Great location. Friendly and helpfull staff, fantastic room service, nice pools with always access for deck chairs and phenomenal breakfast. Bit noisy because of the street just outside but was not bad.

It’s close to the beach, nightlife, puerto and shopping mall. I used to go to this hotel before its renovation and it changed in all good ways. It looks much nicer with modern rooms

Perfect location, newly renovated hotel. Beautiful breakfast, rooms cleaned daily. Loved that they don't start too early so it is nice and quiet in the mornings. 30 for people who likes to sleep in and plenty of choice

I had a good time with my family at Occidental Puerto Banus. It was a short stay but nevertheless unforgettable. The sofa bed was comfortable enough for our child. The main bed was huge, it could actually fit 3 there

(2 beds joined together) The room was just not prepared when we checked in. It was missing towels & beddings for our child. They fixed everything after I complained about it

A highlight of our stay was walking through the wonderful gardens, especially at night with the lights dotted around. The restaurants were all 5 star and we really enjoyed Thai Gallery

The rooms are set out in a village setting surrounded by gorgeous well maintained trees and bushes. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The restaurant is relaxing and well maintained and lovely views over the sea

This hotel is lovely and although a bit remote there's bars near and a short bus ride to Marbella. If you're wanting to have a drink after your evening meal there's only the hotel bar

Great place to relax and unwind. Friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful grounds and good facilities. Orange Beach Club a quieter and more pleasant option than Nikki Beach Club next door. Highly recommended for couples.

Just got back from a wonderful stay! The resort offered fantastic walking paths right next to the sea – a real highlight. The large and inviting pool area was also a big plus and really contributed to the relaxation

Close to the harbour of Banus. The rooms are large but some small things need some maintenance in the future. The pools and gardens are fabulous.

Initially he wasn’t happy that the main swimming pool was adults only and he could no longer swim in there. There was a brand new pool (where the previous adults only pool used to be) but not a deeper pool for swimming

From the time one walks in it is so impressive and the Team working there as fantastic as other Miele Hotels I had had the pleasure to stay in 💞 The Pool side areas are incredible and are extremely bling & Comfortable

It’s a lovely atmosphere around the pool that’s close to the bar and restaurant as the main pool tends to have the music on for the water aerobics, volleyball etc throughout the day

We stayed as a family of four in a room adjacent to the entertainment and was an amazing location. The facilities were perfect for us having the entertainment, bar, restaurant and pool literally a stone throw away

Short 10 min walk to a beach front- though not a great beach. Charge extra for a lot of them even on all inclusive. Plenty of entertainment on and nice atmosphere around the hotel

Beautiful grounds, which are well maintained. Never had to be up early to get a sun lounger. The whole grounds are spotless. The food is your normal all inclusive chicken,pork beef,salad,chips etc

It is in a remote area with little around it but you can walk into town 10 mins will take you, or down to the beach and follow the path round which will lead to Mabella

The hotel is right on the beach with lots of choices for food and drinks nearby. We also hired bikes from the hotel, and in just 15 minutes, you can be in Puerto Banús

Room: We booked a basic room, but it felt far from basic. Spacious with a huge, comfy bed, a large balcony overlooking the sea, and a great-sized bathroom

Stayed in Supreme Room Front Sea View room. Disappointing not worth the €800+ for one night. Room was nice but the bathroom needs complete replacement

There was our first stay and the Hotel was fantastic. Initially you maybe put off that is it located far from Marbella but it is only a 15 min Uber away. Rooms were very spacious and bed so comfortable

We stayed here for 1 night, hotel was very clean and tidy check in staff were friendly, the swimming pool was closed for the winter even tho its an indoor pool which is a bit strange, you cant watch TV unless you cast from your phone and there are no USB plugs

A decent walk to San Pedro, where we found a great market. A good 15 minute walk to to the beach, where there was cafes etc A few shops outside hotel but only two and also a nice pizza restaurant

Had a fantastic all inclusive holiday. Great food, lots to choose from. Plenty to choose from to drink. San Miguel and wines on tap in restaurants. Selection of spirits and cocktails included in all inclusive

Excellent buffet food and varied menu but only there for 5 nights. Hotel aimed at French guests so all entertainment was in French including poolside quiz which left us Brits unable to participate

Authentic Andaluzian style Hotel, former monestry. Great simple swimming pool with loads of beds and plenty available due to time of year no doubt. No frills but presentable accommodation and very clean

A very nice seaside resort hotel. It's very convenient to drive here. It's right next to the highway and not far from the coast. The only regret is that there is no private beach in the hotel

We stayed for four nights in October 2025. We found the resort to be excellent, with a spacious room, multiple pools plus beach access and a generous included breakfast that included both a buffet and a menu

A truly lovely hotel,, with charm, history and top level service. Sits right on the beach but also offers winding gardens, restaurants tucked into beautiful patios and all the recreation you would want

We did not eat in the restaurants during our stay because their prices were very high (a hamburger was 36 euro, for example) and we had a similar reaction to the spa menu pricing - so we can’t comment on those aspects but overall it was a very nice stay

The furniture looks old and very worn, and the décor is rather unattractive. The food offered through room service leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering the prices
