I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left everybody was super helpful the staff but the restaurant were always smiling and happy to help. we did an all inclusive package, Both the food and wine at the restaurant were great quality.

Perfect hotel for family getaways. This is our 4th visit to Zafiro Palmanova and once again we loved it. Rooms were lovely and clean and modern and cleaners ensured the rooms were kept tip top throughout the week. We used all the pools and the lifeguards were all great characters around the pool and really good with all the kids. Buffet restaurant was as always full of choice and had changes each day to keep options open for everyone. The Bistro restaurant was top notch and we always received fantastic service. We used the bistro menu for lunch each day which you can get from the QR code on all the tables and as always it was fantastic food. I must say the reception staff, restaurant staff and bar staff were simply fantastic and so so so friendly. Thank you for another fantastic stay and see you again next year

Fabulous clean family friendly hotel. Great for younger kids but the teen enjoyed the pools. The food is excellent for a buffet but you can also order from the al la carte menu. We had booked through love holidays self catering but upgraded to all inclusive through the hotel on arrival, it was cheaper. The cocktails were delicious not like standard cheap ones you might get in other hotels that have all inclusive. The kids entertainment again aimed at younger kids but it was great and they brought out the running mat for the pool twice when we were there which was a big hit for all. We’re going to Zafiro Mallorca this year so I hope it has the same standards.

This was our second time staying here and honestly, the staff and hotel are so lovely we really feel like it’s a second home. We really love staying here and we do highly recommend this hotel and stay to others! It’s a great location- close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Good: the room was great. We booked a penthouse room with a private hottub. Comfortable, clean, and the hottub was lovely during the day. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Buffet food was good, pretty standard fare. I recommend the a la carte menu for lunch, it was very good. I was also impressed the hotel allowed all inclusive use from arrival to departure even though we arrived early in the day and left in the afternoon other hotels only allow it afternoon check in->morning check out times.
Poor: the hotel is very family friendly and literally centred around entertainment (for children and then adults). The rooms looked out onto the pool and central area where the entertainment stage was and the bar was beside the stage. This meant that from 6pm onwards there was constant noise and we couldn’t even sit quietly outside with a drink on our patio or at the bar. Even dinner outdoors was beside it.
There was no stocked bar in the room which I’ve seen in other hotels. And it was not possible to take glasses of drink away from the bar, only plastic cups. So to lounge on the upstairs patio and have a drink required a trip to the supermarket spending money in excess of the all inclusive price or having to go down to the bar in the ground floor for a plastic cup to bring back up which is quite impractical. There was a bottle of red wine left in the room during the duration of our stay but we don’t drink red wine so while it was a kind gesture it wasn’t much use.
I was disappointed in the low selection of cocktails during the day as well (despite the menu times displayed in the app) - a strawberry daiquiri by the pool in the sun is a staple of a holiday but wasn’t available until 7pm at which point the pool has closed.

Hotel was lovely,staff are great, beds are very comfortable, short walk to shops and beach. Pool area is great rooms are very clean could do with cereal bowls in the kitchenette that's the only item that seemed to be missing if making your own breakfast.

Feel like I stayed at a different hotel to the person who left a 1 star review! We also arrived on the day the hotel opened. Rooms: very comfortable beds we have all slept really well and haven’t heard any noise from other rooms. We were in the most basic room type and had sliding doors so felt like seperate bedroom to kids. Fridge sink etc. Huge shower and lovely big balcony. Food: option of buffet or ordering off a A la carte at lunch and you can mix and match. Always something yummy to eat. Person who put photos of empty trays didn’t show the huge variety of food! Always pizza/pasta to keep kids happy and we loved paella and huge prawns and calamari. Ice cream/lollies available in freezers. Milkshakes, smoothies, slushies. Drinks: huge cocktail list- loved the espresso martini. Can order wine by bottle- our favourite was a pale rose. Pools: One heated with Balinese beds. Main pool not heated Slide pool heated Indoor pool heated Spa (adult only) jacuzzi, sauna steam Lifeguard at most pools Kids club team were amazing. Mini disco each night. Short walk to lovely beach Staff - every person has been amazing, helpful and friendly. Staff gave us great local recommendations too. If you want to try traditional Majorcan restaurant we loved Mesón can pedro… you need to book. There were some teething problems as first week of opening but it didn’t affect our enjoyment. Will Definately return!

Lovely hotel and location. Perfect for families, plenty of pools and some including the kids pool heated. playground and bouncy castle outside and little indoor soft play next to restaurant. We went self catering but the all inclusive food looked great. Would definitely stay here again, staff all lovely and welcoming, rooms cleaned daily and towels changed regularly. We received a complimentary bottle of wine on the first day and a bottle of cava on my mums birthday left in the room which was a lovely surprise.

A solid 5 star! Because the resort is perfect? No. Because most of the stay was very pleasant!
To begin, the staff was so nice! The cleaners did a perfect job cleaning the rooms and keeping them clean, the bar-staff had the best intentions and tried their best keeping you served. Sometimes we had to ask them to note the drinks ourselves, but they always had a smile when they came to help us, and thats what matters.
The food was alright. The option to eat a la carte for the lunch all inclusive was very nice! Refreshing, and having the food made for you will always be my preference. Massive plus! Most of the dishes honestly were one big joke, but some really were worth ordering!
The buffet itself.. its as bad as Im used to. A lot of dishes are cold, because there is no other option really. The variety was good tho, so as I said, just what you can expect from all inclusive buffets.

Lovely hotel, staff can't do enough for you, spacious, comfortable rooms with everything you need for self-catering. The pools are great with only one that isn't heated and the splash pool is fantastic. The hotel is only 5mins walk from the beach too. We (2 adults 2 children aged 5 and 2) will definitely be back.
