Staff are excellent, which does not make up for how poor this hotel is, it's now a "travellodge" and beyond basic, rooms are super basic and must not have been touched since it was built. It's also not well located, although the tram is only 5 min away. But 40min walk from city centre.

It matched the information on internet. Also, I would like to congratulate you for one of your great staff, her name is Isabella known by Isa. She was very helpful and cheerful.

well spaced room, very comfortable bed, close to tram line to go into Murcia, kettle in room, parking, helpful staff

We liked Campanile Hotel, the staff were all very very nice.
We told them we were in the area because our toy poodle was having an operation in
Murcia university veterinary hospital. They were all caring, interested and wished us luck on departures

Room was outdated with an AC unit that continually dripped water on our floor. The bathroom was moderately clean but very outdated. The water smelled intensely of chlorine.
The only positive was the nice service and her recommendation of a restaurant down the street, because their's is "not open for dinner on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday".
The majority of areas inside the hotel did not look very similar to the photos posted.

Busy street, address was wrong on Google, but I think it has been fixed now. Good for a one night stay on our way to Barcelona.

We lived here for about a month while moving house and the staff did all they could to make us feel at home. Very friendly and helpful so we can't praise them enough. We treated the room like it was our home, we worked, had meals and kept our plants on the desk and nothing was too much trouble. Maid service was great, reception staff were great, it became home and we were sorry to leave.

Very fine hotel for a good price. Rooms, bed and shower are very good and clean. Breakfast is good. Staff very friendly. Free parking in the street or on hotel premises. A few stops by tram to city center. Highly recommended.
