Thoroughly enjoying the holiday, staff is really polite and helpful. Pool entertainment is very fun. Great location. Food is stunning plenty to offer, if you are a fussy eater it will be chips shop the way but if you have a pallet for classy food you will be pleased with the menu.

It's OK, hotel clean but dated ,rooms,dining,etc.bottles of beer soft drinks in restaurant only red wine nice in restaurant,(room temp)but cold from the main bar pump,can't sit outside with a glass until after 8pm as it pool rules,but when your ready in evening wear at 6.30pm and want to go and have a drink on an outside table in a glass ,as it's adults only, there should be a separate area for this!!! We're adults treat us like that, or sit inside in the bar and sweat your arse off because no air-conditioning. 40 minute queue in morning to get a voucher for a sunbed and umbrella on beach, only limited though so be aware. Just small tweaks will improve alot of issues.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip, and it was a true pleasure! From the moment of check-in until departure, I was surrounded by a sense of comfort and hospitality.
**Rooms:** Clean, spacious, and very cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking. The daily cleaning ensured impeccable cleanliness, and additional pleasant touches like complimentary tea and coffee were a great bonus.
**Service:** The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. They were always ready to help with any questions and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would like to especially thank the two charming ladies from Poland who work in the restaurant — they were always friendly and ready to help.
**Location:** The hotel has an ideal location, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. There are many restaurants, shops, and places for walks nearby.
**Dining:** The breakfast was simply wonderful — a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruits, and aromatic coffee. Everything was prepared with taste and served in a pleasant atmosphere.
**Overall Impression:** The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I felt at home thanks to the care and attention to detail from the staff. I will definitely return here at the next opportunity and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to this city.

We have come here several times and always have an amazing time.
The food, service and bar are all great!
We always go all inclusive and that comes with 3 meals and snacks (which we are never hungry for) and unlimited selected drinks, including the cocktail of the day. It is so worth the upgrade especially if you plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel.
The one minor problem would be the very limited sunbeds they have available, I counted 31. But they do have sun beds that you can get on the beach. Unfortunately, I am allergic to the sand so have to fight for one of the poolside sun beds.
The entertainment team tops it for me, always cheerful and lots of activities to do. By the end of a holiday they end up being your best friends! So thank you to Nacho, Klaudia and Aisha!
See you all again next time :)

This hotel doesn't have attractions for children because it simply doesn't allow kids on premises. It's great for older adults to enjoy, the only confusing part is - three separate all inclusive options, you should consolidate it in one real all inclusive package and make a bar menu easier to read and understand. Even a shorter menu with drinks, possibly with pictures would've gone a long way.
Overall very solid hotel. Will definitely consider visiting again. The best part of the hotel was the food. Both variety and quality of it simply amazes us. We had some comparison to few of the expensive and high quality Barcelona restaurants and the hotel food wasn't far behind the most exclusive of places. I strongly recommend this place.

We were moved here when the hotel we were scheduled to stay in shut for the season early.
We were here for a week and had a pretty good time.
We were here on an all inclusive basis.
The food was pretty good with a decent variety...lots of seafood if that's your thing. Live cooking station was nice with the chef being friendly.
House wine in the restaurant was far from bad.
Drinks in the bar were a bit better than many all inclusive establishments... with a decent amount of choice. Well known brands were available at a cost...but the house hooch was generally okay.
Pool was a bit on the small side if the place was busy but as it was quite it was fine...a roof pool/terrace would be wonderful (we can dream).
Only downside was the Saturday night bedlam...I think they must do a Groupon type deal.
All in all worth the 4S rating the owners gave it.

We stayed here for the Ironman in October for on full board which was very convenient to start/finish area and also with food buffet with plenty of variety which changes daily including the live cooking.
Room was fine and clean. It was quite noisy at times due to the proximity of the main square. We couldn't get a parking space, even though I had reserved one and it was at €20 per night even though it didn't state this when booking. We ended up parking behind the supermarket non secure off road which was a 10 minute walk, not ideal when you have expensive equipment.
Honestly I just booked this place for the food, going by the previous reviews and ease of transition to the event. Both did its job well.

Good place to relax but more for the older generation than 30s years. Entertainment was nothing to scream about (unless u love a bit of bingo 🙄)

I spent 8 nights in this hotel (1st of October till the 9th)
The services are good, the outside appearance is old for a 4 stars hotel but it doesn't matter! I stayed alone but got a double bed for myself. That was great.
The food is very creative. If you don't eat pork don't go there!!
I think they have full and half board.
I have nothing to complain about.
It is very well situated.
I enjoyed my stay here and I can highly recommend it!
I will come back myself again...!

Overall a good hotel but found it Impossible to sleep some nights. Very noisy, from multiple sources - nightclubs outside, neighbors above you, neighbors next door and people on the street. The noise goes on continuously pretty much all night on weekends. The staff also lie to you about parking - there is parking for about 1% of guests and they won’t give it to you, even if you request it when making a booking months in advance. The staff will lie to you and tell you it’s available the following day and they’ve reserved it. When you check the next day it’s somebody else on reception and they tell you there’s no parking. This is even more annoying because you haven’t slept the night before. The food they serve here is very good, but your in a daze whilst eating it due to not sleeping the night before. Ultimately this hotel might ruin your trip because you may find it impossible to sleep.
