The only palatable coffee we found was at the beachfront restaurant (forgot the name) but they start operating the espresso machine at 11

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Vacation Club in Marbella! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff provided excellent attention, making us feel truly welcome

The spa was fantastic, especially the hot pool surrounded by beautiful trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Being so close to the sea was a huge bonus, making it easy to enjoy the beach

ideal for young family’s! It literally has everything multiple pools in/outdoor beach on its doorstep playgrounds activities throughout the day to book breakfast buffet and other food options during the day! You will need to rent a car if you want to venture out and its location is also very close to multiple food restaurants

Whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying the beach, or exploring the local area, there’s always something to do

The apartments are very clean and comfortable and if you have any issues the staff will make sure they can address it as best they can. Also washing machine and dryer in rooms so makes things easier with kids

Beautiful gardens and grounds. Room was spacious and great location. I had the best paella I’ve ever had for room service! The tennis club on site is wonderful. Yoga on the beach was amazing

Our 4 year old daughter was greeted with a gorgeous teddy bear and colouring pack , which made her day. Our beautiful sea view room was just perfect, with a huge bathroom and jacuzzi bath

We had such a great time! The grounds are stunning, the pools are awesome, the restaurants top notch, and the service is without equal (I’m sure the staff from 1994 are mostly retired, but I’m confident the new staff have the same standards)

The choice of restaurants and cuisine within easy walking distance is exceptional. We highly recommend walking through the hotel gardens during the night - wow! 5 star kids club. Buggy service throughout the resort

I have since been back with girlfriends and my husband for several holidays and cannot recommend enough! The food is outstanding, staff incredibly courteous and incorporate old fashioned customer service which is incredibly hard to find these days

She arranged for all our transportation (to/from hotel and a trip to Gilbratar with a private tour guide, arranged our spa time and my hair appointment)

With its mild climate, the resort is an ideal destination year-round, allowing guests to enjoy its stunning beachfront location and lush gardens in any season

With casual dining it was a bit odd that the seating host podium was in the middle of the restaurant. not the one at the entrance to the restaurant at the bottom of the stairs

At breakfast there was no podium you just go in and seat yourself. Signage on these things could have been clearer. The resort offers a great fitness facility, kids area and beach area

A fantastic beach option for those in the area

I have stayed at many hotels the world over, and have lived in the area for a very long time, staying and dining at this hotel whenever the occasion presents itself, and I can say comfortably that this is my favourite hotel

The buildings are set in a very peaceful and perfectly cared for garden type setting. While in the resort you quickly forget the busy road directly outside the gate and get transported into a whole different environment

The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, with elegant furnishings and a private terrace offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean and the pool area

Room service was prompt and attentive, consistently meeting expectations throughout the week. What truly stood out was the staff’s accommodating and helpful attitude

However, it’s worth noting that during my visit in April, parts of the hotel were partially closed, including some restaurants and facilities

The amenities, from the plush bedding to the well-equipped kitchenette and luxurious bathroom, made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

From the front desk to housekeeping and room service, everyone went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience

this did have a noticeable impact on the variety and quality of services, particularly at breakfast

Irina for house keeping is the loveliest person! She is sooiii motherly! Management and the hotel owners should truly realize that This hotel has a great group of people working not only for the hotel but to make sure we all feel welcome and at home

I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and I loved everything about this hotel. Staff are amazing and very helpful. The room was clean, and it had everything I needed, including toiletries

Maria at breakfast is extremely welcoming and make sure you leave full and satisfied with the great, Amazing and clean breakfast environment

Room service has great food! The pasta and the burger and the steak are delicious

With a great location close to the famous luxurious streets of Puerto Banus and perfect beaches, unparalleled service, always friendly and helpful staff, incredible food, huge pool… I highly recommend it! I will definitely be back!

Downsides: if you have a room facing the pool area, you will be woken up by the people cleaning the alleys and the sunbeds. They are noisy and also speak loud while working. That caused me to wake up earlier than usual

It made your feet dirty and the pool was dirty due to the wet muck and grass people were dragging in with them. Pool did not open until 10:30am, and there was always a big line for sunbeds

The hotel has a nice area where you can rest, sunbathe, swim and enjoy the peace. Good breakfast buffet with friendly staff. Close to public transport, car rental and relatively close to the beach

Also, the pool area is on grass and dirt, mostly dirt that comes over the alleys and close to the pool. At the end of the day I did not find it attractive to stay around

Our apartment was really far from reception. The pool bar also really lovely for lunch Pool i was not a fan of the grass

Stayed in Supreme Room Front Sea View room. Disappointing not worth the €800+ for one night. Room was nice but the bathroom needs complete replacement

It felt cheap, poorly designed and certainly not what we would expect at that price. The sea view was stunning as were the hotel and grounds. The balcony chairs need replacing as very worn

We enjoyed the food in all restaurants and they didn’t disappoint. We tried the beach area one day and we loved it but did miss the very attentive staff of the pool area

Amazing place where you can find everything for your Holliday spa sauna massage 💆‍♂️ pool Turkish bath and you have the playa behind the hotel what Amazing place. The staff is super Nice

Only quibble is that, in off peak season, a lot of the facilities were either not available or only available at reduced times and there was a lot of construction outside our rooms

With the exception of one or two surly members, all the staff are helpful and friendly and, if Ms Guadalupe is working behind the bar, get her whisky sour cocktail; it's a frozen version that's the best I've had outside the USA

However, if you check before you book to make sure that's not an issue, I'd recommend this highly. It's not cheap but it offers better value for money compared to other local resorts at the same price level

On the whole, an excellent resort which is well placed by being only a ten minute walk or three minute cab ride to Porta Banus

The beach club is conveniently locate and provides a full-service spa, a nice restaurant/bar, and an awesome infinity pool. The service is impeccable -- attentive and always very pleasant

(thank you Eva) The rooms are really spacious and clean! However, we want to confirm that this hotel is not at the beach and that for older kids (from 7 years) not the best option

The kids club has mainly only games for very small kids and the beach is too far (on a public road) to send the kids to the beach by themself. The staff was very friendly but the service at pool was definitely not 5 star

The hotel is beautiful with many seating areas and lush gardens. Breakfast is so nice with many varieties and a great view of the sea. Staff goes out of their way to make things extra special

Big selection of breakfast food. We really enjoyed our time there. The location of the hotel is just 2 minutes from the beach. I will defenitely come back again

Staff were great and the pool area and restaurants overlooking the sea were fabulous. The private beach as well was stunning. Would highly recommend staying here

The pool is lovely and the bar next to it is handy for snacks. It's practically on the beach so all meals have an amazing view, we stayed in a superior suite which was light and airy with A

C, lovely bathroom and again a great view over the golf course to the sea. The staff in the spa were superb explaining everything, escorting you and holding doors open. Will definitely come back and recommend to others

Maybe due to off-season, the dinner buffet got a bit boring after 5 days

Could be more about the place nothing around had to travel to other places by bus but the pool was great for the kids Chinese and bar round the corner are great places and all the staff at diverhotel are all great too but dont think we would be back anytime soon

It was cockroaches in the room. The worst service we have ever had. We tried to complain about the room situation about the cockroaches and the lady at the desk started yelling and saying that she couldn’t help us.

The staff were always smiley and polite, and the hotel itself was walking distance to Nikki beach. To anyone considering stay here, I say go for it

And I also recommend dinner at Chiringuito's Los Tonys on the seafront, or Bellaluna directly across the street from the hotel

Territory is green, calm, perfect for families with kids. For end March it was quite fresh to use outdoor swimming pools, so we profit from indoor one with jacuzzi and sauna which is open till 10pm

The location, service, and rooms were excellent. We were able to check in a couple of hours early, and that is always very much appreciated. It is a very short walk from the beach and many good restaurants

Near beach, shops and restaurants. 5 mins walk from Orange Square. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small but clean and functional. Fridge, kettle and hairdryer in rooms also

Overall, the hotel was really great. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the beach and the old town. As well as many local restaurants

I can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would choose to stay here again. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is to double check all outlets as one in our room, at the desk, did not appear to be working

This did not affect our experience but it could be a problem for anyone here on business

I would of rate it 3 stars, but because of Nicoleta from the front desk, Who by the way is the Best ❗️, you get five. And also, you need to put toilet brushes în the bathrooms. I know about your policy, but it's not ok
