Wow! What an amazing stay. Where do I start... The rooms were absolutely lovely, really nice shower and bathroom, the bed was really comfy and such a spacious room with an amazing view from the balcony. We stayed on the 8th floor which gave us a lovely view of the sea, town and pool. The entertainment was great, really lively and the staff were really good at getting you involved and have fun. Drinks were great being all inclusive no limits to amount of drinks like some locations have a cap on alcohol. The food was absolutely delicious, it was a buffet service each meal time which had a great selection each time. The desserts are to die for! If you get the chance to whilst you're staying I definitely recommend booking the spa for an hour at least once during your stay. It's a separate room to yourself which is really nice and has a jacuzzi and sauna. In the room there is also a shower, toilet and sink and towels are provided for that occasion. Overall really great place to stay, staff are lovely and make you feel valued. Will definitely be back again next year for another week in the sun!

The rooms are basic but clean and beds comfortable. You have to pay extra for the safe. The reception staff are mainly lovely, the bar staff are amazing and very friendly, the staff in the restaurant are quite rude, none happy to help us and getting us a table for 8 always seemed too much trouble although we'd payed to all come together. The breakfast was awful, the dinner not much better, everything served on annoying little plates.
The hotel isn't in a bad location, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Not an ideal location if looking at going into Barcelona. You're looking at 1 hour 20 mins train ride.

Decent hotel. Location is the best feature being close to both the beach and town. Getting a bit tired - 80s nautical theme - and the pool is tiny. Nevertheless we seem to keep coming back because it offers good value for money, you can park easily and the food is pleasant. It is only for adults so whilst I don't dislike children you can lie by the pool and read without being disturbed.

Thoroughly enjoying the holiday, staff is really polite and helpful. Pool entertainment is very fun. Great location. Food is stunning plenty to offer, if you are a fussy eater it will be chips shop the way but if you have a pallet for classy food you will be pleased with the menu.

It's OK, hotel clean but dated ,rooms,dining,etc.bottles of beer soft drinks in restaurant only red wine nice in restaurant,(room temp)but cold from the main bar pump,can't sit outside with a glass until after 8pm as it pool rules,but when your ready in evening wear at 6.30pm and want to go and have a drink on an outside table in a glass ,as it's adults only, there should be a separate area for this!!! We're adults treat us like that, or sit inside in the bar and sweat your arse off because no air-conditioning. 40 minute queue in morning to get a voucher for a sunbed and umbrella on beach, only limited though so be aware. Just small tweaks will improve alot of issues.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent trip, and it was a true pleasure! From the moment of check-in until departure, I was surrounded by a sense of comfort and hospitality.
**Rooms:** Clean, spacious, and very cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking. The daily cleaning ensured impeccable cleanliness, and additional pleasant touches like complimentary tea and coffee were a great bonus.
**Service:** The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. They were always ready to help with any questions and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I would like to especially thank the two charming ladies from Poland who work in the restaurant — they were always friendly and ready to help.
**Location:** The hotel has an ideal location, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. There are many restaurants, shops, and places for walks nearby.
**Dining:** The breakfast was simply wonderful — a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruits, and aromatic coffee. Everything was prepared with taste and served in a pleasant atmosphere.
**Overall Impression:** The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I felt at home thanks to the care and attention to detail from the staff. I will definitely return here at the next opportunity and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to this city.

We have come here several times and always have an amazing time.
The food, service and bar are all great!
We always go all inclusive and that comes with 3 meals and snacks (which we are never hungry for) and unlimited selected drinks, including the cocktail of the day. It is so worth the upgrade especially if you plan on spending a lot of time at the hotel.
The one minor problem would be the very limited sunbeds they have available, I counted 31. But they do have sun beds that you can get on the beach. Unfortunately, I am allergic to the sand so have to fight for one of the poolside sun beds.
The entertainment team tops it for me, always cheerful and lots of activities to do. By the end of a holiday they end up being your best friends! So thank you to Nacho, Klaudia and Aisha!
See you all again next time :)

This hotel doesn't have attractions for children because it simply doesn't allow kids on premises. It's great for older adults to enjoy, the only confusing part is - three separate all inclusive options, you should consolidate it in one real all inclusive package and make a bar menu easier to read and understand. Even a shorter menu with drinks, possibly with pictures would've gone a long way.
Overall very solid hotel. Will definitely consider visiting again. The best part of the hotel was the food. Both variety and quality of it simply amazes us. We had some comparison to few of the expensive and high quality Barcelona restaurants and the hotel food wasn't far behind the most exclusive of places. I strongly recommend this place.

Generally very good, they allowed me late checkout and changed my room since it was not a double bed as it was stated in the trip.com description in which it also said that there was a bathtub but there was no...
The cleanliness was good, the bed was very comfortable, the location was good, perhaps the least of all was the breakfast, it lacked some selection for a 4-star hotel, everything was too simple, but the man who was in the freshly made eggs and crepes section was very friendly (Yusef), generally good.
I don't know where the spa is, nor do they mention it. Therefore calling it Hotel & Spa seems a bit unnecessary to me.
