, facilities and location, all 1st class

The rooms are set out in a village setting surrounded by gorgeous well maintained trees and bushes. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The restaurant is relaxing and well maintained and lovely views over the sea

If there is one but that, to put it this year, come by the "improved education" of some of the guests that arrive with Lookea, and which in some cases led to uncomfortable situations for the rest that we were enjoying our quiet vacation

The hotel is situated right on the beach, unfortunately, a few kilometres from the centre of Marbella. Near to highway, close to shop, petrol station, free Parking. The pool of controversy, as the size of the complex

The best: the location next to the beach, very quiet, long and sandy, the activities for children, great pool and staff, very willing Regular: At peak times in the dining room, there are dishes that are finished and the staff does not give enough to replace them (I think that is an issue of little personal)

An emergency dilemma the start of our holiday in Marbella. This hotel came to our rescue. Recommended by a staff member who lives not too far from the hotel. We were greeted by Javier at the Marbella Playa with a smile

Great place to relax and unwind. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful grounds and good facilities. Orange Beach Club a quieter and more pleasant option than Nikki Beach Club next door. Highly recommended for couples.

Initially he wasn’t happy that the main swimming pool was adults only and he could no longer swim in there. There was a brand new pool (where the previous adults only pool used to be) but not a deeper pool for swimming

Having been regulars at the previous Meliá hotel we were excited to try the new ME hotel. Before we arrived we were a bit worried it was more of an adult only hotel as were booked with our 12 year old son

We only had lunch at the hotel twice during our stay as the menu was a little ‘fancy’ for lunch but the last day they brought out a new pool menu which included toastie’s etc for when you just want a pool snack

The hotel was very quiet but has really only just opened and I feel this time next year it will be completely different. The gym is bigger and improved which was great and included free water/towels

Stunning hotel albeit rather empty assuming to do with prices as the area in general was busy. Location is lovely backs right on to the beach and a small walk to some lovely restaurants

Room service was prompt and attentive, consistently meeting expectations throughout the week. What truly stood out was the staff’s accommodating and helpful attitude

Sometimes we wouldn't be asked about hot drinks and would have to chase overworked staff down to ask, and 5/8 days the order was wrong when it arrived. More staff would have made us feel better looked after

Room: We booked a basic room, but it felt far from basic. Spacious with a huge, comfy bed, a large balcony overlooking the sea, and a great-sized bathroom

Plenty of TV channels too for when you just want to relax indoors. Pool Area: Absolutely beautiful! We never had a problem getting a sunbed, and they were super comfortable

The hotel is right on the beach with lots of choices for food and drinks nearby. We also hired bikes from the hotel, and in just 15 minutes, you can be in Puerto Banús

Good location 1 km from the city center and 4 km from the Port Banush, panoramic sea view (rooms with sea view), richly landscaped grounds, impeccable service, friendly and helpful staff

It felt cheap, poorly designed and certainly not what we would expect at that price. The sea view was stunning as were the hotel and grounds. The balcony chairs need replacing as very worn

Stayed in Supreme Room Front Sea View room. Disappointing not worth the €800+ for one night. Room was nice but the bathroom needs complete replacement

I'm assuming they gave the wrong room number by mistake, but this wasn't checked by the bar staff. The concierge removed the charges without any fuss, but I almost paid them, assuming it was some other room fee

From juan at the reservation department always willing to work with you with fast replies to your requests, at the front desk the team is extremely customer friendly always with a big smile and eager to greet you, juan and Gabriel are extremely willing to help you

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and I loved everything about this hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. The room was clean, and it had everything I needed, including toiletries

Gorgeous hotel. Really clean and rooms are spacious and really comfortable. Staff are excellent. Antonio on reception is so helpful. Courtesy transport to La Cabane beach club which is very luxurious. Highly recommended

Kids club only open in high season which apparently was not over our dates however we were charged high season rates. english of the staff is minimal

The golf was brilliant, 3 9 hole course with B and C especially really fun to play, and great quality. Would deffo recommend this place to anyone looking for some late season sun, and fun!

Within 24 hours we had been recommended caterers to assist with our needs coupled with any meals that were required outside of the hotel paid for. The hotel, management and staff went beyond expectancy

There was our first stay and the Hotel was fantastic. Initially you maybe put off that is it located far from Marbella but it is only a 15 min Uber away. Rooms were very spacious and bed so comfortable

Staff were great and the pool area and restaurants overlooking the sea were fabulous. The private beach as well was stunning. Would highly recommend staying here

C, lovely bathroom and again a great view over the golf course to the sea. The staff in the spa were superb explaining everything, escorting you and holding doors open. Will definitely come back and recommend to others

This is a reasonably sized romantic hotel with very well thought out facilities covering all our needs, also as a family. We loved the view at every breakfast and dinner

We stayed here for 1 night, hotel was very clean and tidy check in staff were friendly, the swimming pool was closed for the winter even tho its an indoor pool which is a bit strange, you cant watch TV unless you cast from your phone and there are no USB plugs

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for three nights. Clean & tastefully decorated and furnished. 5 minutes walk from a very clean beach But it's a bit far away from all the amintes

We did not eat in the restaurants during our stay because their prices were very high (a hamburger was 36 euro, for example) and we had a similar reaction to the spa menu pricing - so we can’t comment on those aspects but overall it was a very nice stay

The buildings are set in a very peaceful and perfectly cared for garden type setting. While in the resort you quickly forget the busy road directly outside the gate and get transported into a whole different environment

We stayed for four nights in October 2025. We found the resort to be excellent, with a spacious room, multiple pools plus beach access and a generous included breakfast that included both a buffet and a menu

The room amenities were five star and the small touches like included softdrinks and snacks were much appreciated

Could be more about the place nothing around had to travel to other places by bus but the pool was great for the kids Chinese and bar round the corner are great places and all the staff at diverhotel are all great too but dont think we would be back anytime soon

Half-board was perfect, average breakfast and the possibility to choose between lunch (1pm to 4pm) or dinner (8pm to 10pm). Menu for lunch/dinner included best selection of local specialties

Next to the old town, short walk from the beach. If you love spending time outside, this is the place to stay. Walls are super thin, you can hear snoring, conversations etc way too clearly

Exceptional location, our room was facing the main park of the city. Perfect for evening walks, literally within the historical Old Town, beaches are 5-10 minutes walking distance

A nice hotel with a good location. Did have some problems with key cards not working but with the 24 hour reception everything was easily sorted.

Showers sometimes give steady temperature, other times radically changing between cold and hot

Location is OK but hotel is not very good. Beds are OK and price was not bad but it's old and toilets in general don't smell very well
