Fantastic hotel.
Great staff, lovely atmosphere everywhere.
Really good facilities, with everything well looked after.
Perfect location for us as a family, with a short walk to the beach across the dunes.
Lovely half board, varied breakfast and dinner served in a nice setting both indoors and outdoors.
We'll come back!

A nice and simple hotel in a green area not far from the sea. It is ideal for families with children, cyclists, and professional swimmers.

It's much better than we expected! The place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The bungalow is better than on the photos. There is an activity programme and pine forests near the hotel. Amazing place, highly recommended!

On the positive side the hotel has 2 nice pools, variety of breakfast choice and nice service.
But the overall impression of this hotel is soooo unappealing. The reception looks like long almost empty hall with few sofas in 70s style. The restaurant looks like huge hangar with over 100 tables and dark, old school chairs. The bar at the pool looks like ordinary kiosk, and the “bungalows” - like low budget camp houses (inside they were fortunately refurbished). The hotel is located close to the nice beach, but you have to cross quite busy street in order to get there and pay 14EUR for a day per umbrella and 2 sunbeds.
Definitely not the “charming” place you would like to spend your holidays in.

Rooms are modern and comfortable, but given the price of over 220 Euros for the room, you could expect that the small water bottles and the coffee are replenished every day which was not the case during my stay. Location is good, but the noise from the main road can be annoying. Lots of children. Breakfast buffet is ok, but the same every day and the coffee is really bad. And do be careful when crossing the main road to the beach as there is no crosswalk!

the staff are friendly, the facilities clean and the food is ok (think more like canteen food than restaurant).
However, this resort is unsafe. When queried about their safety, the hotel management admitted that they had had bike thefts this year (2016) but also bike kit items, such as shoes, jerseys and shorts. We asked them about letting people know at registration about safety issues, the management said "we can't do that as it might scare people"
This raises the question of safety within the resort as anyone is allowed in without any safety checks, yet the hotel does not take any responsibility for thefts. They refuses to pay any of the cost for lost items and don't want to do anything to make their hotel safer.
We checked the fence, and a few polls are broken meaning people can push the fence down and also the side gate and main gate are not attended - ANYONE CAN COME IN AND OUT WITHOUT EVEN BEING A GUEST OF THE HOTEL (with your bike if they wish to).
This hotels bills itself as cyclist and triathlon-friendly ... and yes it is friendly (and has a nice pool) but it is not safe.

The Bungalows are great. TV, Air Condition, 2 separate rooms. Huge terrasse. Everything clean. Enough space at the pool. Feels not too crowded. Perfect for a family trip.

The resort was perfect! The bungalows were very comfortable for my family of 4 and they have air conditioning and blackout curtains!! The food was AMAZING and there were plenty of options, which was great for my daughter who is a picky eater. The pool is a saltwater pool so no worries about chemicals or stinging eyes. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and fluent in at least two languages each, if not 3 or 4. We were there on a family reunion and they put all of us in adjacent bungalows and reserved tables next to each other in the dining hall so we could always eat together. They have lots of activities for kids and for grown ups every day. I literally have just one complaint and it's that there was not enough room in the bathroom to put all of our toiletries. Next time (there will definitely be a next time) I will bring a hanging toiletry bag. I highly recommend this resort!!!

Fantastic resort. Clean rooms. Wonderful food, great activities, and just a 5 minute walk from a beautiful section of beach. Many additional services were available like laundry, which was perfect to refresh ourselves halfway through our long trip. I would highly recommend this spot!
