Great hotel, for both children and adults. If you don’t like children around you all the time i recommend upgrading to „Star prestige“. Then you will have access to the 18+ roof top area. The food is really great and the different restaurants give you a great diversity. Direct beach access and several pools are just one thing that points out. I truly recommend this hotel!

Couple of hiccups at the beginning of our stay, which were honestly out of place in a 500€+/day resort. After that, all went smoothly: staff is amazing, the bar is very well stocked with a decent line of spirits and wines, the three signature restaurants of the Hotel are surprisingly very good, the buffet is varied however some extra emphasis on the local products would add a nice touch. All in all, a fantastic stay, especially if you are with kids: they will have no time to stop playing. Highly recommended!

Everyone is well behaved and the services are excellent. We have tried Spanish food and Mexican cuisine. The staff are very friendly and ready for any of your requests. It has been 1 week now and I have not seen a single employee who is bored or annoyed.

Amazing staff, who go above and beyond. The food offerings were fantastic especially considering the number of people being catered to. The hotel and grounds were immaculate and the evening entertainment was outstanding. So much thought and attention has been put into the experience and it shows. Lots to do for kids and grown ups, though unfortunately ours preferred to be in the pool! Would highly recommend and we are already planning our next trip

What a fabulous hotel! We were a large family of 13, and the teams couldn’t have been more accommodating. The buffet food is fantastic, so many options for both adults and kids, the best all inclusive food we have had. Our favourite was the Beach Grill, with fantastic staff. The beach is a minutes walk out from the hotel, pools fantastic, a great mix of kids and quieter areas for adults. The evening entertainment is brilliantly planned and organised. We particularly loved the silent disco! Bedrooms beautiful, all has been updated recently and you can tell. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend :) Thank you!

Very clear recommendation. The location of the hotel is top, right on the beach with turquoise clear water. The employees are all very hard working and spread a good mood. Especially the animation team is doing a great job. A big thank you to Bebi for the great courses and talks. During the meal there is a lot of choice, which also changes every evening to a different theme. When there was too much crowding, unfortunately, the food was only lukewarm from time to time, but that was not a big problem either. The tables outside are limited, which is why I recommend arriving a little earlier at the booked meal time. The hygiene concept for eating is well thought out, but it doesn’t work as well, because many don’t follow the floor markings, but you have that everywhere.
All in all, I can only recommend the hotel!!!

Friendly staff and service… cool lunch spots with beautiful views of the water and island. The food was bland and just OK—lunch was the best meal with freshly grilled meats. The rooms are really cheap quality and there were no fans in the bathrooms, they didn’t refill the hand soap dispenser, and the bed was uncomfortable. Very nice pools and views though.
