A decent option in its category. Spacious and cozy rooms. The territory is small, compact. To get to the beach you have to walk through the underpass. Situated near the train station. The hotel additionally offers accommodation Half Board and Full Board Silver Silver drinks included (wines of national production, beer, soft drinks and water) for lunch and/or dinner. Also operates a system of All Inclusive Gold, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks expensive brands. Can recommend for families.

Had a fantastic time, the hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food catered for all. The entertainment team did a great job! The Management was top notch!

Pillows are fluffiest, however all inclusive finishes at 11.00pm, the pool is small on the rooftop and closes at 7.30pm. Not everything is included in all inclusive. 2 drinks served at a time for all inclusive.

The room was lovely, very friendly staff. We had a sea view room which was nice. The roof top pool was small holding maybe 25-30 people, the same sun bed problems has other hotels people putting towels on the beds then disappearing for 2 hours, not once do the the roof top staff did anything, about this, also for the size of the hotel I was surprised to see approximately 70-80 sun beds. Breakfast 7.30-10.30, dinner was 7.30-9.00. Food was okay. The entertainment was very disappointing, on their on tv channel the advertised different entertainment, all the so called entertainment was disco from 9-11.30 that was it nothing else. There is nothing for the kids, if you have kids I’d avoid the hotel. The hotel is approximately 600 years from the train which is hand to visit the local area Lloret de Mar was a very busy place to visit. The headlight of our holiday was visiting towns close to Pineda de Mar. I very much doubt we’ll visit Pineda de Mar again. Barcelona about 80-90 mins away. The train line is very close to the hotel.

Although it’s advertised as a 4* we think it is a 3*. As a 3* you will be able to get better value for money somewhere else. The hotel is near the train station where you can get a train into Barcelona. Good location. Pros. Location, near lovely bars, restaurants & squares Clean rooms & good size Has air-con that worked well Opposite lovely beach, very pretty view Friday has market stalls right outside hotel. It’s a good market At lunch food is tapas style, we had 2 or 3 small plates. Presented well & very tasty Shower over bath was always hot Restaurants we recommend Singular Gastrobar - right outside hotel D'Tapeo - in small square Hedone Bar Restaurante - on the main street Restaurant we were recommended but didn’t get chance to go Restaurant Diagonal Cons. You have to pay for safe in the room. We think should come as standard We were disappointed with the pool. It was the biggest let down of the hotel. It’s too small for the number of guests. It’s too shallow. It’s over crowded & doesn’t open until 10am. We queued to wait for the doors to open so we could get a bed. Weren’t always allowed the umbrellas up as it was deemed to be too windy, even when there wasn’t a leaf moving on any of the trees If you arrive early on day of arrival your all inclusive doesn’t start until 12pm. If you want a drink you have to buy it All inclusive ends at 11pm even though bar stays open until 1am. Tips. Take own kettle, coffee/tea Take own beach towels Ask for a room higher up, great views & away from the street noise When you get there you may find out about all inclusive plus. I wouldn’t recommend upgrading, nothing we wanted we couldn’t get Outside food & drink is cheap and good quality. Bottle of wine €12 - €17 Evening meals €40 - €60 (inc wine) To Hotel. A lot of your staff are quite stern There are a lot of rules - too many. They come across as being better for you rather then your guests Pool opening is too late, would be so much better to open at 8am. Very very strict around opening time There seemed to be no goodwill on your side. Instead of feeling relaxed we feel very tense

Where should I start....maybe by "Do not book your holiday here". A 4 star Superior, more like a 3 at a push. The hotel definetely does not feel like a 4 star. The Elevators are noisy and shaky, when available, also trying to fit 4 people in one of those is a struggle. The room was nice but that is all, not what you expect from a 4 star. We paid extra for the front sea view with a balcony, do not make that mistake and save your money, because in the moment you seat down in the balcony you will not be able to enjoy the view, you will find your view blocked by the frosted glass, you have to stand up if you want to enjoy the train tracks view from your balcony. We had breakfast, however, you will be better with a coffee and toast from one of the bars around the corner. You get cordial juice from the machines, if you want proper juice that would be an extra 2.50 euros, if you want waffles that would be an extra 2.50 euros, if you want machine coffee that would also be2.50 euros extra, and so on... Also I don't think the cook has seen a real sausage in his/her life, breakfast sausage, the ones they serve for breakfast are party or cocktail sausage. Never greated with a smile by the restaurant Maitre, she had a face on all the time, shouting at people and staff, a little like Matilda's teacher. Crack a smile! it wont hurt. Our room was just below the hotel signs, too bright at night and during the day you could see the horrible state of the corroded metal, with the hotel wall on each side needed a bit of paint or just a good clean. Warning to people going to enjoy the beach: buy some rubber shoes! there are so many stones, the front is so deep that you would not be able to stand. After 11 at night everything is closed in Pineda, hardly anything to do.

From the outside hotel looks nice and pleasant. But room are very dated. No tea or coffee facilities in the room . Breakfast Breads ,cereal , continental breakfast. Fried eggs .beans. bacon. Toast. Friut juices Tea coffees. Snack bar Microwave your own hotdog or burger. Cold sandwiches. Lunches Very poor Cold meats cheese ect. Chips Dessert seem to be the same every day . Evening meal Can be very disappointing Unless you like fish . The hotel could do with a complete make over . Improve on there customers services. It was not what was expected for a 4 star hotel. Will not use these hotel groups again very poor in every aspect Photos do not represent some area of the hotel. So be warned avoid and look elsewhere.

Rude staff, that are obnoxious and lack basic manners. The same goes for the guests, rude and loud French and Germans. This hotel is not catered for Brits. The walls are that thin between rooms you can here the neighbours arguing, as well as annoying loud inconsiderate Frenchies walking past at 1 am and onwards.

Lovely Staff - Delicious Cocktails - Amazing Views. We stayed here for a week in June and would stay again. The team were so helpful and down to earth, Aaron was particularly helpful and professional. The location is amazing, right across from the beautiful beach and on the train line which goes to direct to Barcelona.

Staying here is like being stuck in the 1980s. The hotel is dated and run down, and while the bedroom was up to scratch, the rest of the hotel looks like it needs a good paint / refresh. The reception staff were helpful, but the majority of staff come across as rude and ignorant, and asking anything from them is met by a response suggesting it is a real chore. There was a decent enough selection of food with, as expected from most all inclusive hotels, not a great deal of variety. The worst part was that the 'hot' food was seldom hot with a lot of it stone cold and simply inedible. The pool area is nice and not too busy, but unfortunately this does not make up for the rest of the cons. And the hotel is most definitely not four star!
