The room was clean and tidy, the service was very good.

It was a wonderful hotel, great location, easy from the main road and to get back. Easy to get around the central area we needed to be. Bonus was a Festival was going on right on the riverway and right next to the hotel!
The restaurant was excellent. We went to breakfast a bit late, but the manager saw we were wandering around and told us to sit and sent someone to take care of us. We only wanted a simple breakfast and they brought us what we asked for and kept saying we could have whatever we wanted. How often do you get that from a hotel restaurant?
All in all this is a suburb hotel. Staff is fantastic, rooms are nice.
If you walk around looking for a Food Experience, we Highly recommend 'Mercado de Correos'. It is a fantastic foodie experience.

Excellent service! Very welcoming staff and a spacious, comfortable room. The only downside was that it wasn’t possible to have just a coffee in the restaurant in the morning without ordering the full breakfast.

Great hotel in the centre of Murcia!
This is a nice place to stay when visiting Murcia. From here the downtown is just a few walking minutes far. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The AC perfectly works which is important due to the usually high temperature in Murcia. The breakfast offers everything from warm, cold and sweet delights.

The room is great, the breakfast is rich, and there is a restaurant to eat at. The price is very affordable and the taste is good. It is close to the city and is simple and fast. It is comfortable to stay and is worth recommending

The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting the city of Murcia. Facing the Segura River and green areas.

Really nice friendly clean hotel, who accommodated us so well after ur flight was cancelled. Delicious breakfast.

Stayed overnight with friends for a concert at the bull ring. The location is perfect. Arrived after 2pm, as requested, but check in took over 40 minutes. Decided we might like a light bite after check in but the kitchen was closed.
Returned to the Hotel, after the concert, at 11.20 to be told the bar was closed??
Was informed that we could get drinks from the fridge in reception. There was only 12 cans of Heineken(only alcoholic selection available) This massive offering was exhausted in minutes so we informed reception to be told they had no more beer available. Being someone who has managed Hotels and restaurants for 38 years I was amazed that a four star Hotel would not have adequate stocks to service its clients and would happily turn away fifty or so thirsty guests who went to bed extremely disappointed.
Such a shame that this beautiful Hotel, in a fantastic location, can't service its guests to a 4 star standard.
