Hotel Foners in Playa de Palma

The doors and windows are too soundproof. Trying to sleep is impossible. By the way, the windows are broken and won't lock.
I have never been subjected to such degradation of character at a hotel. I was clearly given only one key when I checked in, and when I checked out, I was told that there are usually two keys and that I should find the other one myself！！WTF！！ Instead of acknowledging the hotel's mistake. And the staff were convinced that the consumer had lost the key himself!!! 🙄

Not recommended. Nice but incompetent staff. A hotel manager who has to let the boss hang out and does not respond to the wishes of the customers or can not be talked to.
The only positive thing about the hotel is the location, because it is in the middle of the party mile and a few minutes walk from the beach.

My daughter found the Hotel to be price in terms of performance super. Staff friendly, rooms clean, food okay, very Central to the celebrations.
