I would say that it was a perfect vacation for mid-September. There were less children though still a lot. The rooms are of a good quality.
Nevertheless, the animation team do their job perfectly. There are a lot of activities organized during the day, starting with yoga and stretching and finishing by darts and table tennis. The night show is very fun and every evening there is different program. Thank you very much for your work - Hanna , Alex , Pablo, Kathy , Dana!!!

Ideally situated in Palma Nova for surrounding restaurants and bars.
Spent a week here and the staff were more than willing to help in any way .
Cleaning was top drawer ,well done.
Breakfast has a wide choice to suit all tastes, and is tasty .
Pool area is perfect, plenty of loungers to go round.
Snack bare serves up some tasty snacks and cocktails, and staff are very friendly and nice.
The only downside I felt was lack of evening entertainment for adults, but kids enjoyed it. Overall, a nice hotel to stay in and recommended.

I have just returned home after my third visit to this hotel. I am already wondering when I can go back 😊. Hotel and facilities are fantastic. My children absolutely love the pools. The location is brilliant and so close to beach and lots of nearby shops. Hotel staff are so friendly and as returning customers my friend and I received two free bottles of champagne. This is such a lovely gesture. The food is fantastic. Manuel the head chef is very friendly and works hard to provide a great variety of amazing dishes. Will definitely be returning to this hotel again. For me and my family this hotel ticks all the boxes!

This was our second stay at this fantastic hotel! We were on a family holiday with young children and we enjoyed the food, facilities, activities and friendly staff. I love how creative some of the evening activities were especially the white party. Such a nice and magical vibe! Please keep this theme. And the 360 camera was such a hit and memorable video to have for this night.
A big thank you to the hardworking kitchen staff and big applause to the BBQ chef. He made the most delicious food:). I loved that every evening was a different food theme. It gives us the opportunity to try new foods.
And thank you for the reception staff for booking a taxi to the airport on our behalf. Everything went so smoothly and well for sure to be back.

The hotel was lovely, very well maintained, absolutely amazing for families. The splash area and waterpark is amazing and there is a lot to do for kids spending time there.
The room service could be improved, however, it was not bad, just a point to improve is all. Definitely recommended for families.
What deserves a separate recognition is the group of animators. They were 100% amazing and kept the kids engaged with plenty of various activities. One of the best experience in that regards, really well done!

Had an unbelievable stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice and spacious. The location is perfect, although didn’t venture out so much as the hotel has a lot going on. Went half board and the food was great with good variation. The kids pool with slides is brilliant, my 4 year old was loving it. There is also a main pool which was good for a swim and not too overcrowded. But the best part of the trip for me was the entertainment. They work really hard at keeping everyone happy. All day they do kids and adults games. Then at night they are back at it to entertain the kids with a mini disco, while me and the wife have a chill out with a beer. So I’d like to give a massive shout out to the entertainment team…Pablo, Vicky, Maria, Ade and Dana who never stop smiling, thanks guys. Although all the staff at the hotel really are great, I’m going to give a special mention to Toni who works so hard behind the bar and makes a cracking cocktail. We will definitely be coming back soon

Really nice hotel. Found the staff very friendly and accommodating especially with us having a 9 month old baby with us. Room set up with cot and when the kettle broke they were there with a replacement instantly.
Rooms and all of the hotel was really clean and very well presented. Food for breakfast and evening did the job, lots of choice too, as well as different themed nights which switched it up.
The location is ideal, obviously depending on time of year but close to some really lovely restaurants as well as different types of bars to suit, and close to the beach.

We had a really nice 7 days in hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel and rooms are really clean. The food was buffet style and was really nice and fresh. Our daughter was enjoying the kids pool and kids club activities.
The hotel isn't far from nice beaches and other activities.
Overall i would recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic location. Every part of our stay was amazing. The most friendly, helpful staff who were always happy to help. Ricardo and Oscar are beautiful people who were genuinely happy to go above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The spa facilities are fantastic too. The hotel manager Jose was very nice and always present and friendly. We have stayed there before and we will stay again. I was sad to leave

Super clean common areas, pool and rooms. We had a modern 1 bedroom apartment with pool view which was in excellent condition with balcony and nice cool AC. Location is brilliant with 2 supermarkets very close by and a wide array of restaurants and bars. 5 minute walk to the beach. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choices to suit everyone young and old. Good choice of drinks at the bar. Staff are very welcoming and kind to children. Would recommend for family stay
