Hotel Vista Park

We had nice family vacation here despite there were almost no families with kids. Hotel and apartment were clean, staff was very nice. Dinner menu was changing every evening. What I didn’t like was the accessibility of drinkable water. Water was for free only for breakfast, for dinner it had to be purchased although we had half board paid. Water in the apartment tasted as if it would be mixed with baking powder hence not usable for drinking nor cooking. In matter of fact not even for mouth wash after brushing teeth.

This should be a 4 plus star hotel.
Everything is super starting from the staff, location, cleanliness and food.
They offered an upgrade for us as a family of 4 and we are staying at the Apartmentos located in front of the hotel
What can I say, so practical with kids.
Food is excellent.
Its just 4 minutes by foot to Sao Baulo beach which is very nice and convenient for kids

The room was excellent, cleaned everyday to perfection! The staff at reception were very helpful. The pool area was nice and relaxing and only a short walk to the beach. However, I’d read reviews about the “great selection of food” but it was terrible! Not a good variety and everything was cold. Also, upon arrival we asked to have a double bed as we had booked a “double or twin room with balcony” only to be told they don’t have double beds in the hotel so our two twin beds kept sliding apart which wasn’t ideal. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t very strong even though we had it on the highest setting. Overall, we would come again but only book for self catering and maybe consider advertising twin rooms only.

We are delighted with the hotel, the rooms are well-kept, large, beautiful view from the balcony. The cleaning service cleaned every day, the ladies were very nice. The service at the reception was very polite, helpful, everyone was smiling and very friendly. There was a huge selection of breakfasts and dinners, the food was varied, and what is important, tasty, and everyone could find something for themselves. I have no reservations, everything was great! We are very pleased and recommend the hotel!

What an amazing stay we had at Hotel Vista Park! Everything was just right—the peaceful location, the friendly staff, the clean and comfortable rooms… it truly felt like a home away from home. But the real star of our trip? Chef Patricia! Her food was out of this world—fresh, full of flavor, and always served with a smile. You could tell she cooks from the heart. Every meal was something to look forward to. Huge thanks to the whole Vista Park team. You made our holiday unforgettable. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

We stayed at this Hotel in august, and it was an extraordinarily positive experience. The services are great, the staff is kind and always ready to help, the facilities, rooms, pool etc. are immaculately clean. The beach is nearby and sandy, and its waters are crystal clear, with pleasant, tame waves.
The week we spent here was a relaxing one, and whenever we will return to Mallorca, we're going to make sure to return to this hotel.

3 star hotel? Why not 4?
Staff members were lovely all round! House keeping was immaculate! Views from the terrace was beautiful. Lots of different food to choose from with the buffet. 11/10 from me.

We stayed here from Saturday 24th August to 29th August. We were on the 5th floor with a sea view. The terrace was huge and we had two sun loungers to relax on early evening in the sunshine. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The room and the hotel were very clean. There is a hotel gym and a small pool. We went to the local beach most days and the sea was lovely and warm. There was a lot of sea **** when the tide was in and less when tide was out. There are lifeguards and they will stop swimming when the waves are too dangerous. We walked into Can Picaforte every evening along the promenade. Lots of bars and restaurants with live music. The food was buffet style and the breakfast the best. The dinners were mostly with lots of choices, it was just on our last night we struggled a little. The local area around the hotel is not suitable for a wheelchair user, and my other half ended up on the roads mostly.
