Nerja Club by Dorobe Hotels in Nerja

I had a most enjoyable B&B stay recently with my family staying nearby. Room was spotlessly clean well serviced it had a pool view. All public room's were lovely. Breakfast was excellent with lot's of choice. A nice Spa to relax in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location good a short walk to the beach. Looking forward to staying there again next Easter.

What a lovely hotel, food was good, the place was very clean, plenty of sunbeds, not overpriced for the drinks. We went half board and ate there most nights, breakfast was good and plenty of choice. There were some great fish dishes on an evening. Drinks in the restaurant were well priced. It was a loverly quiet place to stay with half decent entertainment on most nights. On the whole staff were very friendly and helpful, call out to reception and cleaning staff, they were always happy to chat. Now the negatives, the location is on a hill and its,a pleasant 20 minute just under a mile walk to the beach, the walk back up is a bit of a slog uphill in flip flops and during the day but do-able., a taxi is 7 euro. So we took a taxi back on a few nights. The old town is a few minute less walk and a little easier to walk back from. There's not a lot to do around the hotel. For me, there were too many themed nights in the restaurant, I prefer a few more Spanish dishes than an Italian or USA night, afterall I booked spain not Italy. Finally some of the restaurant staff were a let down to those great hotel, showed no intrest and boarding on rude but most staff were amazing. We would recommend here if you like quiet and don't mind a walk.

This is a really well run hotel. The staff were really nice to us. We stayed in a superior room with a lovely pool view and nice balcony. The room was really clean but was small. The bed was not good as it was really hard and very squeaky. Breakfast was nice with a really large selection but repetitive choices. Pool and pool deck are fantastic.

Staff were lovely. Food was great and the pool was also nice. We had one issue with a door but it was dealt with swiftly. Would recommend to family and friends as a good budget hotel. You get what you pay for but me and my friends all had a great time.

Four stars for a three star hotel.
Rooms were basic and in need of a face-lift, but very good value for what we paid.
Food was typical for this type of hotel, and the kitchen did their best to vary the menu each night. No complaints for quantity or quality.
Located one mile from the beach and town centre, it was ideal for our purpose. It was the reason we chose this hotel.
Supermarkets on either side of the road and only 3/4 miles from the main bus station.
It was quieter than most other hotels closer to the beach, and the pool area was always accessible.
