TRH Jardín Del Mar Apart-hotel

Brilliant hotel, Brilliant staff, Brilliant food, and the view is the best in the Mediterranean I'm guessing, but this is our second time staying here, and it doesn't disappoint, try to get a room on a high floor, we spent a lot of relaxing evenings kn the balcony with a take out from the many great restaurants close by, the beds are outstanding, huge pillows, cleaning ladies so polite and thorough, we WILL be back. Best relaxing holiday EVER

Family stay in this very well located hotel in a room with an unbelievable view. Room was clean, funtional with a great shower and very well serviced during our 9 night stay. The beds were undoubtedly the best we have had on a package holiday. We were lucky and had quiet neighbours around us but as with most holiday hotels it could be noisy with wron neighbours. No noise in corridors at night. Staff at desk were very friendly. Transfer from airport was included in price as was breakfast but we didn't bother availing of that. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby as well as beautiful costal walk to beach. We were in room 407 which is on reception/street level which was handy and there is a lift service that brings you down to floor 0 where the pool area is. This area was very clean and pool is great. Nice bar serving snacks and drinks. SEA VIEW ROOM IS ESSENTIAL!!!!

Just stayed with my children Wednesday-Sunday, views from balcony are beautiful, supermarket directly opposite, not much entertainment however the vibe I got staying here is people use this as a base to sunbathe in the day an sleep (or not sleep 🤣) at night. There is an indoor pool small but perfect for an overcast day. For children the big pool is very deep and the lifeguards sit behind a tree on there phone so be aware of dept if you have children. Night time is very noisy luckily we are very deep sleepers however if you are not I’d consider something else especially if you have children rooms are paper thin and people sit out onto balcony’s until early hours. Beach is a 15 minute walk, private little beach area 2 minutes walk from the pool more rocky than sand but still a lovely place for a swim, close to everything you have shops an restaurants surrounding as far as hotels go this is what you expect for a budget holiday. Lots of stags in the hotel but all very respectful. Only negative for me was as we stayed Wednesday to Sunday cleaners don’t work Thursday or Saturday meaning we only had one day where the room was cleaned in 5 days, had to go an get fresh towels myself aside from that a perfect base in good location to venture out

The service was good and nice only we heard a lot of noise early in the mornings, the pools were great and the location too and there were many facilities.

Amazing location and friendly staff, especially Sofia from the animation team who put on bingo just for the parents after kids disco . The hotel is basic and dated but we knew it would be and you have to remember it's 3 star. The cleaning of the rooms is a bit hit and miss with the cleaners not coming 2 days out of the week and our balcony wasn't cleaned the whole 8 nights we were there. We also found the food and drink at the hotel and area in general to be more than welcome expected but for the location it was worth spending a bit more than planned and we had a great time. Getting the kids out of the indoor pool and out into the sunshine was a struggle at times when the outdoor pool was so cold but all as we expected being there in April and we will be visiting again for sure

we chose this hotel for a girls holiday. Everything is just like the pictures. somewhat dated interior, but rooms are very clean. Lovely pool, kept clean and not too busy when we went. we had a couple of issues with our room which were resolved quickly by the helpful staff.

Wow! Ignore the bad reviews. This hotel is fantastic. We are a family of 4, 2 small children. The 1 bedroom was perfect for us. Cot provided for the baby and a fold up bed, for my toddler. 5th floor, great view. We needed somewhere close to my parents, who own an apartment next door in Caesars. This was perfect. Yes, it is very basic inside, but when you’re paying £400 for the whole week b&b, who cares. Pack an extension lead and a night lamp, if you’re that fussed. We always do anyway. Apartment was immaculately clean. Beds super comfortable. Yes, you may see a cockroach in the bathroom, but that is normal for hot countries. Spray a bit of zoflora on the floors daily and that keeps them at bay. Breakfast was superb. Lots of choice, fresh bakery breads, real butter, fresh fruits, fresh eggs, all your continental meats and cheeses, yoghurts, smoothies and a really nice coffee machine. Microwave also available for baby food. We paid extra for dinner most nights. It was £16 each. Children under 4 go free. There is no junk food, the choice is small, but that’s the way we like it. Quality over quantity. Always a soup, fish dish, chicken dish, red meat dish, paella dish and an enormous vegetable/salad selection. Deserts, fruits and ice creams. Drinks not included with dinner, but they were cheap. This hotel does not rip you off and is not a tourist trap. The pool bar does lunches and we had that too a few days. Nice pizzas. Again, good prices. Indoor pool great, used it when the sun was too hot and the children wanted to splash about. The staff were all So friendly, I think they have been there years. They felt like a real family. Cleaning ladies were also super friendly and always looking to replenish fresh loo roll and towels. There is a self service laundry room on 4th floor. £7 for wash and dry. Huge machines, so great value for money. Saves all the laundry when back at home. Game changer :-) WiFi available everywhere, even in the rooms. You just need to login and sometimes it logs out. 15 min walk into town/beach, but longer on way back, as uphill. The cheapest super market is the one towards the roundabout, down the steps, underground. We used it to buy ice creams/lollies (and the fridges in the apartments have freezer compartments). If you want a cheap holiday, just book it. Not many British in the hotel. We encountered Germans, Eastern Europeans. Spanish and Italians. So no British riff raff lol

I'm just home from a brilliant stay. Had 2 rooms booked sadly my father passed away. The reception staff were amazing as soon as they found out they upgraded our room to a superior 2 bed 2 bath with a massive terrace. Superb room superb location. The cleaning staff were super friendly as were the pool bar staff just lovely break. Excellent all round. Also a bottle of cava left in the room was a lovely touch.
