Third visit to this first class hotel. Buffet style restaurant with more than enough for whatever you want, staff friendly and polite. All parts of the hotel well looked after and clean

Lovely hotel and really helpful staff. Helped us with advice and adapter plug when our suitcases arrived nearly 2.5 days after our arrival. Clean room. Great selection of food in the restaurant. Lovely beach which is easily accessible from the hotel

It's very good for what it is, which is a tourist hotspot. I was visiting relatives, which is why I chose this location. It's not very exclusive due to the number of guests, but overall it was a nice stay with great food. Expect the usual sunbed flies early in the morning. There was entertainment every night and the staff are all great and attentive as much as possible.

A totally lovely experience staying here , great food ( didn’t feel the need to eat out ) good location but also very serene and peaceful. No mad sun bed scramble which was a massive plus ! Definitely returning.

Wonderfully clean 3 star hotel. Upgrade to a balcony if possible. Extremely comfortable beds and efficient heating when required. Breakfasts adequate but eating in town much better and not Marbella prices! The addition of a kettle might have pushed me to a 5 * . Fantastic location: Balcony de Europa only Few minutes’ walk.

The hotel room is perfect. It is quiet and clean. The location of the hotel is so central yet not noisy and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great. Plenty of choice to set you up for the day.

The hotel was clean, and the room was nice. But no tea coffee sugar or milk,but they did supply a kettle 2 x cups and tea spoons. Reception staff had the most miserable faces. A small fridge with 2 small bottles of water that never got replaced. Breakfast was not the best luke warm most days, and you had to go to another hotel(across the road) to eat it. This is a return stay here. Lovely staff,our maid is the best we've ever had left our room spotless and smells fresh ever time she cleaned it. Zoe the jet 2 rep was very helpful. The hotel in general is 4 🌟 Only thing I would suggest is a few more sun bed's please for when we return.

Nice hotel but wheelchair facilities not the best - nasty corners on ramps and a hidden drop at the bottom of the main entrance ramp. Awful road work currently in progress right outside the hotel.

hotel perla marina restaurant, 16:00 July 15th nice spot on the seafront but very slow service. Waited ages for a waiter to take the drink order, then waited even longer for the drinks and menu to arrive. Had the menu two minutes, another waiter asks if we are ready to order. Five more minutes ti look we ask. Ordered burger for me and brocetta for my partner, fifteen minutes later two burgers...

Prime location but at certain times almost impossible to get served. We waited a good 20 minutes outside and watched many people get up and leave before we eventually got served. We were told there was only one bar man on duty. Poor show and such a shame.

Excellent location,within easy reach of the town Good choice at breakfast with superb views if you can get a table by the window. I was a little disappointed that you could not get extra tea/coffee for the room other than when the maids cleaned your room

The view and location are excellent. Close to the Europe Balcony which allow us to the see sunrise in the morning. But as in pedestrian area, parking is a little bit pain. The google navigation not helping, it took us more than 30 min driving around and end up in a public parking which cost 23 euro for 12 hours. Then carry over all the luggages for another 5 min walk which u expect luggage would send...

The location is excellent. Our room overlooked the sea, which was lovely. Food and drinks are good. The beach is described as private, but it isn't. We watched people walking from other areas, taking sunbeds and parasols from the storage area. I was even asked by someone if he could have my parasol as none were left. This hotel is in the most quaint quarter of Nerja, over looking the stunning coastal area. The hotel is Spotless with the most wonderful staff ,in every area of the hotel. The choice of breakfast is excellent, freshly made crepes/ Omelettes to order. Small but refreshing pool and hot tub,overlooking a small beach with guest sun beds .

Not a bad hotel. They should consider putting a tea kettle in the rooms so guests can fix a tea or coffee in the room and not be obliged to go to the in-house cafe that doesn't open until 9 am.

Really nice hotel in good location, staff very friendly, food was mostly good. Room was a bit small, but perfectly clean with room service every day. Have been staying here on and off since 2012 and have seen a lot of changes. The hotel is definitely moving in the right direction and the staff where the best we have experienced at the Nerja Club yet! Personally we don't eat in the hotel choosing to eat out and about to absorb the culture although we had lunch in the sports bar on occasions. Rooms were spacious on the ground floor with a lovely terrace, cleaned regularly to a good standard. We had breakfast and good variety, something for everyone, the bar was good value for money, especially during happy hour. Easy walk into the centre of Nerja or down to Burriana beach...

The welcome we received and the complete friendliness of the staff made us feel really comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable and perfectly adequate for our needs. It is the food that is so special. Honestly, I loved it. The choice, variety and...taste. Wow!

Great little hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean and well organized. Excellent breakfast for only 4.50 euros. Also Menu del dia exceptionally good value. Good swimming pool with water jets etc. All very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Breakfest was great. I stayd only one night. The hotel is rather simple but clean. The crew is ok but they will not create you a ferling - here I need to come back!

My wife and I visited the Cavana plaza hotel, Nerja in October and we absolutely loved it. The staff were brilliant and the hotel is perfectly situated for people wanting to be in the center of the town, which is quintessentially old Spain, beautiful really beautiful. booked last minute decided to stay stay in beautiful Nerja overnight. this hotel was STUNNING. rooftop pool with 360 views, breakfast was delish and in such a perfect location. our room was spotless wish we had more time. the staff were also super friendly and kind letting us borrow a few things since our stay was spontaneous. we will definitely return. thank you for the amazing memories!

Just back from a fantastic 3 night stay in Plaza Cavana. This was our 3rd time staying here. -Very central for scenic walks, beaches, restaurants, bars etc -Clean, spacious rooms -Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and it was lovely to have the option of eating outside -Pool with cocktails on the roof is my favourite part. -Staff are always so helpful and friendly. Return Visit - excellent hotel centrally located in Plaza Cavana only 100 meters (approx) from the Balcon de Europa. The hotel is maintained to a very high standard, rooms are comfortable and very clean. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our return.

Fantastic "urbanisation". Clean, attractive & well maintained. Lovely pools. The pool we used had a great pool bar as well. On site cafe & bar. As its built into the side of a hill, some areas are a bit steep, but so pretty, the effort was worth it

The location is very far from beach and centre of town, the information on the apartment said 1 klm from beach area it was more like 4 or 5 we stayed in 2 bedroom apartment it was very old fashioned and dirty had to ask to have lights fixed in kitchen and bedroom, it was situated at the top of very steep hills, not at all suitable for any person with health issues, would not stay here again

Nice apartment but lacks a little bit of attention to detail from a cleaning point of view in the kitchen. Ants in the kitchen, no handles on fridge or freezer to open the doors, freezer drawers and cupboard doors needed to be wiped down. No towel to dry dishes or detergent to wash them. We stayed a couple of nights at Resort de Nerja in early June 2022. There are good and bad things to say about this place. The place was good priced and offered good value for a family on a budget. It was clean. There is safe underground parking and staff is friendly and helpful. It is up in the hills of Nerja so having a car is a must to get down into town. Its alright for its price - but the staff is a bit incompetent. They didn't guide us properly the right house in the first place, so had to wait 30 minutes at night in front of the wrong house and door, until it got resolved. Facilities itself (resort side) was alright, in terms of cleanliness and size. Don't expect a hotel-standard type of resort.

Fantastic place to stay with kids.. Spotless and spacious. Staff are very ftiendly and helpful! I stayed here with 4 kids and we love it.. I would highly recommend it. 10 min walk to the beach which is great.

Hotel is in a great location and has v good service & breakfast, but don't stay in room 107 - not worth the extra €€ - no view and felt v exposed as no shears/nets on large windows next to pathway; jacuzzi didnt work; choose a basic room if only staying one or two nights.
