Great hotel in the centre of Murcia!
This is a nice place to stay when visiting Murcia. From here the downtown is just a few walking minutes far. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The AC perfectly works which is important due to the usually high temperature in Murcia. The breakfast offers everything from warm, cold and sweet delights.

Really nice friendly clean hotel, who accommodated us so well after ur flight was cancelled. Delicious breakfast.

Stayed overnight with friends for a concert at the bull ring. The location is perfect. Arrived after 2pm, as requested, but check in took over 40 minutes. Decided we might like a light bite after check in but the kitchen was closed.
Returned to the Hotel, after the concert, at 11.20 to be told the bar was closed??
Was informed that we could get drinks from the fridge in reception. There was only 12 cans of Heineken(only alcoholic selection available) This massive offering was exhausted in minutes so we informed reception to be told they had no more beer available. Being someone who has managed Hotels and restaurants for 38 years I was amazed that a four star Hotel would not have adequate stocks to service its clients and would happily turn away fifty or so thirsty guests who went to bed extremely disappointed.
Such a shame that this beautiful Hotel, in a fantastic location, can't service its guests to a 4 star standard.

First and foremost, it has to be said that the staff on the reception were exceptional. The room was large and clean with a massive bed and a great shower. The parking was convenient with large individual spaces at a reasonable price. As a dog friendly hotel, it was great to have a dog park opposite for Teddy to run around in. We would definitely stay again.

Good location near the river. Lots of restaurant within 10 mins walk on both sides of the river . Good selection at breakfast . Friendly and welcoming staff.

A great hotel. Really friendly staff, especially Roseanne on reception who couldn’t have been more helpful. Great carpark. Good location. Large outdoor terraces.

The hotel itself is great but the best was the staff always very nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and so many different choices. Beds very comfortable. There is parking garage as well. The food in the restaurant is amazing. Overall I really liked this hotel I would come back.

Near the town centre, next to the park and river. Good restaurants near by. Car parking is available, you need a code.

It's a great experience last weekend at Barceló Murcia Siete Coronas hotel. They rooms, Customer service are fantastic and location plus atmosphere is unique the hotel is always clean as ever. They Restaurant and buffet service is very joyful.

We only stayed one night, the day before Christmas Eve. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. We left the car in the parking of the hotel which cost 18€ per night. The location of the hotel is perfect. The room itself is very cozy and the bed is super comfortable. Everything was great but if I had to change anything it would be the room service menu options (not a lot of variety imho) and that the tv had just a few channels. At least in the room that was assigned to us even though the tv showed the option of Netflix and YouTube it said the apps were not available. Also it would be nice to be offered one small bottle of water per person for free, just like many other 4 and 5-star hotels do. Everything else was perfect.
