The cleanliness,food and service are all to the very highest standard.This place never ever fails to be anything other than top class and the covid standards go beyond expectations.Thank you to all staff are always so professional!
The food service (breakfast quite good and a wide variety.
The hotel itself quite good, parking very small.
Good rooms, relaxed breakfast,
Pleasant and welcoming personnel.
The room we got was perfect, large size and clean. We had booked as a couple but only had 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels.
The reception was never staffed during our 2 day stay, reception duties were carried out by the bar staff.
We arrived on a Tuesday and were told their restaurant was closed on Tuesdays and they could only serve a heated pizza if we wanted to eat at the hotel.
The staff were pleasant and breakfast was adequate.
Being so far from the town there are better value places closer to town.
We loved our stay, service was excellent , breakfast was great our meal in the restaurant was great and our room was fantastic.
The one Critisism was that we didn't have use of the swimming pool being empty and closed for repair. We were not informed of this prior to our arrival and had we known we would have booked elsewhere especially it being exceptional weather the week we were there..

- Bare minimum of service. They did not know or care to find out about opening times or tickets for local attractions. We had to go find waiting staff in the kitchen in order to order breakfast. Breakfast is very basic. One of the days our room had not been cleaned. Not enough parking when the hotel is full.
