A highlight of our stay was walking through the wonderful gardens, especially at night with the lights dotted around. The restaurants were all 5 star and we really enjoyed Thai Gallery

I also have to mention,I had lost my bag at the airport along with my son’s medication and they were so kind to get us a doctor to prescribe for him on the very first day we arrived and on the phone

The choice of restaurants and cuisine within easy walking distance is exceptional. We highly recommend walking through the hotel gardens during the night - wow! 5 star kids club. Buggy service throughout the resort

I decided to go for a drive on a sunny day, and kept driving until I came to the end of the road. This beautiful place is where the road ended

I have since been back with girlfriends and my husband for several holidays and cannot recommend enough! The food is outstanding, staff incredibly courteous and incorporate old fashioned customer service which is incredibly hard to find these days

She arranged for all our transportation (to/from hotel and a trip to Gilbratar with a private tour guide, arranged our spa time and my hair appointment)

We had a sea view room with terrace which was magnificent-the rooms are large and luxurious (the set up with the shower and the fact that one can see someone showering from the bed area is a little weird)

The rooms are set out in a village setting surrounded by gorgeous well maintained trees and bushes. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The restaurant is relaxing and well maintained and lovely views over the sea

If there is one but that, to put it this year, come by the "improved education" of some of the guests that arrive with Lookea, and which in some cases led to uncomfortable situations for the rest that we were enjoying our quiet vacation

He went the extra me to accommodation. My parents are elderly, 80yrs & 75yrs. My father is blind with little mobility. Room, breakfast, staff and cost. Accommodation, food, facilities and location, all 1st class

The best: the location next to the beach, very quiet, long and sandy, the activities for children, great pool and staff, very willing Regular: At peak times in the dining room, there are dishes that are finished and the staff does not give enough to replace them (I think that is an issue of little personal)

An emergency dilemma the start of our holiday in Marbella. This hotel came to our rescue. Recommended by a staff member who lives not too far from the hotel. We were greeted by Javier at the Marbella Playa with a smile

The hotel is situated right on the beach, unfortunately, a few kilometres from the centre of Marbella. Near to highway, close to shop, petrol station, free Parking. The pool of controversy, as the size of the complex

Marvellous experience last week. Loved everything about this hotel. Perhaps the rooms now need to be upgraded, in particular, walk in showers. Also, instant coffee / long life milk to be provided in rooms

The hotel fuerte Marbella is a wonderful resort located beach-side and a few steps from Marbella center. The hotel has a great variety of restaurants and very spacious open areas

We especially need to acknowledge Adrian, Javier and Nicholas who went out of there way to ensure we had a marvelous stay!!! I'd recommend the hotel to all family and friends!!

They have their own beach club & restaurant which is very convenient. The rooms are a bit updated but very the bed and bathroom are very comfortable

Stayed in Supreme Room Front Sea View room. Disappointing not worth the €800+ for one night. Room was nice but the bathroom needs complete replacement

It felt cheap, poorly designed and certainly not what we would expect at that price. The sea view was stunning as were the hotel and grounds. The balcony chairs need replacing as very worn

The junior suite was fantastic and well equipped. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Great location, just a short stroll to the marina. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and looking forward to getting back soon

Kids club only open in high season which apparently was not over our dates however we were charged high season rates. english of the staff is minimal

Eggs cooked to order and great buffet spread. Their beach oasis is very nice with a fresh water pool. Costs money to get a chair, bed or cabana at the beach but a nice walk on the beach is free!

Very nice place to take a break from life and or a tourist trip. This is definately an upscale resort so expect high prices and elevated service. Had the breakfast included and it was lovely

Great hotel with friendly staff, large clean rooms and an exceptional breakfast. The only downside is the distance to the beach. But they offer a free shuttle service any time.

Irina for house keeping is the loveliest person! She is sooiii motherly! Management and the hotel owners should truly realize that This hotel has a great group of people working not only for the hotel but to make sure we all feel welcome and at home

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and I loved everything about this hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. The room was clean, and it had everything I needed, including toiletries

HAD a great time during our stay used the Level experience. We had a sea view room on 5th floor the far reaching views which were amazing. We will return and we will be requesting the same room

Amazing place where you can find everything for your Holliday spa sauna massage 💆‍♂️ pool Turkish bath and you have the playa behind the hotel what Amazing place. The staff is super Nice

Only quibble is that, in off peak season, a lot of the facilities were either not available or only available at reduced times and there was a lot of construction outside our rooms

With the exception of one or two surly members, all the staff are helpful and friendly and, if Ms Guadalupe is working behind the bar, get her whisky sour cocktail; it's a frozen version that's the best I've had outside the USA

Great location friendly helpful staff. Grounds and rooms spotless only one negative is no lighting in rooms. Ladies get your make up on before sun set.

The resort was very nice and the staff were awesome. Irving always kept us very entertained and went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Cancun!

Great location and great staff. We got upgraded to a room with partial sea view, because we first got a room that was on ground floor tjat was to dark

The staff were incredible and so courteous. They went out of their way to make myself and my children welcome. My son has many allergies and they went above and beyond to cater to him and make both children feel included

Such a nice hotel with very friendly staff. You should try the strawberry colada made by Pablo. It’s delicious. The breakfast is amazing as well. The hotel is super clean and cozy.

Very nice hotel, especially the staff is very friendly. The dinner-buffer is excellent, especially the first courses are little artworks. It is not cheap and the hotel is getting a bit outdated

I did not mention it was my birthday but they noted it from my passport and I’ve just come back to a bottle of champagne in the room which is such a lovely gesture!! Rooms are spotlessly clean, hotel pool and bar lovely, staff friendly, location is perfect, I literally cannot fault the place

Fantastic Hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. The rooftop bar and pool is lovely and relaxing with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, town and sea. The rooms are a good size with all the modern facilities

We stayed here for 1 night, hotel was very clean and tidy check in staff were friendly, the swimming pool was closed for the winter even tho its an indoor pool which is a bit strange, you cant watch TV unless you cast from your phone and there are no USB plugs

We are currently staying at the senator in Marbella and I have to leave a review already because it’s just been such a good experience all round

The location is really good free parking beach is near, plenty of fast food places nearby

The service of every single staff in this hotel is wonderful. The room is a bit old, but well maintained. We quite enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The selection is nothing special, but they tasted fresh.

Lovely hotel in Marbella city centre, walking distance to orange square. Breakfast is phenomenal at the Amare. The sun loungers are extremely comfortable. Pool, gym and bar facilities are also excellent.

Well located in Marbella, convenient to walk around the city. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great, mixing Spanish selected delicatessen and international ones

It must be said, this is an amazing hotel in an amazing location. Right along the beach and the coastal walkway, while also a 2 minute walk from Old Town, this is the perfect hotel

The adult only atmosphere was very much appreciated (although the volume of the music everywhere could be a bit lowered for our liking) and the service was great. Breakfast early morning on the terrace heavenly

Best kept secret- room 906 side sea view is on the corner so benefits from some front too. Cannot fault this hotel in any way

Also, the pool area is on grass and dirt, mostly dirt that comes over the alleys and close to the pool. At the end of the day I did not find it attractive to stay around

Lovely hotel, great location - 20 mins either way along the beach you get to bars and restaurants. The service was amazing and the food was off the scale!! Cannot recommend this enough!

Has a nice pool area where you can chill all day, decent breakfast. Room was large enough, air conditioning and a ceiling fan

Downsides: if you have a room facing the pool area, you will be woken up by the people cleaning the alleys and the sunbeds. They are noisy and also speak loud while working. That caused me to wake up earlier than usual

With a great location close to the famous luxurious streets of Puerto Banus and perfect beaches, unparalleled service, always friendly and helpful staff, incredible food, huge pool… I highly recommend it! I will definitely be back!

2nd time I have been here. Nice quiet and cosy. Good quality food. Rooms, restaurant and gardens all immaculate.Short walk to the beach . Close to some shops etc

The buildings are set in a very peaceful and perfectly cared for garden type setting. While in the resort you quickly forget the busy road directly outside the gate and get transported into a whole different environment

This location offers easy access to other quality restaurants and shops outside the resort. The room was quite clean and modern and kept pristine by a great housekeeping team

This resort offered a fantastic high quality stay in an amazing garden of Eden type setting. While the resort is quite spread out this is typical of resorts in this area

While the hotel is located by the beach, many of the rooms do not have sea-view. Our rooms also smelled bad, even after cleaning. So I definetly don’t think that the high price is justified

Visiting Club Hotel Marbella was an experience I will cherish forever—a truly unforgettable getaway that felt like stepping into a dream

At breakfast there was no podium you just go in and seat yourself. Signage on these things could have been clearer. The resort offers a great fitness facility, kids area and beach area

You'll have to take a taxi to go anywhere or the shuttle service the hotel provides for free which you need to secure a time slot for departure but they make stops in different areas and the driver was very kind

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely hotel resort for two weeks during the summer. We absolutely loved the pool area, staff and location. As first timers to Spain for a summer holiday we were apprehensive

Within 24 hours we had been recommended caterers to assist with our needs coupled with any meals that were required outside of the hotel paid for. The hotel, management and staff went beyond expectancy

We were nervous regarding our special dietary needs which we pre-cooked and brought to the hotel. They were understanding and accommodative from the very start

Unfortunately, early on into our stay the hotel freezer broke and with it all our many meals. This is where the professionalism and staff intelligence came into play

(thank you Eva) The rooms are really spacious and clean! However, we want to confirm that this hotel is not at the beach and that for older kids (from 7 years) not the best option

The hotel is beautiful with many seating areas and lush gardens. Breakfast is so nice with many varieties and a great view of the sea. Staff goes out of their way to make things extra special

I am very happy with this hotel. It has beautiful view and gardens. We stayed 5 days, the rooms were cleaned many times during the day. Spacious bed and bathroom with very comfortable mattresses

C, lovely bathroom and again a great view over the golf course to the sea. The staff in the spa were superb explaining everything, escorting you and holding doors open. Will definitely come back and recommend to others

The food is delicious even though the quantity has cut down quite considerably over the years the quality of food is still great! The views are stunning combined with the ambience makes for a lovely Sunday buffet

There was our first stay and the Hotel was fantastic. Initially you maybe put off that is it located far from Marbella but it is only a 15 min Uber away. Rooms were very spacious and bed so comfortable

Half-board was perfect, average breakfast and the possibility to choose between lunch (1pm to 4pm) or dinner (8pm to 10pm). Menu for lunch/dinner included best selection of local specialties

Next to the old town, short walk from the beach. If you love spending time outside, this is the place to stay. Walls are super thin, you can hear snoring, conversations etc way too clearly

Exceptional location, our room was facing the main park of the city. Perfect for evening walks, literally within the historical Old Town, beaches are 5-10 minutes walking distance

A nice hotel with a good location. Did have some problems with key cards not working but with the 24 hour reception everything was easily sorted.

Showers sometimes give steady temperature, other times radically changing between cold and hot

Location is OK but hotel is not very good. Beds are OK and price was not bad but it's old and toilets in general don't smell very well

We stayed July 2021 what a great little find , extremely clean and quality very central and close to the beach.

We went for lunch and the food is excellent, but expensive. Personally I find it worth the price

Service is friendly and professional and I LOVE that music is very soft in the background so one can have a normal conversation. Also, the spacing of the table allows for sufficient privacy

I am definitely coming again as soon as possible!!

the rooms were a little cramped but still really nice design (maybe too much brown). lots of nice high tech features and v good wifi. the fillet steak was unreal and will definitely come back to eat here again

i really liked the design, restaurant/bar the location did not work for me as a break but fine as i was on business. the road outside is quite noisy

The pool areas are great with good sun beds and a chilled out ambience, and the outdoor gym is well equipped. Service in the restaurant isn’t amazing and would benefit from some good front of house management
