Lovely laid back hotel right on the beach. The building is an older building so it's not modern. Very clean and everything works. Aurcon,hairdryer, kettle and fridge in bedroom.
Staff are fantastic. .so friendly and helpful. We booked this hotel late and only booked a standard room,it was a great surprise to find our room had a balcony with table and chairs...thank you for the kind surprise!. My birthday fell during our stay and the reception staff clearly made a note of it at check in as ,unprompted, a bottle of cava was delivered to our room on my birthday....thank you so much!

The hotel was clean, and the room was nice. But no tea coffee sugar or milk,but they did supply a kettle 2 x cups and tea spoons.
Reception staff had the most miserable faces.
A small fridge with 2 small bottles of water that never got replaced.
Breakfast was not the best luke warm most days, and you had to go to another hotel(across the road) to eat it.
All in all, we would not go back there.
But beautiful views and 20mtrs from the beach.

Fantastic Location, Disappointing Restaurant Experience
We chose this hotel for its fantastic location, conveniently right next to the beach. Unfortunately, our experience with the on-site restaurant left much to be desired.
Despite only visiting for a meal, the service was so poor that we felt compelled to leave. It was baffling to see the staff rushing around, seemingly busy, yet unable to manage even the most basic aspects of service. This isn't the only place we've encountered this issue, but it’s clear that a better understanding of zonal service could greatly improve their efficiency and guest satisfaction.
It's a shame because the location is excellent, but the restaurant’s service really detracted from our overall experience.

Pros: large bedrooms, decent breakfast, great location, nice staff
Cons: does not live up to a four star quality. Bugs in the bedrooms, open tiles, leaking bidet, balcony light and main light in bedroom non functional. While breakfast offered a wide range of food, the quality of the food was not high.
Would consider this a three star hotel, with a more old fashioned aesthetic.

This is a return stay here.
Lovely staff,our maid is the best we've ever had left our room spotless and smells fresh ever time she cleaned it. Zoe the jet 2 rep was very helpful.
The hotel in general is 4 🌟
Only thing I would suggest is a few more sun bed's please for when we return.

Friendly staff, good coffee too. Super beach side hotel. Very clean.

Snooty bar man wouldn't serve us coffee at 1030 as we had dogs on leads, even though we sat around the corner furthest away from rge only other 2 tables occupied. Everywhere else we went that day welcomed us and the waiters gave us water for the dogs free.

i think this hotel is great i would have like,d to given a 5 star rating but it badly let it,s self down on 2 points number 1 the room so small no balcony?we have had a lot off holidays in and all over SPAIN but not once
did we never have a balcony who dreamt that one up. back to the room i think it would be about 10 feet x feet the bathroom a bath about 3 feet long a child would have trouble sitting in it.On the plus side we did have
hot plates in the restaurant at meal time,s lot,s of different food,s to pike
over .If you are going to choose this hotel and suffering from claustrophobia i would advise the hotel about it .Apart from those 2 things a lovely hotel next door to beach
