To receive at launch and dinner at least water and juice for free. It is strange that we need to pay for drinks at a 4-star superior hotel. The food was very good and there were a lot of new dishes from which you can choose each day.
The swimming pool is nice and clean.

Bathroom floor need to be renoved.
A lot of noise from next door, not isolated.

I have traveled extensively and stayed at many hotels but I'm utterly horrified and disgusted with this hotel and staff.
My 5 year old child was assaulted at this hotel by another adult guest. He was playing with his water gun and spraying the plants. He accidentally sprayed water at another woman to which she responded by screaming at him and grabbing him by the arm and throwing his toy away.
I informed the staff at reception about it and they simply responded with a "sorry we don't know who did it and can't do anything about it. I had to remind them that they have something called a security camera and to review it.
There was no empathy whatsoever.
I waited for the manager to review the security camera and he basically confirmed yes it did happen but we can't do anything. I felt that we were being brushed off because we did not speak Spanish.
I reported the incident to police as well and still waiting to hear back from the police.
We were ignored because we don't speak the local language, staff here are not fluent in English and definitely needs training in customer service.

Promenade location central to town, excellent shower and balcony. Big pool, nice buffet style food and 2 restaurants

The hotel overall is nice. I really like that it is clean and the inside playground was amazing.
However the food was the same for 1 week! That is crazy! A lot of salt and a lot of oil was used. Most of the things done at the grill were burnt and/ or without taste, lack of interest.
The cleaning lady from the floor of room 427 was VERY LOUD SCREAMING ALL THE TIME AND MAKING LOTS OF NOISE.
I was with a 1yo baby that slept twice a day and couldn't because of her.
I would like to use your services Again in the future but I hope these mentioned things will change.
